This place is good, clean and affordable. I have stayed her several times and it's always clean. It is not a five star hotel but definitely suitable and comfortable. Staff members a friendly and restaurants are close by.

Do not stay here! Simply disgusting. I was moved rooms twice. There were roaches everywhere … Including the dining area for the "breakfast". The food was stale and milk was warm. The sheets were gross and bed bugs in my bed. When I reported it they only gave me a 20% refund! I will never stay again.

I give this place a underscored rating! Roach infested. Went to sleep, woke up and turned lights on and roaches were everywhere, literally… the curtains, sink, bed, bathroom etc. Had to take my daughter to the er because a roach crawled into her ear. I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one but the health department. It need to be shut down for infestation and properly treated! ill post pictures for you to see.

Beyond disgusting. Roaches crawling inside the microwave in the room, obviously a bed bug problem seeing as the mattresses are covered by plastic, first and last time booking an Econo Lodge anywhere! I highly suggest going right down the road to Microtel for 15-20 more you get a big free hotel room that is actually clean and you don’t feel like you need to burn all of your stuff before returning home!

I only wish I could give it less than one star this place was complete trash they only had a smoker available so I took it. I'm used to smoke you know a little bit febreze and that takes care of the smoking smell but as soon as I get in the room roaches everywhere in the daytime. I counted three and I was out it was disgusting the room was clean enough if you look past the roaches but there was cigarette holes in the covers my skin is still crawling from being in there those few minutes. I went back to the front desk told her I can't stay here and left. I stayed at the Econo Lodge in Richburg so I thought they was all the same my mistake the one in Richburg was wonderful clean neat perfect. I will not make that mistake again thinking every hotel in a chain is the same.

Stayed two days. June 9th and 10th, 2018. Everything was ok. However, saw cockroaches everywhere. CREEPY! After the first night I started to scatch all over me. Thought I was having an alergic reaction to my antibiotics. Then I noticed whelts on my forearms and chest. Come to find out these are bed bug bites. They were trying to eat me alive. Beware!

The price is the only upset. It's almost 100 more a week than others… Full Continental instead of just cereal like others. And elevators:)

We paid around $60 at the counter for a single room overnight; really decent room for the price. The water in the shower was hot and pressure was good. Breakfast was included, though we left before it was served. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room smelled faintly — — similar to wet carpet — — when we walked in, but thankfully that was the worst of our problems, and the fact the A/C worked balanced it out.

The room was clean, smelled nice, and was updated. The bed was comfortable. Wi-Fi is awesome. The mini fridge is a decent size. The cupboard is huge, and the TV is on the wall above it. The TV station list is horribly outdated. If you're looking for programming guide, the numbers are off but they follow the order and programming for Comporium Digital on TV Guide. The continental breakfast was standard fare, but with waffles. The staff were courteous, if not a bit chatty. My neighbors had loud music on for awhile at night, but got quiet at a reasonable hour. You can hear a bit of traffic going by. There's fast food nearby, and the 77 freeway connection is just up the street. Shopping area is about 5 minutes away. It's a very convenient location.

Although the ppl where nice the location is better off bein a getto cops up and down all night pll yelling constantly in and out the room its self nothing special basic set up plastic on the mattress basic cable.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. We stopped here to stay overnight on our way to Florida, as ALL other hotels were booked. I regretted that decision immediately upon entering the room! It wreaked of cigarettes, was filthy, and there were stains and burn holes in the bedding. We were exhausted and had small kids with us so we just decided to deal with it. BUT THAT'S NOT ALL! I pulled back the sheets the next morning to find my sock, and there was a BED BUG! I couldn't believe my eyes! I felt so gross and disgusting. Once we got on the road I noticed itchy bites start to form on my body. By the next day my ENTIRE face and neck were COVERED in bed bug bites! It ruined my whole vacation and even had to go to urgent care and get a prescription steroid. This place is a nightmare. I'd rather sleep in an alley way then ever step foot in this sh*thole ever AGAIN!

Clean rooms, nice staff, decent prices.

What a mistake… never ever again! Cockroaches in a newly renovated room, the bed was like sleeping on hardwood floors, pillows were like small throw pillows for furniture. Cold water only in shower, plus handle would NOT shut water off and again in a newly renovated room. I think all they did was painted the rooms. Complimentary breakfast had roaches crawling around everything. Nasty… id rather stay in hell.

Check in was quick and the woman working there was very friendly so decided to give them two stars for that. We first arrived in our non-smoking room the first thing we noticed was the smell of smoke. King bed looked nice but upon sitting on it we realized The mattress had a very noisy plastic cover on it. (Not sure if it was for the mattresses protection or ours. Yikes) Then overall cleanliness of the room was also pretty poor. Sink did not drain very well and the toiled had a very noticable slant when you sit on it. I understand we decided to go with a cheaper hotel just for our one night stay to rest up but any and every hotel should have higher standard then they did.

Aftee hrs of driving we just wanted a place to sleep comfortable and a nice shower in the morning before hitting the road again. Was told the room was recently renovated and we are the first to stay in it. (Must've been just painted) Within the first 30 mins I had to kill a cock roach. The beds were hard, it was like laying on the floor which turned my white socks black. The sheets were like sand paper amd the pillows weee hard or small like throw pillows for furniture. Made it through the rough night and thoight we'd woke up to enjoy complimentary breakfast n a nice shower… but noooooo! Shower handle only turned cold water on, they couldnt give us another room to shower in, told me that theyd call maintenance but not sure how long it would take. So they I went to front desk and said what can be done… how can you all fix this? They did offer me a refund which I accepted and told me the rooms newly renovated should NOT hae been rented yet for they have not passed an inspection (clearly we could see that). I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone and I hope they get their rooms together for future visitors. A clearly humble person!

