Nice rooms. Staff is friendly. They tend to run out of food at breakfast or forget to refill the water cooler in the fitness center.

Best hotel we have ever stayed in. Clean, friendly, off the beaten path, very accommodating, the entire staff was friendly, hard working, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant!

Room was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They held a free dinner/mixer with drinks, as well a provided a vast array of choices in their breakfast buffet.

This is a very nice residence to stay at! Everyone is very friendly and housekeeping always does a spectacular job making sure that beds are made daily, vacuuming is done, and the bathroom and kitchenette are spick and span! {you do have the option to opt out of housekeeping if you’d prefer to do your own cleaning} The rooms are spacious and there are many perks including a gym and hot breakfast served daily as well as dinners! I really couldn’t have asked for a better residency!

Very nice place to stay. Clean, quiet and have amenities provided to customers including coffee and tea in the lobby. They have a pool and patio for people to sit around and relax on the first floor. The staff was friendly as well. Before my check out, I was trying to get a cup of coffee from the lobby, but they were all out (they got 2+ coffee containers and one hot water and they were all out). Still, very pleasant visit and would visit here again :)

Loved it. Felt like home. Clean rooms, friendly service and a great breakfast selection. Tricky finding the driveway in the dark but was well worth it.

I stayed here for work, and the service was pretty good. The room was clean, though when I asked front desk to ask someone to come fix a door, no one ever came. Taking into account that I only saw them in ungodly hours of the morning and night, they were approachable and professional. Breakfast was OK. Gym was good. Laundry room constantly had problems. Location was very good — nice mix of restaurants, supermarkets (and a Costco), a lake, parks, and other fun places.

Oh WOW! Wonderful staff! Great beds! Great breakfast — — Gluten free options as well! Located close to shopping and restaurants. WIll definitely stay here again if we are back in the area!

Left my purse in the room. Had to drive back an hour to get it and everything was intact. Thank you so much. Not to mention very comfortable bed and super clean.

Staff were generally nice, except for Orlando. He was very rude when working the desk. The sheets I kept getting had stains on them that looked like lipstick that melted in the dryer. They had to change my sheets 5 or 6 times due to my finding these stains. It was weird that they didn't catch this in the laundry room, especially because it was very obvious. Also, they had a good breakfast but the plates were dirty! One day I ended up setting aside almost 10 plates from the rack that were dirty and when I informed Katie (the staff member from the kitchen), she said that they weren't that bad and put them back with the clean plates. Gross. She was very rude.

Gold greeting was outstanding. 3 different TV alcoves, fire out, great pool. The internet TV is awesome and the rooms are large.

The beds are like so comfortable and the room is so well laid out! Great use of space and I never feel crowded into a closet, like some places.

Great hotel nice clean spacious rooms. Regular size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, sink and add stovetop. Friendly staff, good location. Mall and plenty of restaurants less than 10 minutes away.

The best staff. Had a 50 th surprise party for y boyfriend and they allowed us to use patio, inside lobby. Would I go there again. Most definitely.

The rooms were amazing and was enough room for our 2 year old to run around before bed. The breakfast selection was great and tasted very good. The staff was very accommodating and made us feel welcomed. The beds were very comfortable and the pillow selection made my wife and I very happy.

We stayed overnight for my son's travel ball tournament. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. Front desk clerk was very nice and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. We will stay again in the future!

The hospitality functions on week nights is all about making the guests feel at home. The manager visited our table out on the patio and refreshed our drinks at least 4 times. I can't wait until my next business trip to Irmo. You guys are great.

The room was great. Everything was wonderful. Enjoyed the little get together on Monday. Only issue I had were the appetizers. Other than that, my visit was great. Will certainly be staying here again.

They have been very friendly, it is clean, it is close to many shops and restaurants.

I just went for a conference. The coffee had grains in it but the place was nice & clean and the bathroom was nice & clean. The staff seemed pleasant.

If you want a clean, quiet and comfortable stay, Residence Inn Columbia had that. And don't forget the Mon-Wed free beers in the lobby. Would stay here again.

Nice location; convenient to the interstate. Very friendly, courteous staff. The rooms are excellent. Breakfast is included with the cost, of course, but they include a great variety to choose from.

I'm staying here for an extended period of time, three months to be exact. The site is up to date but the parking lot is always full due to the way it's situated on the hill. They have a night where food trucks come for dinner. The service is friendly, but make sure you leave out with enough time to get where you're going because it's located off a busy road.

Our family had a great home away from home experience here for 2.5 months while relocating from Illinois. That staff were always kind, courteous and helpful whenever we needed anything. The front desk/ dining/ housekeeping staff all took extra care with our family and that was truly needed after our unfortunate car accident while moving here. The rooms were well staged and the kitchen area had everything we needed. We'd certainly recommend Residence Inn Columbia Northwest (Irmo) to any one!

This a beautiful place to stay, the services is fabulous. Very nice people, the rooms are spotless very clean and very beautiful. I will only go to Marriott hotels and suites for now on. Love it!

Great Hotel, stay here when travelling with family b/c of free buffet breakfast and you will be happy. It's worth the $129 a night trust me!
