Thanks for the quiet comfortable room.

First off there were no towels in the room we had to ask the front desk and she only had two, second they do not have a mini fridge or microwave. But they do have a safe that you have to pay for but they don’t tell you about it smh, also on the site it says credit card or cash due at check in but when I tried to do cash they said they do not accept cash only credit or debit cards and it can’t be prepaid.

Pet friendly! Nice and clean. Great restaurant right next door!

The front desk person was kinda rude and suggested a friend didn’t have an ID when clearly she’s a mature woman. I thought that was inconsiderate. The rooms are nice, beds are comfy. Only thing was no coffee maker in room. I find that to be inconvenient.

Great location, easily within walking distance of several restaurants and a Sheetz. Nice rooms for the price, with a firm, comfortable bed, a variety of pillows, fridge, microwave, safe, and desk. Good selection of TV channels. Great water pressure in the shower. Almost everything was perfect. Only docked a star because the floors in our room really could've used a cleaning, and the wall behind the desk had some holes that had been patched, but were still extremely visible. Otherwise, a great thrifty option that is very close to the airport while also being positioned well for the rest of the south hills. Highly recommended, especially if you're okay with a few small compromises in exchange for much lower price.

Great place! Was close to KeyBank Pavilion where our concert was. There was a glitch in the system where it booked the wrong dates for check in, but they fixed that at no charge. Everyone was extremely nice, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. There's a great diner next door as well. Everything was wonderful, my boyfriend and I highly recommend it.

Rooms were clean and smelled great. I only had two issues. One was there was no ice machine on the second floor, at least not that I could find. The other was there was this rusty spot in the otherwise nice bathtub, so I just took a shower.

You pay for what you get. If you need a bed for a few hours before a flight and you don't require the lap of luxury this place suffices. Although I will say my room had a funny smell to it. Most likely d/t the swamp cooler. Smelled a bit musty. All in all though it was fine. Clean sheets. Clean room. Hot shower. Mini-fridge. Free parking. It worked and you can't beat the price! Also it's right next to some really great restaurants.

Cons: Door knobs on multiple doors are completely jacked up and some don’t work. Space between rooms (the floor space between the doors separating adjacent rooms) was filthy. Water pressure in the shower is low. Water temp alternates between burning hot and cold, with a very small “sweet spot. ” Overall below average interior workmanship/painting. Lighting is white/cool instead of incandescent/warm, which is bad for atmosphere. Pros: Comfortable beds and pillows. Near the airport. Pet friendly.

Great value. Location is on bus line. Nice eating places around. Applebees, Eat n Park. A diner right next door and a McDonald's next to eat. Staff was friendly. Room was. Have already booked my next trip.

The value on this was superb. Tucked into the hillside and some good grounds to meander around. The room was nothing more, nothing less. I'd dock a half-star if possible for some cleanliness issues. Some crusty fried rice on the floor near the bedside and unkept nooks and crannies.

Used to stay here regular until someone hung up on me & I had to spend a night on the airport floor. Why the 5*?. I was stuck in Pittsburgh & this was the only place available. It was like the old Red Roof I knew & stayed at in the past. Great front desk & large comfortable room. Pay a bit extra for a microwave. The location is superb with Robinson Mall within walking distance & public transport access to downtown nearby. I will be back. UPDATE… Just to add I have stayed 3 times since & standards are still good offering good value for money… It's not a Marriott. Hilton or Omni Penn… and makes no attempt to pass it off as one, but it offers value for money along with free parking.

I stayed at this hotel the night of 4/19/18. I found a spoon used to melt drugs in the room on the shelf behind the hand towels. I left my number at the front desk for the General Manager to contact me. I received a call from a Michael at the hotel the next day. He left me a voice mail. I called back twice that day and left messages for this Michael and never received a call back. It is disgusting that housekeeping did not find this and it shows the clientele this hotel. To add insult to injury, it is evident that this location does not care about customer satisfaction.

Best motel I have ever stayed in. Very quiet. Friendly staff. Trustworthy. Lots of stores within minutes. Clean. No pests.

My 3 day stay at this place in July 2016 was great. The room was clean, the A/C was cold and it was quiet. My only complaint is when the maid came and cleaned my room they took one of my wash cloths (they probably thought it was one of theirs).

Clean room, very spacious tho he bathroom is a bit tiny. I asked able to upgrade to a premium king room with my furniture babies and we all had a great stay. Friendly staff and great price.

Disgusting. Got 2 rooms on Travelocity for business trip. When we checked it, my room was missing paint on wall, floor was filthy, put bag on bed, the bed moved a little… only to reveal candy wrappers, insect carcasses, and more filth. Asked for another room… same thing. The hotel needs to invest in a vacuum and maid service that will do their job. Hotel was GROSS. Wish I could givr negative stars. Buyers beware. They should have paid me to stay there.

Goal — find a cheap/ decent hotel in the area. Success! Hotel was obviously remodeled not too long ago but it wasnt a grade job. Hotel staff was very helpful. Wood floors were kinda dirty. I only realized this after cleaning up a spill. My shower drain was clogged which the staff fixed promptly the next day during house keeping. Parking was easy. Can be tricky getting in and out — busy area. I would stay again if a budget room was needed.

Just visiting a friend but I've stayed here before. Nice. Good for the price. Safe area. They have a dog station with bags. 24-hr restaurant next door. Easy access to the highway to Pittsburgh and/or airport.