The room smelt like a ashtray so bad it was hard to breath, multiple cigarette burn holes on the comforters. Bathroom look under construction, plaster on the walls unpainted no toilet paper holder. The door handle to the room was broken. Seemed like a very very low class motel. I went to the room with me family and once inside we stayed 10 minutes and we left. We went and got a room at a different hotel. The lady at the desk was very understanding when I told her I couldn't stay in that room or motel. However I still haven't received my refund from the hotel. I would never stay at the hotel nor would I recommend it.

Disgusting, dirty hotel with horrible customer service. The hotel room had obviously not been cleaned recently, the bedding had tons of cigarette burns throughout. There was gunk splattered on the walls of the bathroom, the toilet tank was cracked, and the shower curtain bar was barely hanging on. The mini fridge was unplugged, which allowed it to defrost and saturate the carpeting.

Do not waste your time and Money here! Rooms were dirty, people were hanging out in the walkways all night smoking, drinking and being loud! Checked out early, (was originally booked for two nights) and my Credit Card was still charged for the 2nd night even though we checked out early that morning! Beware!

The room was clean and they had good customer service. The breakfast was ok. But people were out of their rooms hanging on the steps and walk way smoking and drinking and Loud late over into the midnight hour.

BUGS! My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks while work was being completed on our home and although the room is kept clean and house cleaning does an amazing job they literally have cock roaches. No exaggeration, we killed 5 of them. Mainly next to the ac unit but one was actually in our bed! So disgusting! I would rather eat the extra amount of money staying at a Holiday Inn knowing I'll have peice of mind next time we need a hotel.

I went to get a room for the night and got the keys to the room. Went to the room and the room was infested with roaches. I didn't even sit down. I went right back up to the front desk and told her there was a bad roach problem. They tried to give me another room. I was turned off and asked for my money back. She didn't apologize to me or anything. I spent almost 70 dollars for that room. If they have roaches they could have bedbugs too. Will not be considering that place again.

Do yourself a favor and spend a few extra dollars somewhere else. Rooms smell, have cock roaches everywhere. One room had multiple cigarette holes in the blanket… multiple! I did not even want my cat to sleep here. A lot of shady characters and visible drug users. Staff doesn't care about any issues. Suck it up is the motto around here.

Awesome place. Great staff. Clean rooms Marie Sledge the mgr is awesome and goes out if her way to get us in the rooms we want. Been staying here on and off for months on business. I highly recommend this place.

Cheap hotel. Bed was alright. Bathroom was spacious. TV signal was mediocre. Room was small. Breakfast had cereal, bagels, toast, oatmeal, cinnamon rolls. No eggs or biscuits. Overall fine but would definitely prefer a more upscale place.

Carpet was sticky and the white sheets were off white. First room had busted ac and the second kept cycling on and off making it difficult to get a good night sleep. Have stayed at nicer places for less.

Ecolodge in rock hill nc is honestly the best bang for your buck I ever seen! Nice rooms breakfast in the morning no extra charge for Wi-Fi flat screen TV very nice rooms.

The place is absolutely disgusting. They provide 9 towels of different sizes to each room, 4 out of 9 had private area hair and long hair on each of them. The comforter had hair all over it as well as the sink area. I wanted to throw up! Not to mention late night parties that are held at the hotel with people yelling and laughing outside your door. This was obviously a desperate last ditch stop for me. Will not happen again! Go somewhere else!

This place has BED BUGS! They are overpriced for the run down hotel that it is. Very upset that I spent so much money staying here! I will never go back!

This place was pretty gross. To start off, the bathroom was not cleaned from the last guest. The toilet shook if you tried to use it, and even though we had a non-smoking room, our bed linens had cigarette burns in them. We ended up leaving shortly after arriving to find a better hotel.

Last room available. Busy night. Great night auditor who got me booked. Rooms could use a makeover — furniture is a bit worn — but if you need to sleep and not on your car on I77 I'd suggest it.

So I work on the road as a nuclear worker and I'm in and out of different hotels near the locations I work so I guess this review is for everyone that tends to stay long term in hotels but it's just as good for anyone that is passing through. I have to say that I expect certain things when staying at a hotel firstly the water pressure and temperature of the water has to be spot on secondly the bed has to be nice and comfortable thirdly the internet has to be reliable and the electronics in the room should be up to date and lastly the rooms decor should be modern and easy on the eyes as I spend a lot of time in a small space. The rooms are so out of date it feels like you're entering a time capsule and the Wi-Fi is almost no existent. Everything else is good including the service except the fact that house keeping doesn't understand what a DO NOT DISTURB sign is and will knock on your door every day they only stopped after I yelled at them and had there manager talk to them in front of me so I knew they where informed that they should leave me alone. I can't remember if it had a flat screen or not but I doubt it did.

A lot of people out and about late at night. Some may have been construction type workers staying there but nevertheless almost constant noise. Doesn't bother me but I know it does some people. Room was spacious and had a smell; not bad smell but not the best either. It was an unfamiliar smell.
