Great greeting from Dillon and Bridgette. Amazing how a charming disposition can take a little away from a tough day.

Customer service checking in and out was great! Room, very clean. Water pressure sucked, bed sucked. And at about 2:30 AM someone was trying to get in my room (I think they were drunk), not cool when you have to wake up at 4 AM for work. All in all, good stay.

Horrible experience from the start. Did an online reservation through booking. Com which was fine except it stated no payment due until check in. Apparently quality inn does not comply with that, they take full payment upfront. Fine. Sent in a request for an early check in and never got a response. Called the night before and asked for an early check in and the earliest they could do was 1pm. We drove from NJ to SC and were arriving at 6:30am after a 12 hour drive. All they could do was charge me another night and in a different room (a suite) at the same rate. Check out was still 11am. So I paid for another full night to go from 6:30am-11am. A full 4.5 hours. We were told we would then have to call at 10am to see if we could do a later check out so we dont have a gap between 11am check out in room1 to a 3pm check in to room2. The front desk area and breakfasts area were acceptable but the rest of the motel exterior and rooms were horrible. The outside smelled of pot, it is pets allowed which im all for, but there was poo right outside and the room was very musty smelling and dingy and did not feel clean at all. They were allowing us to stay in the room1 the rest of our stay instead of moving us which was nice but we could not stay there. So I had to pay for 2 nights since the next night was less than 24 hour cancellation and I had to pay a full night for the 4.5 hours the first night. I just paud and checked out. I was willing to pay to leave and never go back.

The hotel is in Lexington, SC and it right off of a major road with everything on it that you need. The first room we were supposed to stay in smelt like smoke from the smoking room above it. The staff were very nice and moved us to a different room that didn't smell like cigarettes. The rooms are all like brand new. Everything about it is amazing and the service is great as well. They have a really good continental breakfast. 6 out of 5 stars in my book.

I love this place! Pool is great they are working on redoing rooms so some are nicer then others but if we had a problem they were fast to fix it. Great with swapping towels and nice pool area.

The breakfast was okay. The beds are nice as well as the service. The rooms were nice-ish but had a crappy refrigerator. It's a good place to stay for the price u pay.

From the time we arrived the staff were lovely. Very friendly. I interacted with FD staff, breakfast staff, cleaning staff and managers. Everyone went out of their way to help, listen, accomadate. Extremely friendly, knowledge and professional staff. The hotel does not look like much if you wish to compare it to others, or its sister property Comfort suites but it was a lot less expensive. It was CLEAN and with the exception of the people who decided to carry on a conversation (right outside our door) it was very quiet despite being at MAX capacity with a lot of trucks. We stayed for 3 nights. I feel this hotel is a great place for the money. While here the names of the staff that we met and were above and beyond friendly, helpful and professional were: Rose. Dillon. Barbara. Sindy. I'm sure there were more terrific staff, but these people REALLY stood out. We travelled from Charleston and stayed Mon and checked out or will be checking out in 30 min. Check in was 3 p. M. And check out 11. Breakfast, cleanliness, the pool all 5 stars from me.

This hotel has some of the best staff. All very friendly and efficient. Very clean hotel, well managed. The free breakfast in the morning is well stocked with plenty of choices.

We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the sweet. We had a living room bedroom with a Jacuzzi in it and a kitchen. I like the hard floors instead of rugs for cleanliness. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and well-maintained.

Visiting overnight. Even though it's an older facility, the romps are nicely updated. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was quite extensive, more than I expected. The hot food was hot, not lukewarm like I've had in newer, more costly hotels. The staff was friendly and responsive.

Morning breakfast with wait staff Barbara was awesome. Homie breakfast area. House cleaning crew fast and smells good after they finished. Freshness the best. Thx.

Traveling due to family emergency, needing a hotel, found this one right on a main street. This hotel is super clean, desk personnel, professional, great price, room updated, very clean, bed so welcoming after a long ride. Nice furniture. I would definitely stay here again.

I must confess, I have traveled across the United States staying mostly in Choice Hotels. And for the most part, Quality Inn & Suites have delivered in room and price quality. This particular hotel in Lexington, NC delivered in terms of room quality. The price however was a little steep for a double queen room; especially with an entire hotel that has outside rooms. I must give credit where credit is due however, the cleaning staff are always thorough and did a good job of cleaning my room the week I stayed there. Even though I will not be using this hotel for future travel arrangements I did enjoy my short stay there, but will prefer to spend the extra few dollars next time and stay at a much nice hotel.

