Awesome experience. The staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. My wife and I spent our small honeymoon lodging here. The woman that checked us in made us feel very welcome and could not stop congratulating us on our marriage. The room was very clean. The staff consistently assured we were taken care of. Upon checkout, the staff had a card waiting for us to further congratulate us on our marriage. It doesn’t matter what an establishment has to offer, kindness and hospitality are ALWAYS the most important amenities.

Fantastic! Wonderful service, friendly housekeeping and kitchen staff who took time out of their busy days to talk with my 3 kids and get to know them. Super clean rooms, lounge, lobby, halls, pool and grounds. Great location, close to everything Amish country has to offer. We did not bring pets, but VERY pet friendly. Loved the pool and hot tub. Good breakfast with lots of hot and cold choices and healthy choices. Coffee available 24 hrs a day in lounge. Would definitely stay again! Recommended to my parents, who immediately booked for August. Thanks to all for a great week! Also, the hotel was very booked when we were there. Absolutely no issues with noise or pets! place is great!

Staff was friendly. Convenient location. Decent continental breakfast (eggs, waffle machine, hot oatmeal, biscuits and gravy etc). We've always had quiet neighbors or no neighbors but the walls are thin if you get unlucky. Hot tub and heated indoor pool. Would recommend.

This hotel was clean and very convenient outlets nearby to shop… beds was comfy and food was delicious… staff is very friendly and welcoming. Most definitely will recommend.

We are repeat customers. Love that is very quiet and well maintained. Love the employee that is charge of breakfast. She is very kind and ALWAYS speaks to us and has a conversation with everyone, not just hello. Definitely needs a raise in pay for her kindness! Front desk staff is awesome too. They answered all of my husbands many questions!

This was a great stay for our four night in lancaster, super clean rooms, very pet friendly, front desk people were great, let us check in super early. Quiet, great view, close to shopping and dining, definitely would recommend it and will come back on our next visit!

Really nice in all facets, breakfast especially good with many choices both hot and cold. Impressive for the price and location.

Our family recently stayed here for two nights and were very pleased. Overall, it was clean, service was friendly and rates reasonable. The breakfast was hot and offered a nice variety — cold/hot cereal, pastries, hot waffles, yogurt, gravy, eggs — good! The tea and coffee are available around the clock. What kept me from listing this as 5 stars… The pool and hot tub were not very clean on the first night, but for the second night, it was pretty bad. There had been a party in the pool area the night before, so we hoped the chunks floating in the hot tub was pizza crust. There were no clean towels either night. Over all, we were pleased with our stay and would consider staying here again.

The hotel was lovely and very clean but I did have one issue. The young girl at the front desk who checked us in had a rash on her chest. (Ringworm maybe? Considering the shape) she continued to touch/scratch it and then touch my credit card. It was very disturbing to know someone with that is working there touching things the guests touch. What else is going on that we dont see? Dont know if I will be back to be honest.

I have only two complaints about this hotel the first was the water pressure and the second is the shower head. Im a very tall female and the showerhead would not allow me to adjust where the water would fall to. Other than that it was a very lovely stay.

Great hotel! Super clean and incredibly friendly staff. They allow dogs to stay here and we were amazed at how helpful, friendly, and engaging the staff were! Definitely stay here if you can!

La Quinta Inn in Lancaster is a great place to stay. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms are very clean. The coffee and breakfast does not dissapoint. My husband and I will definitely stay at La Quinta Inns.

New to area, front desk supplied us with area takeout, and dine in restaurants. Breakfast nice, but Ms Neek was my savior. I use a cane she saw I was struggling, and took time to help me to table with my food for the week we stayed. I move slow, and she never rushed me, even when I was last person there. Ms Fatima, and Ms Angie we're our maids for the week, they not only cleaned room, but also supplied us with more were items requested with a smile. Pool, and hot tub nice. My husband, and I Highly recommend you stay here, they make you feel at home. Will come again. Thank you.

Very clean hotel. Staff are always frendly and willing to help guests in any way. Wonderful breakfast ladies are very nice and will help you. Housekeepers work very hard to keep rooms fresh and clean. They are a pet friendly place.

People we're very friendly, breakfast was good, rooms were clean and had no odor, easy to regulate air-conditioning. Pool was small but clean. Jacuzzi was too hot.

Clean and quiet, even with a dog across the hall (pet) friendly. Close to attractions and shopping. Heated indoor pool and hot tub. Easy walk to mini golf and Waffle House. This was our second stay. Will stay again.

