Bugs in room and spoke to staff because one was a cockroach. When my husband turned on the lights several scurried and he managed to kill one. We placed one in a cup and brought it to the front desk. Staff treated me like I was ignorant and uneducated. This hotel needs extermination and a good cleaning. Repulsed by our stay and 38 years of trusting Comfort Inn & Suites has brought me to this. Pure sadness.

Clean and friendly staff. The doors are locked at night. You can only get in if you have a key.

Was really not happy woke up with plaster in my face. Wiped my face got some in my eye now I have to drive 8 hours with my eye messed up. After seeing that we got in late so just went to bed to wake up and find the room dusty as well. I would have complained but why bother. I didnt need to hear them say sorry.

This hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. They also had a nice selection of things for breakfast. My husband and I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is remodeled, but a bad Franchisee. The air conditioner in our room didn’t work that well but it was OK. The swimming pool was filthy! Also, the attendant at the breakfast was quite rude to us and clsed tge breakfast at 9 despite three rooms of guests arrived just after 9. When we told her that the check in lady did not tell us that breakfast stopped at nine she told us “well she has four kids by four different fathers! ” The complaining hotel food service woman added, “Most of our guests are senior citizens and they get up and leave early. ” The big issue is they stop serving breakfast at 9 AM in a hotel used by leisure travelers and this is a Saturday! The Lady on duty at the front desk in the morning told us we should’ve seen the sign at the front desk. Take a look at the very small sign!

Very nice! Wonderful attitudes from staff! Beds exceptionally comfortable and rooms with plenty of space. Beautiful pool area.

Was a clean hotel with a good breakfast service and friendly staff. I had problems with the business room with supplies and internet connection issues but that may have been an isolated incident. Rooms are large and well equipped.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The beds were super comfy, I passed out once my head hit the pillows! When we arrived there were chocolate chip cookies in the lobby, a huge hit for my 2 year old niece. Breakfast was lovely and the woman who was assisting guests and replenishing items was incredibly friendly and attentive! I would be inclined to make this a destination stop in the future, and not just the overnight stay we had on our trip.

This was our first night's stop on our journey form south Florida to Canada. After a stressful day of driving we were happy to arrive here. We were welcomed and promptly assigned a room (217) in accordance with our preference of an upper floor. The hotel is built in two long attached buildings with the elevator in the center. We were impressed with the high quality of the room and its furnishings including a fridge with freezer coil, and a more than ample supple of towels and bathroom necessities. The king size bed was very comfortable. We were happy with our decision to stay here.

Clean room, friendly service. Right off I-95, very convenient for an overnight stay when traveling. Breakfast has hot options as well as continental fare.

Checked in by KSwan on 06/20/18… she was extremely helpful and nice. We came in very tired enroute to NC from Orlando Fla and needed somewhere to rest comfortably. She made sure that we were accommodated well… we even got late check out. I will stay here again without question.

This particular Comfort Inn was nice but two things disappointed me: no laundry and the outdoor pool was closed. No hot tub. The beds were very comfortable as usual for this chain and the room very clean. The breakfast was the usual scrambled eggs but very tasty.

This was a huge room and it was clean. It had a desk and chair, small refrig. Coffee pot, microwave, and the usuals; hairdryer, iron, ironingboard, soaps, shampoos, ect. Even the lobby was inviting with a small breakfast served in the morning. The staff was helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great rooms. Clean, comfortable, accommodating staff, descent breakfast. Just dam awesome! Highly recommend. Will visit again.

Night girl rude and condescending other than that ok for one nght.

I was skeptical staying anywhere but a Hampton inn. But this turned out to be a really clean and nice place. The room was huge. We were happy. The breakfast was pretty good. We will stay again.

The hotel is older, but freshly painted and fairly well kept. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The issues we had were at checking in and the lack of breakfast available. The person at the desk could not find the reservation, we had to go back to the car twice to get proof. The next morning we went to breakfast and there were all dirty tables, little food available and the excuse that no one expected so many people. Also the price was exceptionally high for the accommodations.

