Clean, remodeled yet it's apparent that it is old. Pictures are a little decieving. Good night sleep and quit. The lady at desk was so nice and very helpful.

I am so embarrassed by the roaches! I didn't grow up with roaches so I am totally embarrassed by the infestation! I am spending my valuable time explaining & killing roaches! I have plenty of pictures of many roaches I'm chasing & killing! I can't post my review unless I give this place a one star but it's really negative five stars!

It was a nice stay at the hotel. Everything was good and staff was very friendly and breakfast was really good and the guy taking care of breakfast was very helpful. He was handling the breakfast very well. Looking forward to come back this quality in soon.

Quality Inn in Greenwood, SC is a nice little motel. Their rates are affordable and the beds are comfortable.

There are nasty never go there look what they had me and kids sleeping on.

Phone in room out and no towels. On the up side staff friendly, bed comfortable and price reasonable.

I would not recommend this hotel. Wanted a non smoking room, but I reeked of smoke. Shower was not working properly. Handle for shower fell off when I turned water on.

It was dirty and the owners and staff were not terribly friendly. I would not go back. Even my ten-year-old grandson said it looked nasty. I had booked this accommodation through miles or points on my credit card and the right up and pictures looked okay. We checked out after one night and went to the Holiday Inn for the rest of our visit. It is my understanding that the old Holiday Inn which is on the same road as this motel, has been purchased by the same owners of the Quantity Inn.

Rooms are overall very clean but very dated and worn. Management encouraged me to rate the hotel a 9 or 10 on checkout. Took night manager that was not very professional. Maintainance worker was very helpful on where to find fresh bakery items as desk help recommended a grocery store.

The rooms have been renovated and match the standard quality inn carpet and color scheme. Overall this is an above average hotel for this price point.

I am picky and didn't find anything wrong. Didn't think we could get a nice room for $74. Staff was very good.

It is clean enough, though it would be cleaner with better products for staff. The staff is very friendly, helpful. The owners not as much. The breakfast is lukewarm with no way to warm except in rooms. No hot water for hot cereal, cold biscuits, ect…

This Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. I was traveling with my elderly father and the man at the desk was very kind and respectful to my Dad. The next morning as we were leaving the battery was dead in my Dad's car. An employee came out and gave us a jump. We appreciated that very much. The breakfast was standard as far as Hotel breakfasts go, but it isn't the Ritz-Carlton after all. If we go back through Greenwood, I'm pretty sure we'd stay there again.

Stayed here for two months due to a house fire. The owners are rude. The pool would not be maintained for days at a time. Housekeeping staff were nice most of the tine. I would NOT send my dogs back to stay there.

Enjoyed my stay. Very friendly and courteous staff. Had issue with chair in room but was repaired in timely manner. Have stayed before and would stay again.

Rooms are standard. Price is pretty good. Breakfast in the mornings are sometimes not fully stocked.

Good place to stay, good rooms, nice clean rooms. Air unit could use some help. Breakfast little slack and dry and they keep over you like a mother hen! And ends at@ 8:30 am on Sundays.

Ac kept freezing up. It was hot and humid in the room. Breakfast was a joke. And thieves stole my motorcycle. Sitting in front of my door. Couldn't look at the video tapes, no one on duty was smart enough to operate the system. No member of management offered to help.

Upon walking into the room I felt like I had stepped into Satins inferno… and I was told the air was "doing about all it would do" but I still gave it a chance. I took the kids to the pool… which was green and so cloudy that you couldn't see the bottom of the 3 foot deep part (I was ready to call it quits). THEN the roll away bed they brought us looked like it was picked up off the side of the road and had been previously used by animals from the pound (disgusting! stains and ripped up mattress) … It's time to get your stuff and go somewhere else. And did I mention the bed was disgusting! No stars! This place needs to be shut down!

I would have given more stars for our stay, but someone from the cleaning staff knocked twice on the door, waited 2 seconds and started walking right in. If your staff is too lazy to check if the guest has checked out, then ill be staying elsewhere from now on. I will tell you this, it won't be the Red Roof across town, same owners, same problems.

Worst ever. Owner handled my reservation. Booked 5 rooms for 2 nights plus would stay 2 weeks at 3 rooms each night. OWNER miss handled my reservation and only reserved 1 room. And when asked if he could comp one room. He said no. Total unprofessional business dealings by the owner of a major hotel chain. I would recommend all people to stay away. If he handles a large booking in this manner, then one time customers are worthless to this person… He also owns Red Roof Inn in Greenwood. I would say the same about that place also. Thanks Brad.

Cockroaches everywhere. Bathroom was hideous. Not a clean place. At all.

Had to change rooms because there were so many roaches. The heat was only half working. The towels were dirty looking and stained. Disgusting!

Had a one night stay; room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was terrific — much more than "continental" as it included hot food like eggs, sausage and waffles. I would stay here again. Front desk lady Stacy was very helpful to a lost and late night traveler like me. Thank you Stacy and Quality Inn. barry.
