Very efficient clean rooms. Easy check in.

Overall great place, great area. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Only set back is that we could hear footsteps in room above us but didnt interfere with anything. Would definitely stay here again!

Simply put they crammed too many rooms into to smallest space in this hotel. The single rooms are great for one person for 1 night the layout is so odd as to be useless for a long term stay. The closet is in the bathroom which means your hanging clothes get exposed to dampness consistently. The TV is situated as to be in the worst possible spot to view from the couch the bed or the desk. The kitchen facilities are behind the door. They should have put in a few less rooms and have them a little bit bigger the same goes for the breakfast area in is so small and cramped as to be useless when 10 people show up. Not only that but the fake omelets and the sausage sit in water inside the steamer where there should be a great underneath to keep them out of the water. The hotel is very clean relatively new the staff is very nice but there's better choices in the area.

I had an exceptional stay. Everyone was friendly however I received exceptional service from Jonathan and Michelle. I had to stay over a period of many different days due to a personal emergency and they always greeted me and got me checked in without a problem. Also, the housekeepers were exceptional. You could tell they enjoy what they do through there positive attitudes and warm smiles. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was very cheerful and helpful. Rooms were extremely clean. Beds incredibly comfortable. The free breakfast is outstanding! Only complaint was a when a group of guests became so loud in their rooms at 12:30 a. M. It was so disruptive we had to call the front dest twice before they settled down.

Great hotel. This hotel is very clean and we'll kept. Each room has a kitchen with a large fridge. Breakfast is included and offers some options, although a bit limited. The coffee is great! The staff is always kind and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I will be back.

I had an odd and very uncomfortable experience but the manager professional handled the situation and for that I am appreciative. A clearly prejudice employee and is a bully. I have never in my life been treated so horribly at a hotel. I went to my room and started crying, after this man verbally abused me. I had a horrible day and was driving late. I informed the desk attendant Dave, that I was tired. I was using my aunts discount. He questioned me about everything asked me where I worked, why I was there, told me I was fighting with him. He said phrases like, “your tired I get it, let me hurry for you”. Obvious sarcasm. I was very neutral but calmly defended myself. He accused me of having a problem with them switching shifts. I was fine with it. I went to my bag to get my purse and waited. He said “look at you you walked away and you have a problem with me”. I said no, I’m just very tired. He said “I’ve worked her for 15 years and I’m here to help customers. He put me on the 4th floor even though the hotel was clearly empty. The women standing next to him was clearly newer and kept staring at him. She was clearly uncomfortable and going to be timid. I have never felt so attacked in my life. He questioned who my family member was that had the discount. If I made a mistake, I understand. When I told him I would just cancel my reservation he said, if I did he would charge me the full price. I was in awe of his disrespect.

The rooms are great! Full size fridge and everything you need to cook. Small indoor pool. I thought I read spa so thought that meant hot tub but no. Staff are pretty. Staying a week. So far so good.

Nice place to stay for a night. Rooms are small and not as nice as other Marriott's. A lot of restaurants and stores near the hotel.

Eh… Staff is friendly. First room the refrigerator was dead on arrival. Light came on but no cooling to be found. Second room, door stuck (but was fixed the next day), and a wash cloth from a previous guest was hanging on the shower bar. Staff was friendly during any interactions. Breakfast was on par. I'd like to give the place a higher rating but too many misteps for the brand.

Good place to stay for family in york. The place has well equipped kitchen.

The most UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE IVE EVER WORKED… WAS HIRED WITH OUT FILLING OUT AN 1-9 or any new paper work, had to wait a month before getting paid.

Its a catogory 2. I didnt expect a 5 star rating. No bad but not great… it worked but id try something different next time. They did have a decent breakdast and they were nice. Id give a 3.5 overall.

I have never stayed here. I have driven by it a few times though. It looks nice. Google wants me to review it real bad. Here ya go.

The property itself is very nice. The only issues I had were that the doors are very noisy when they slam shut and the breakfast selection is a little healthier than I would like. Overall though I will be staying here again if I am back in in the area.

Enjoyed our stay very much! Was able to accommodate and upgrade our room to handicap for my father, didn’t charge us more for the upgrade. Room was very clean and spacious. There was an annoying noise late into the night, but it could have been something in the pool area since we were right above that. Breakfast was filling and a good variety to pick from. Pet friendly which is a plus for next time!

We booked it through Hotwire because the property was billed as an “all suites” hotel. We have three young kids and our goal was to get a larger than standard room that would offer us with two beds and a place for a small cot we bring along for one of them to sleep in. The room we were in had a king bed and a couch that pulled out as a double. When the couch was open, there wasn’t any floor space to place a cot. The setup is not conducive to having more than two people in a room. We would have been far better off booking a standard room with two double beds. Other than the space issue, the hotel was modern and clean and the staff were friendly. It would be a decent place to stay if not traveling with family. I’m fairly certain we weren’t the target demographic for the TownePlace brand.