Soft beds, bathroom a little dated and need a bit more cleaning. Overall not bad though.

If you need an Internet connection during your stay, don’t pick this hotel! The clerk blames it on my Apple devices because “they don’t work well with their internet”. Really? I didn’t see that listed on your website, or at the counter when we checked in!

Great staff! Very polite and quick to be of service with our large family. Rooms were clean and air conditioning worked well. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was dirty. We found a pill on the floor. The floors looked like they haven’t been vacuumed in weeks and the bathroom needed a good scrubbing. The breakfast was decent but that’s about it. We stay at comfort inn and suites frequently and this one definitely doesn’t come close to the cleanliness of the other ones we’ve stayed at.

Clean rooms. Staff was helpful. Thanks channel selection want the best but it was fine.

It was right off of 95 and the place was immaculate. There is a fridge and microwave in the suite. The staff was very helpful and very nice as well. In the am there was a hot breakfast downstairs from 6am to 9 am. Would highly recommend this place.

Very comfortable rooms with clean bathrooms and comfy beds. TV channels minimal and a/c a little loud, but nice big room. Breakfast is standard hotel fair and staff was nice and very hands on and helpful.

The first room they rented us smelled terrible. The second room was better. The room was warm when entering, but the AC finally cooled it. Beds were comfortable & bathroom was clean. Good shower. Breakfast smelled good but we were in a hurry and couldn't check it out.

After running for our lives from Hurricane Irma, we ended up here. As a hotel that accepts pets, the smell was a little "odd" when we first got here but it was more of a cleaning solvent that dissipated quickly after we settled in. Having little to no clothing it was very convenient to use the laundry facilities on the same floor as my room. Continental breakfast was "eh" but it's food, happy to be alive. Cleanliness of room was exceptional considering pet friendly facility. Staff was exceptional especially dealing with my two small children who were cranky. Lots of restaurants and Walmart/Target close by. Would recommend it as a vacation or a place to evacuate to with a full family. :)

Great price and got exactly what I expected. Shower bar in the bathroom is bent… kind of hard to keep shower curtain in place and not get everything wet. Otherwise great.

Desk clerk quick and friendly. Room large and clean, BUT saw a bug in bathroom. Breakfast bar well stocked and neat. Good selection. Woman in charge greeted and engaged each guest as they arrived for breakfast — very nice.

Great place to spend the night. Quiet despite being close to highway. Beautiful pool. Nice hot breakfast with juice choices and good cereals. Fresh waffles with original and strawberry flavor. Rooms had clean sheets and the basic necessities. Had a gym. The bathroom had a good shower head with great water pressure, however could use a slightly better cleaning especially near handles in shower.

So far, a terrible experience. We showed up and the front desk attendant was missing in action. The phone was ringing off the hook and my 4 year old was starting to lose it. After 10 minutes I went out to the car get a few more bags while my wife waited for an attendant. To my surprise, the first uniformed (albeit with flip flops) employee was standing around a car smoking and joking with non employee friends. I asked her if there was front desk help and she said that she would come right in. Then she told me she usually watches for cars to pull up to the front door and she thought we were checked in. She saw us come in with bags! The hotel seems clean enough, and we have been on the road a long time but after that I have a hard time trusting the staff or management.

July 2-3, 2016. I made the reservation on-line for two rooms. Before booking the rooms, I read the reviews. But I took a chance because I do travel a lot. The rooms were old but clean and the carpet needs to be clean a little better or replaced. The bathroom floors needed to be mopped and there were roaches in the bathroom area. There was a huge dirty spot in the hallway, it looks as if something was spilled. When I had questions about checking out, the lady couldn't answer any of the questions, she told me to call a 800 number. As a suggestion, if the hotel management would spray for bugs and take time to clean the rooms/replace the carpet, the hotel would get a better reviews. (The Traveler).

Clean, spacious rooms with comfy beds and awesome pillows! The staff was friendly, pool was nice, breakfast was good. Perfect location right off I-95. Great place for an overnight stay!

