The room we stayed in was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. What makes the room comfortable is the king bed and the amazing down pillows along with the nice blankets and comforter. The bathroom was very spacious and had basic showering amenities. Between the bathroom and bedroom is a wall mirror that acts as the door for the closet, which has hangers, ironing board, iron, and another comforter. The TV is not very big, but it's large enough for the size and distance related to the bed and sofa. The sofa is also a sofa bed. The fridge is very big, probably the biggest I've ever seen in a hotel room that's not a suite. Though I was unable to this time, there is an outdoor pool that looked very refreshing to jump into. The staff was kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend the stay.

We were traveling home to Texas from NC, we made it almost to the town this hotel is in and I told my Husband to please find me a Hampton Inn. I have a really bad back and I know Hampton Inn has great beds! I was hurting so bad, it was 1230am and we were exhausted! The lady at the counter was so sweet and inviting, she even got the manager to give us a discount because we checked in so late, I guess. I was so grateful for the super clean shower and clean really comfortable bed! My daughter loved the pool and the whole facility was beautiful!

This is not a fancy hotel, but nice, clean & well maintained. Hotel staff are extremely nice & helpful! Great southern hospitality! Lobby & breakfast area is cozy but not a quiet place due to two TVs. Breakfast included a variety of items (ie. Eggs, sausage, toasts, pastries, cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, waffles, coffee, juices, milk). Hotel has 5 floors. Rooms have micro/fridges. Pool is a little on the small side, but works for little kids. Fitness room had stationary bike, treadmill, elliptical machine, TV & cool temperature :). Parking lot is small… no convenient place to park a bus/trailer without taking up several parking spaces. Conveniently located right off the interstate. Several restaurants & fast food places in close proximity. Overall, nice place to stay. If I needed to be in the area in the future, I would stay here again.

Great place to stay, we stay there all the time. Though I do wish the rooms had safes in them. Also, my key card deactivated within 24 hrs. Coffee & breakfast is ALWAYS amazing.

Horrible! Front desk person was arrogant and rude. We attempted to check in and she tells us come back in an hour. We come back in an hour and she states that because of the type of room we booked we would have to wait an additional hour. We told her we were flexible on the type of room. She stated it didnt matter. She called housekeeping to find they hadnt cleaned the room she insisted on giving us. We asked if they could clean it now and were told in no uncertain terms that we would wait our turn. We would cancel if we could. We will NEVER stay in a Hampton Inn again! Why not take care of the customer standing in front of you?

Hampton Inn is our "go-to" when on the road for soccer tournaments. They always work with our teams in holding blocks of rooms for players and parents. They always have an array of amenities that may vary by location. Their breakfast options have grown over the years which is always a bonus for those looking for a somewhat healthy breakfast without having to venture out.

Bunch of idiots! We have been booking blocks of rooms for a travel volleyball team for years. THIS hotel sends you right to the 1-800 line. That is NOT how Hilton does group reservations. After giving up on the worthless employees at the hotel, we gave in and booked through the 1-800 number. They ended up making a 12 room reservation on our credit card. When other families called the hotel to add their information to the reservation they were also given a hard time. Some booked outside of our reservation. The one employee who helped (Ginger) went through our reservations and verified that every room was accounted for. We cancelled the extra rooms that were caused by someone booking outside of our reservation number. Much to my surprise, after our stay we were charged for TWO extra rooms. As it turns out Ginger DID NOT cancel those extra rooms. We called the hotel to get the problem solved and they blamed US! WE told them to cancel the rooms THEY did not! But somehow that's our fault. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here unless you think it is worth 3 times the cost!

Clean, very nice, good staff. Only thing I wasn't too thrilled about was the gym. Only had elliptical, treadmill (speed decrease butt I did not work), cycle and the workout ball with a few ball weights. But it's my first time using a gym at a hotel haha. So I wouldn't know what any of them were like.

Good hotel in Columbia but I got a cockroach in the room.

The room was clean and the staff was awesome. Staff was always courteous and friendly. I did forget my toothbrush and they were more than happy to assist with some toothpaste and a replacement toothbrudh for my stay. At the end of it all they wanted to make sure my stay was enjoyable and had everything I needed.

Pleasant and clean except for the 3 lady bugs that were in our room on the window pane. The view from our room was someone's backyard who appeared to be a collector of "treasures". If you find pleasure gazing out hotel windows room 404 is not for you, but if you like spacious, neat, and comfortable for a reasonable price, I would say definately book. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was good too.

Comfortable beds and plenty of space. All the updates with usb plugs by the bed. Lots of towels and free razors and toothbrush/paste if you forget yours. Continental breakfast is good with the usual make your own waffles etc but with little extras like fresh fruit (strawberry, orange and grapefruit sections).

This is a pretty basic hotel that doesn't have anything fancy. It serves breakfast and has a pool and it's located near a highway. There are work spaces with plugs and USB ports in the lobby but not all plugs or ports have power. Be warned!

I love the big comfy beds and every about my room I didn't eat breakfast there I went out I have no complaints.

Very pleasant and clean location. The Christmas holiday theme is well put together. The location is conveniently located by I-20.

Bed is way too hard for me to get any sleep. Sleep is the main reason I am staying in the hotel. Room is fine and was quiet but the bed is the most important thing to me. I could have slept better in my truck but it didn't have a shower. If you like really hard beds in a nice quiet room, this is a good place to be. Perhaps you can ask for a soft bed, I didn't think about asking while there for two days.

Had to use this hotel for my wedding guests. Had a few communication issues in the beginning, but they were all resolved. My guests enjoyed their stay. The location can't be beat given that it is off of the interstate.

This Hampton inn was suprisengly wonderful, meaning it was very well kept for a hotel that sits back off of the main road. Its just been my experience with hotels off the main road being not so well maintained. We checked in close to midnight and the front desk person was very pleasant and accommodating and after that long ride its wonderful to come to a hotel and be greeted with a lovely smile and a friendly atmosphere. In the morning at breakfast we met a very friendly lady that had that breakfast area looking gooooood! I didn't catch her name but I called her Sally Fields because that's who she looks like and she didn't mind at all. Nicely kept room, very welcoming atmosphere and great people working hard to keep the customer comfortable, safe, and willing to come back. Thanks you guys.

The location was excellent t. Easy access to the freeway and food. The hotel room was clean and the staff was attentive. I would definitely stay there again.

Nicely done! Would have given five stars… Except that I especially asked if there was a tub in the room, and the desk clerk said there was… Instead, there was a very nice shower…

Very nice hotel… clean, nicely done and the shower in the room was big enough for 2, easily! Breakfast was good, lots to chose from, Including bacon and eggs! Staff were friendly and very helpful! Really can not say anything bad, But… there is always a but, lol! We had a King bed, and this happens everywhere, why don't they put king pillows and a King bed?! Or maybe give you more than 2 little pillows per person. It's a big bed people! ;)

Clean, well maintained, decent breakfast. The beds are hard as a rock. Both my wife and I woke up with sore backs, hips, and necks from the bed. My son also woke up with a rash of some sort, most likely attributable to an allergic reaction to whatever they clean the bedding with. The hotel was fine otherwise but isn't the whole point of staying there a good nights sleep?

Best place to stay. Tina is great with my Granddaughter. Every time we stay she has something to give her. The food is not the best. I'd rather go to Waffle House.
