Stay away from here! No southern hospitality! Races black woman. Called in for a room in advanced and had already been charged for out my dad's bank. But we were not primited access to because my dad wasn't present with the card. Even tho he was on the phone with us. By the way this is on our honeymoon trip to cancoon. The two workers at the desk should be fired. Terrible terrible service.

The room is old. The pillows are like pancakes. The light bulb must have been a 20 watt bulb. Not enough light to read by. We were hear on a Sat. And Sun. Only one person on duty. The front desk check in person was the person to bring a light bulb to the room because the other lamp in the room did not work. Our room smelled. It seemed like the AC was not pulling enough moisture out of the room because it was a musty smell. There was not enough perfume to cover the odor. Parking was limited. This was a poor experience. I will not stay at a Comfort Inn again. Nor will I use Priceline again. There is one good thing. It is close to I 26.

Pretty nice place. They are getting ready to remodel, so be patient. There are 2 other hotels here as well as a Waffle House so parking can get sketchy. But the breakfast is acceptable, the bed comfy, and the water is hot. What more could you desire?

Staff on arrival was uninterested. Night stay was a little better but we were not greeted when we entered the hotel. Room was clean, air conditioner was noisy. We skipped breakfast it wasn't appealing.

Arrived two hours early they allowed us to check in early which was great do to the fa t we were ready to shower and explore. Staff was excellent morning and night. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rooms were ok. Hot water for showers left a lot to be desired. The best and worst part was the location which was situated right off the interstate very close to the outlet stores, but you have to go down a tiny road to get there behind a waffle house.

My boyfriend and I booked a reservation at this location on March 3 2018 through booking. Com. We arrived at the hotel shortly after booking. An Employee by the name of Diamond was working. When I approached the counter she asked if I had a reservation and I replied yes. She asked me when I booked it and if I had a conformation number… which I then provided her. She told me she couldn't find my reservation. Her attitude and demeanor were very unpleasant. She was very short and rude with me. After giving her my conformation number she still couldn't find my reservation and told me I needed to call booking. Com and figure it out myself. So of course I did. The gentlemen on the phone was very nice and told me he could see my reservation and that for some reason the fax phone number had failed. So he told me he'd place me on hold and call over to the hotel. I was sitting in the lobby when this took place and watched as Diamond answered the phone and immediately got an attitude the moment she realized he was calling about my situation. She was rolling her eyes and making faces that all of us guest could see. She was very short with the booking. Com rep and then yelled to him "forget it. Just cancel her reservation and i''ll do it on my end" and then hung up the phone.

Everything was so nice and clean! It also smelled clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bed was also comfortable and it was quiet! It was close to multiple restaurants and there was many things to do in the area. We will gladly stay here again when we return!

Really nice place to stay. Good prices and friendly staff. Very strong Wi-Fi signal, clean and above average breakfast.

Updated to review: The management puts the guests first and is extremely focused on customer service. At first, we found the staff was not bad not great. They didn't really want to help. The management immediately contacted to discuss and appreciated the feedback. They are definitely focused on customer service here.

This was a great hotel! Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, with all new furnishings and glass doors in the stand up shower. The pillows were not cheap and the bed and chase was so comfy. Breakfast was awesome! Eggs sausage cereal grits oatmeal waffles yogurt and fruit, oj etc. I will be staying here again.

I always stay at this hotel whenever I come to N. Charleston, SC because it is conveniently located near the interstate, near the outlet mall, and various resturants. This hotel is always clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff are very polite and friendly. They offer various discount rates which is a plus, so the value is pretty good.

I enjoyed my stay at the North Charleston Comfort Inn & Suites Airport because they were close to the airport, flexible in their check-in times, and the room was both clean and comfortable. All staff I interacted with were exceptionally friendly.

This place it's truly garbage. Two of the staff members came in to my room without any previous notice an on top of that they took my watch and went all over my bags.

I Booked hotel to visit family using my phone. As soon as I got the confirmation I saw the date was wrong and called to get the right day. The general manager wasn't there and the manager there couldn't fix it. I called the next day and they refused to change the date oreven if I paid a service charge. They also refused to refund my money. This is far and away the worst customer service I have ever had.

Don't not stay here … I was going to stay here and cancel the same day and they still changed my account for the nights and was very rude. Don't do it.

Paid around $120 for one night. Room was comfortable, and clean. Air conditioner took a long time to cool room down. Bathtub was comfotable, staff was friendly and breakfast was actually pretty good.

Everyone is so friendly. Nice complimentary breakfast every morning. The rooms are very clean. That's very important to me. My two year old enjoyed his stay and the staff was very good to him as well. Most important to me. I would definitely be back.

Good rates and clean rooms with nice tv. However breakfast here is absolutely awful. Biscuits were clearly not fresh, eggs and gravy were cold. Go eat breakfast elsewhere.

We always stay at this poroperty, BRAND NEW and GOLD AWARD winning Porperty perfectly located near by Airport and Charleston Downtown. This hotel is 100% Smoke free and always offers the BEST SERVICE and BEST RATE. Well trained staff and Great Manager, Lucy. Loved their breakfast and indoor pool.

I stayed here for a few days when I moved to Charleston to work for Boeing. Boeing picked up the tab, but the rates were very reasonable. Also, I dropped my corporate credit card in my room as I left and the maintenance man immediately turned it in to the front desk who promptly called me. They saved my bacon.