Correction to description above — There is no indoor pool. Only an outdoor pool open during warm months. There is a fitness center. After 10 hours in the car from Miami we were ready for a dip in the pool and hot tub but not to be. The hotel has newly renovated rooms and lobby. Our room was very clean and nicely decorated. The usual amenities: cable, flat screen TV w/ remote, clock radio, shampoo, lotion, coffee maker, etc. The parking lot was well lit. The outdoor entrances are all mag key locked. The desk is staffed 24 hours. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I requested a room facing away from I-95 and we got it. It was very quiet in our room — and in the hotel in gereral. I always ask if it's available — but not sure the special request for a "quiet" room is needed. There are convenient restaurants across the street — — basic chain dinner-for-two kind of places (Ruby Tuesdays, etc. ) The breakfast was better than some hotels. It's not a hot brunch buffet by any stretch — — but better than most budget hotels' offerings. As another reviewer mentioned there are fake-tasting precooked, previously-frozen egg circles (and precooked, previously-frozen sausage disks to go-with…). You'll probabky be better off taste-wise using the waffle maker or having yogurt, fruit and hot cereal. They also had PB, boiked eggs, Greek yogurt… other protein options if you are eating low carb. Also of note: they kept the buffet very well stocked until closing time.

This hotel is disgusting. We arrived late at night, after driving all day. When we checked in we were told they only had one room. My mother and I we're traveling by car 2 New York. We opened up the door to the room and the stench of dirty feet hit us pretty hard. I figured there would be no use in complaining because it was the last room, and if they let one room stink so bad, they probably have the other ones in a similar state. We just went to sleep woke up the next morning and left. The next thing you know I look on my credit card and I was charged $100 for a smell in the room. They claimed it was smoke but neither my mother nor I smoke. What a giant rip off this place is avoid it at all costs. Keep driving.

Room was good for a standard room. Breakfast was really lacking in substance… It was carb central.

My room had Cheerios on the floor still and used soap and shampoo still in the bath tub. Clearly not properly cleaned had there been anything else available I would have left immediately. Choice Hotels guarantees they will offer the lowest available online rate and we showed this to the staff on the hotels website they still refused to match the price that 6 other websites offered the same room at. Definitely would not recommend.

Very pleased with our overnight stay here! Checked in without a problem around 8pm after finding the hotel reviews on goggle to be good. Other hotels in the area are getting horrible reviews about bugs etc so this was deff worth the extra few bucks — 10% of AAA. Hotel looks like it had a recent renovation. Clean rooms, clean beds — 4 pillows per bed, clean bathroom — room came with a decent size fridge and microwave. Plus the room was huge! Free hot breakfast in the morning until 10 included waffles, scrabbled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereals and so much more! Lots of places near by that you can get food from. We chose the Italian pizza place literally next door and loved the pizzas and sandwiches!

Newly renovated room, seems like everything updated including bathroom, hallways. So clean. Fluffy pillows, immaculate grounds outside. Very nice breakfast except those skinny disks of eggs have to go. This hotel is a keeper for us!

This is a FILTHY hotel. The worst mistake of my life! No housekeeping or manager in the hotel. The front desk woman was rude and didn't seem bothered by the disgusting room she gave us. The hotel booklet was broken and scribbled on, the AC was full of dust and food was all over the carpet and table, the sink and tub were not washed and the whole room had a heavy stench to it. I think they just lay the covers on the bed and the room is ready for new check ins?! It was a rainy evening and after carrying all of our luggage up to the room, our family was in complete shock… we checked out right away… but the worst was the unapologetic receptionist attitude which after inspecting the room told us "It looks fine to me, you can check out if you don't like it. I have no rooms. "-Ethel — Extremely unprofessional. Horrible customer service, she should be fired for giving out a room that is not serviced! And housekeeping should be trained to efficiently clean the rooms. This hotel is unsafe for your health and comfort. Do not stay here, yuck!

Clean room, quite nights sleep. Fluffy pillows with nice hot buffet breakfast. Only complaint was no CNBC in channel lineup.

Big and clean rooms! Best price and quality. Wife stayed at one about a month ago and had the same experience. Recommend highly.