Room was adequate. No extra frills, but for the price you shouldn't expect such. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful. Room was clean upon arrival. Mattress was a bit firmer than expected.

We had a suite with two person whirlpool tub. The room was very clean and orderly. Bathroom and tub and shower we're clean as well. Is in a good location relative to Columbia so made travel to our event easier. Free Wi-Fi and Cable. Nice blankets and comfortable sheets. I would definitely recommend!

This is a hotel to stay at. Lovely staff and great location. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I will most definitely stay here again.

Its location is a good enviroment with its beautiful plants. The rooms are really clean and everything is prepared. The service is really good at breakfest and when you want to ask for something the housekeeping is polite everytime get me things I need any time and any where.

We had roaches — yuck! Front office staff tried to help, but all in all we didnt get the feeling they really cared. Got a $15 discount for having roaches. Yippee. Would never stay here again.

Bed bugs, smelly rooms and wrong prices all with no apology discount or refund! BE WARNED! Staff is rude and disrespectful! Even manager was unprofessional! Sad to say I will not return to this or any quality inn location!

On the first night it seems our rooms were mixed up. As much as I'd like to complain (i don't), it really wasnt a big deal to change rooms. We were also upgraded to a suite in its place. Comfortable and great for our long weekend spent in Lexington. Good 'ol hotel room with amenities.

The stay was nice. No issue with customer service at all. However, though I booked a room through their website instead of some third party, I was given the wrong room that was originally reserved and was then moved twice. They remedied the issue with no question. So I can only recommend they look into the communication from the website to the front desk.

It's a nice room but too many guys out late at night talking loud… I mean I know there is no curfew and we're all grown but why stand by someone's room and talk loudly smh.

Very courteous and in quiet street in Lexington, SC. The front desk staff were professional, courteous, responsive and well-informed. The rooms look updated and were very clean and roomy. The room also had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. Hotel was accommodating to our dog (+$20 pet fee/night) and provided free continental breakfast.

I stayed for four days. Everything went smoothly. Had my two dogs with me. The staff was great and room was much nicer than I expected.

I would like to personally thank all the guys in the office- Dillon Daniel Jon-Mark There three guys were all VERY kind & very accommodating to anything I needed or questioned. When my husband & I need a "in-town" get away we will be checking into this hotel! We had a wonderful experience here & fully enjoyed the swimming pool & hot breakfast each morning! We had to stay at your hotel as an "in-between" moving out of our home into our new home we had built & it was a VERY refreshing & calming experience for us as a family! We were in room 113 for a week solid & had a VERY positive stay! Thank you all so much for everything! We are very grateful & will be recommending your hotel to EVERYONE! Cold water was warm. TV goes out bathroom didn't look clean. No TV schedule in room.

The Quality Inn in Lexington, SC was lovely. The rooms were nice and clean, the staff was very friendly, the pool was nice. As a bonus, it's right across the street from a very nice Mediterranean Cafe! The experience was a relieving one, as we had spent the night before at another Quality Inn in Conyers, GA, and that one was pretty low quality! Goes to show you can't judge a whole franchise from one bad experience.

Made us wait cuse they where "cleaning the room" but when we got in we found dead bugs everywhere. Pubes in the sink and the sink was clogged.

OK hotel. Nothing fancy. A lot of contractors stay here. (Me included)

My Husband just recently stayed the Quality Inn in Lexington South Carolina. He came home with 32 bed bug bites. They are all over his body.

The rooms are okay, not the cleanest but not dirty. Bathrooms are tiny and breakfast is not great. 3 out of 5

We were originally given a smoking room, which we didn't realize was still an option. The room smells strongly of soap, which is quite over powering. The location is close to where we wanted to be, but for someone sensitive to strong smells, I'd rather have been further away with a fresher room.

Wonderful experience & the staff was amazing can't wait to visit again.

Yesterday we were woken up by police knocking on our door telling us they are evacuating our neighborhood and had to leave due to flooding. We had no where to go, no family or friends. We have 3 kids and a dog. We were taking shelter in the police station. This was the only hotel in the area that allowed pets and when I called they had no hesitation what so ever is giving us a room at 8 am in the morning. The rate was VERY cheap even with the pet fee, the room was newly renovated and very very nice! Staff was super friendly and helpful. This hotel was our only comfort and security yesterday not knowing if we'd have a home to go home to. Thank you very much from my family to yours!

Great staff clean rooms and peace and quiet from Columbia. I am actually very surprised at how nice this inn is.
