I stayed here jan 10, 2020. Clean room, hot shower, good breakfast.

Nice atmosphere and quiet.

Beautiful decor, friendly.

Great room! Very clean, no odors, looked newly renovated. Staff was good, but not as cheerful as some similar places. This is now my fav hotel!

This place is awesome. The rooms were clean and spacious. They over an outdoor pool, along with an outdoor gas fire pit that was wonderful to sit around while enjoying the amazing breakfast that was offered.

I just stayed at this hotel this weekend. A soon a I entered the room, I went to the bathroom there was a used bar of soap in the shower, there was hair in the shower. My husband and I was going to and event on Saturday afternoon we saw the hotel staff cleaning the lobby with no shoes on her feet, she had her son with her. I made a complaint to the staff so far no one has address this issue. For a new hotel this is unacceptable! The manager was no where on site to deal with this situation. I called the manager myself and her phone went straight to voicemail. I left messages also no response. If. There is two manager ran property why was both of the managers gone for the entire weekend! ’

Beautiful inside and out. Room was spacious and bed was so comfy! Pool area looked amazing. Will definitely stay there again and most definitely will tell everyone we know as well.

My stay there was great. I stayed last week and again this week. Kathryn at the front desk was very gracious and helpful. The rooms and bed were great. Enjoyed the pillow menu of both firm and soft pillows.

Nice and clean. Friendly service. Nice pool. Breakfast was great when the food was filled but was empty and not replenished in a timely fashion. Would definitely stay again.

Newer location. Rooms were quiet and clean. Although they tend to be overpriced at times we got a decent rate this trip. Biggest complaint was the cold eggs and sausage for breakfast. They were slow the weekend we were there so that could have kept them from changing things out. Definitely a place to stay.

I GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE I CANT GIVE LOWER! First there was an issue with our reservation, then our bathroom was FILTHY! NEXT we had a cockroach crawling up our wall! The so called general manager Mary Mitchell states I took pics in retaliation. (which I will try to post). RETALIATION for What? The pics were taken at 9:17 and the roach was taken to the front desk shortly after and front desk clerk was made aware of the lack of cleanliness at that time. There was a heated verbal altercation that took place in the hallway of the 4th floor around MIDNIGHT after 2 phone calls from my room 314 were made, 1 to room 414 asking them to PLEASE QUIET DOWN and 1 to the front desk asking them to take care of it. AFTER the noise increased WAKING ALL 3 OF MY KIDS UP. (10 year old Autistic SPECIAL NEEDS CHILD, 6 year old and a 3 year old). Then I went upstairs very angry … demanding they quiet down, and I was not happy!. I made a phone call to the front desk the following morning to ask one of the staff members to come upstairs and listen to what we had to deal with the previous evening because they were back at it shortly after 8 a. M. Sunday morning to which no one responded. When the GM called me yesterday after stating her name and asking for "Lisa Warren" I said this is Dawn Warren … she said is this the same Dawn Warren that was in my hallway yelling and cursing calling my guests MOTHER F'ERS?

I've stayed here on two occasions now, a month between visits. Very clean, well designed rooms with plenty of seating and a desk. Bathrooms have really nice showers and great water pressure. Staff has always been very nice, fast, and helpful.

Good, comfortable stay but tiled portion of the floor looked and felt as if it hadn't been washed. Quiet location. Friendly staff wanting to help make my stay pleasant.

My second stay here one off the nicest Holliday inns I've stayed at. The beds are awesome. The rooms are modern.

Gave it one star because I can't figure out how to give it less. Lost my reservation, could not accommodate the king bed on original booking when I arrived. Said they would find something the next day but no follow up. Broken climate control in room, fixed it but ended up worse than before. I will never stay at a holiday inn unless it's the only game in town, if it is I'd look for a campgrounds first.