It was good and close to Dutch Wonderland. I was just surprised that when I told them we found bugs in the room (large black ants) their answer was, "there is nothing we can do about that because of the farm next door". Guess they never heard if an exterminator in PA.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean and the economy breakfast offerings are more that satifying. We were there for a short stay but having access to guest laundry was certainly interesting. Although "win @ business" is their current motto this place is quite welcoming for this family of 4.

Staff was outstanding! Upbeat and welcoming! Room was clean and good size, but the bathroom was missing a few items like tissues and hand cream. For the price of the room you would have expected those items. The breakfast buffet was ample and the entire areas was clean and well stocked even up to the 10 am cut off. We will stay there again on our next visit to Lancaster.

We were impressed from the minute we walked in. They had a box full of beach balls for the kids to use at the pool and our 4 year old son loved that. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast. Would definitely come back here.

This la quinta is amazing! The people who work there are kind, well mannered, and very customer service oriented. The 2 things that I would change are to air condition the elevator (and I don't know if that is possible) also, I have wanted the green apples for breakfast like they have in the photo in the dining area, but only serve red delicious. The fridges also need a freezer section. I thought they used to have them, but no longer. Rooms are beautiful and beds are very comfortable.

The hotel is in a great location to explore Pennsylvania Dutch Country. We got a good secret deal on Priceline. Do your research, and the secret deals aren't too secret. The rooms are large, the beds very comfortable. Would have given the hotel 5 stars had the complimentary breakfast been better. The beef sauce with biscuits was the hot option. You could also make your own waffles, but they weren't very good.

I initially loved this hotel — nice big room, close to amenities, breakfast included, pool and hot tub… until the next morning when I went to shower. There was a used washcloth left in the shower from the previous guest I'm assuming and the tub wasn't very clean. How would someone miss that when they were "cleaning"? I had initially decided to stay 2 nights but changed my mind after that. Clean rooms and bathrooms are a must for me!

I love the continental breakfast the woman Jessie actually interacts with the guests and kids to make sure that every thing was OK and the food was hot, fresh and delicious. The room was nice and clean. Took me a while to figure out the AC unit but that's just 1% of my trip I really care. The pool and the gym was awesome.

Very nice rooms, kind staff, And WAY better than the hotel we had last year, Days inn, then got snowed in and found la quinta! But it is a very nice hotel, fun pool, nice exercise room.

The service at the LA Quinta Inn and Suites in Lancaster, PA is top notch. The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly and their rates are excellent.

This was a great hotel. Very clean and pleasant staff. The breakfast and room are high quality. The only thing was my neighbor had a dog who woke us up early morning hours (we were on vacation so sleeping a little in would've helped). The pool was also really clean.

We called to see if they had a room late in the evening and on a Sunday and we were so glad they did! The rooms were a nice size and very clean and comfortable. The man working the desk when we checked in was very polite and even offered to leave the pool open a little longer for us. I would gladly stay here again and again.

Spent the weekend with my wife. Staff was great, rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast bar was good, not great. Overall I would recommend this location for a great stay in Lancaster. Close to everything.

Nice accomodations, great hot tub, HOWEVER, the service and the clientel at this hotel is very low class. No respect for other guests. Loudest, noisiest hotel I've ever stayed at. Kids on 3rd floor above me running and jumping at all hours of the night, dogs barking everywhere, slamming doors, loud partying in hallways. Desk clerks don't answer the phones half the time and didn't seem to care that I couldn't sleep bc of all the pounding above me. I will not stay at this hotel ever again and will probably change hotels before my stay is over.

Good hotel with a nice location. The only downside is that the walls, floors and doors are entirely thin. You can hear everything outside, inside and upstairs. The breakfast can't be beat. They have a whole slew of items to save yourself $40+ for breakfast out. The pool is a nice touch.

Was able to get a last minute booking Friday nite for Labor Day weekend. There was a little bit of back and forth on the price. Within minutes of all the attractions. Looks very new and was very clean. Staff was very helpful. Would stay there again, BUT only if there is any availability on the 3rd floor. Since it was Labor Day weekend, lots of families with very young children was there and there was a very energetic child running and jumping very late at night and very early in the a. M. Called the front desk who assured me they would handle the situation, but nothing changed.

Brand new. Clean. Great breakfast with helpful staff. Noon checkout.