Don't waste money on the premium king room unless you are after the different linen they have for that room. The bathroom is not spa like, just a regular tub with a showerhead. Complimentary box was good, had trail mix, two bars, popcorn, orange juice, and a bottle of water. Make sure that you call housekeeping to tend your room, otherwise they may skip you. Honestly the service by the central office and the girls in the lobby is great, just everything else lacked this visit. My first visit with them was really great but this visit was less than great for me.

Good value for the price. Room was fine. They had cheap soap and shampoo, but I wasn't really expecting anything better. My friend mentioned it was dirty under the bed, but I didn't care much either.

Basic hotel room, barely any hot water, walls are paper thin. I'm grateful that they offered a free airport shuttle but the driver told me it was the last day for the service. No reason to stay at this hotel if there is no shuttle!

Definitely would recommend, this place and also most red roof inn so. They don't have carpet, no more questioning how dirty the floor is and how much of dirtiness you may be breathing in. Rate is reasonable and ac get cold. The bed is decent, no donut holes in middle which is nice. It is comfy so sleep is good. The room is spacious, bathroom seemed clean. The guest shampoo and conditioner is mediocre at best but did it's job. Plenty of outlets so if you have electronics, charge them all up.

It was nice considering we have a budget… beds were nice but front desk was mediocre at best… super close to central diner which is amazing… this is why I have 4 stars.

Quick, one night stay-good quality for the price. Generally clean except for staining on the ceiling. Rooms are very small so might not be the best option if staying for an extended period.

Staff were good, and rooms were well maintained. It was placed in a good location near many restaurants and shopping nearby, as well as public transportation. Easily accessible to highways and banks. The rooms were good, especially the new renovated ones we stayed in. Many free channels were available, and the room was well cleaned. All in all, the price for this was very cheap!

Clean room, comfortable bed… easy location to find. Helpful, friendly staff at the front desk. If I have one complaint, its that the room doesn't have any low wattage night lights, we had to use the bathroom light and bring the door closed about 95%.

We stayed in a "premium" room for one night. The room was comfortable, good beds, TV, refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom was a little dirty, but not atrocious. If you have a pet this hotel is really a great option. Easy access to the city and located right next to a great restaurant.

We had a lovely stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The pet walking area was nice with grass and trees. I saw a nice sunset every evening through the trees when I walked my dog. The rooms were clean and the towels and sheets smelled really good.

The room was really nice. It was quiet and we had enough privacy. Seems like a safe part of town and I never felt like I was in danger. The TV had many options for on demand and the prices weren't too bad. Definitely recommend.

Very loud noise from the hallway and the adjacent rooms till around 2-3am when I was finally able to fall asleep. The room is clean and the front desk is nice though. Need some improvements to keep noise down.

The nighttime receptionist was really nice and helpful, the rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, but it's very minimalist (no mini fridge or hair dryer in the room). Also, when we called the front desk the next morning to ask for a hair dryer the receptionist was rude and unhelpful, and the hair dryer that was given to us was broken. I don't know for sure what the "plus" in the name stands for, but it sort of seemed like "plus attitude". Fine as a bare minimums sort of place, but don't expect much more.

The hotel was clean and remodeling does not have breakfast and you should call if you want to be on the first floor that is not an option when booking. Staff some are well others not depends on who you touch is it better for the price in that area. If you can pay more go to another.

For the price it is what I expected. Not very clean, nothing fancy, small TV and a bed. Nothing else.

Stayed 2 nights. Convenient to groceries and other shopping. Tip: 1st floor rooms face right out to the parking lot (obviously lol. But this means into parked cars) and are motel style. 2nd floor rooms are HOTEL style (doors inside) and (in my opinion) a little bigger. I requested to move to a 2nd floor room because my window opened right to a pickup truck front window. The ladies at the desk moved me to a 2nd floor room and I liked it MUCH better. Only downside was noise in hallways ALL morning with housekeeping but I just turned the TV up a bit :) Bed, Bathroom, fridge and microwave were clean.

The woman who checked us in was friendly, if less than efficient. The room is decent for the price. Good overall value.

We have stayed here many times. Affordable and clean, close to lots of things and easy access to freeway. We like that the floors are not carpeted, so it has become a go-to spot for us when in Pittsburgh.

The location is good. Not too far from the main city. Parking lot had some steep hills to drive up. The room was good for the price. Beds were uncomfortable but everything else seemed fine. Service of office workers was a bit slow.

So much bureaucracy during check in. The receptionist required every single guest's ID, even babies! Oh well, you thought "I've had worse experience checking into a hotel". Tett. You're wrong. The receptionist was slow as hell and she was unapologetic about that too. That led to about almost half an hour waste of time checking in when we could've visited down town Pittsburgh. To be fair though, the room itself is not that bad for what you pay. Room services were very responsive. I'd only recommend this place if you don't mind wasting a bit of your time checking in.

Not a bad place for a visit in Pittsburgh a lot of stores around the area including the mall that's right behind this place. They do have a security guard that make rounds inaround the area so that might make people feel safe in the area also knowing there car won't get broken into. I'll say the only negitive thing about this place is that with a basic room your very limited with things, like a coffee maker, a iron and hair dryer which all comes with a premium room if you get that such they also put snack and drinks in the premium room fridge with a larger T. V with more HD Channels, but like other Motels more stuff calls for more money.

I felt very good. Clean, spacious, great bed. I spent 3 nights there. Would check in there again.