Ac system has strange idea of temperature… Always seemed warmer or cooler than it was set. Bathroom sink looked like it had toothpaste spot all over when I got there, yuk. But that's the worst of it. Everything else was really good. Did not eat the breakfast.

The room was clean. The bed was comfy. The staff was nice had to ask twice for extra towels and toilet paper but otherwise overall great experience.

Comfortable clean hotel with good amenities. Breakfast is a bit limited and eating area is small. If you need to do more than check emails pay the daily fee for the internet. Well wortj it. Great location for shopping restaurants and site seeing.

The hotel is very close to Route 30 and easy to get too. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Have equipped kitchen, desk, sofa and king bed.

Suites are clean, modern, well equiped and spacious. Facility is well-maintained. Staff is prompt and professional. They go above and beyond the call of duty. They even have a grill and outddor patio.

Room was very nice — had a big desk for working, and a comfy bed. Bathroom was nice and clean. Lots of storage. Had a small kitchen with dishware/cookware, 2 burners, a dishwasher, and a fridge. Very happy with stay. Was there for business.

Great customer service, location is very convenient, next to shopping centers. Just wish they had waffle for breakfast and a working crib for the baby. They tried their best to find me a crib but it was broken when I check in late at night so we just use the sofa bed instead.

In the last year I have spent somewhere around 7 or 8 months in a TownPlace Suites. I am way past Platinum Elite. This hotel is my favorite. They do a nice job. Very nice stay and in a very clean and modern room that was absolutely silent. If I had to be picky, I would say breakfast from 6:30 to 9:30 on a Saturday is too short and ends too early. I also realize that is the standard for this chain. I would add in another hour on the breakfast if I were to "fix" anything.

Service was great. The gym was perfect and had all new equipment. Rooms were very clean!

Breakfast very minimal. Waffles but did not see any meat or eggs. Only boiled eggs. Should not advertise studio for more than two people. More than two can be very tight, esp if all adults or kids are adult size.
Bed was comfortable. Appreciate that it has a kitchenette.

Overall a nice hotel for the price range. Comfortable bed and everything was clean and welcoming. Our room was a little bit small, however, and the breakfast area was a bit crowded and lacked scrambled eggs which I believe I've seen in other TownePlace Suites.

My wife and I stayed at this location to attend a family wedding. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a nice stay. Breakfast was included, but could have some small improvements to make it much better. The bananas we green, the oatmeal was in a crock that was cold and needed to be heated in the microwave… the yogurt was of the light variety only. Parking was ample and convenient. Check in was simple and quick. There is a grill out front that is available to the guests. There is an indoor pool. I did not know that it was a pet friendly hotel… if I would have known that ahead of time, I would not have booked the hotel. I have terrible animal allergies. However, I detected no pet odor or stains, and I had no issues with my allergies!

The hotel TownePlace Suites York Marriott is a hotel that offers sufficient comfort at a price welcoming. Located near several restaurants and not far from a shopping center (mall), provides easy access to places of eat and shops. Recommended.

The room is small, but comfortable. The shower is AMAZING (good water pressure. ) My husband is staying there for 45 days, and I will be there for two weeks. There could definitely be more storage space for a location that is set for extended stay as there is only one small closet in the bathroom. The walls are also extremely thin. Other guests in surrounding rooms had children running the halls unsupervised at odd early and late hours. The lack of parenting was not the hotels fault, however, the lack of decent sound proofing did not help.

Room was clean, staff was friendly. Internet was a little slow, no option for higher speed.

The air conditioner was quiet but powerful.

What a disappointment — the hotel did not honor government or military rate (we have both), did not describe the room correctly when I made the reservation over the phone (so it was too small) and — the icing on the cake — a customer service representative said "don't pull the militry card on me on Memorial Day" — seriously? Customer Service?!? And breakfast ended on Memorial Day at 9AM — weekday end time, but it is a Federal holiday. Do NOT stay here and support this poorly managed hotel.

Excellent service from the time we checked in till the time we checked out. Continental breakfast was great if we asked for something that was missing the staff got it right away. Housekeeping was very thorough cleaning the room.

Loved it! Nice quiet hotel, very CLEAN, I mean Incredible clean. Room has everything you need from a stove, fridge, all the kitchen accesories you need to cook and eat, sink, dishwasher. I am telling you ahmazeballs. You will love it. We choose a king size bed and it was so comfy and again sheets and bedding so clean. TV selection pretty awesome, free Wi-Fi in room worked perfect! Price was $149 with tax but def worth every penny!

Love this place! We had a phenomenal family mini-vacation! The area is perfect with walking distance to many places. We stayed in a 2bdrms suite and it felt like home away from home! Just got done cooking for the kiddos now off to enjoy the exercise rm followed by some good old swimming. By the way the breakfast is wonderful too. They have my fav Belgian waffles;) ) )