Amazing Staff. New Hotel everything you would expect from IHG property. I travel almost 300days out of the year. IHG and this Hotel is my choice. Catherine and the other lady in training at Front Desk gave an awesome warming and smiling and professional reception. I am completely satisfied.

Great hotel! Very modern and renovated. The room was spacious and very comfortable. It had lots of good amenities, and plenty of outlets and USB ports for charging. The Wifi was great-very fast. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was large and clean. The walls were thick, so it was nice and quiet in the room. The service was very friendly-shout out to Catherine for a warm welcome! Only downside was there's a lot of road construction, so it's difficult to get to the hotel parking lot.

I go to this hotel once a month when I'm in town for work. I will not go to a different hotel for any reason. The service is one of the best I have ever experienced.

I give it 1 star for being new and clean but 0 stars for customer service. I’m a spire level member and they didn’t care. I’ve stayed at an IHG property over 100 nights this year and they couldn’t even look me in the eye or say hello let alone thank me for being a loyal customer. I waited for 5 minutes before having to ring a bell to get someone to come to the front desk. I checked in at 7pm! That falls on management. Not even sure I’ll be getting my points for the stay.

Rooms are clean, breakfast is good. The patio area is nice in the evenings.

The room was extremely nice and very clean. Cordello Jones was working the night we came and he was very nice. I was booking a room on site because the hotel was stayed in the night before was horrible, so we requested a refund from the previous hotel (Days Inn) and booked a room at the holiday inn and we were beyond pleased and Cordello sealed the deal because he had amazing customer service! I had informed him that the price he quoted me to book a room was more than the online price, so he let me use his personal cell phone because) their computer onsite wasn't working) too book my room. I will definitely stay again the next time we're in Greenwood!

Went here for the solar eclipse in Greenwood. Very nice and new hotel. Friendly staff, great pool, and free breakfast. The pancakes weren't that great though. Also our shower door doesnt close all the way. Great hotel though, would recommend.

The general manager Mary L. Mitchell is very nasty and not accommodating. Our room was not secured and it too two days for her to try to rectify the problem. Literally ANY room key was able to open our room door. She refused to comp our room, and only wanted to move us to another on a different floor on our last night at the hotel. I will post my video showing that literally ANY key opened our room door.

Stay here if you have business in Greenwood. The staff is great, and the rooms are fantastic. The building is 2017 vintage, so it's very modern too.

Rooms are very nice and the interior looks wonderful. However, we didn't get to stay here because they changed our room reservation without authorization. They worked hard to transfer us to a hotel that could accommodate our needs for space but it was not nearly as helpful and they moved us further from my wedding destination. Just all around not happy with their service.

The hotel features and facility was nice with a modern design and fixtures. However, there was quite a wait to check in on the day and at the time that we arrived, which was an inconvience. The bathroom in our room did not seem like it was thoroughly cleaned. The bathroom floor was a bit dusty, and I noticed some stains and hair on the floor right after we entered our room. The tub also did not look like it was cleaned well. I had to spray it down and clean it before I could wash up my kids. Also, there were no linens in our room for the pull-out bed, which we needed to use. We called the front desk and requested some, as well as a pillow, but 30 minutes later no one had arrived. It was after we called back to check that someone promptly arrived with them. The pizza we ordered from Papa Johns came faster then thise linens.

Room was really nice. Pool was outside. Service was good overall. I had a great stay. Would stay there again.

Brand new and the staff great. The rooms look good. Furniture is extremely comfortable. Best hotel in the area.

Very nice new hotel. Rooms and bathrooms were nice and clean. Nice TV. There is a pool and fire pit to relax at during the evening. I thought the breakfast was a bit on the cheap side.

Hotel looked new. Room was nice, and it had automated blinds that gave it a more upgraded feel. There was a good selection for breakfast. My only issue was they had a pull out couch, but no extra blankets or sheets. We called front office and they said they didn't have any extra. So that made the sleeping arrangements cramped. Even though the hotel was nice, we wouldn't stay there again because of this issue.
