The manager, Melissa Orsini, is a bigoted smart-mouthed sassy ignorant child with an attitude who treats disabled people like garbage and viciously retaliates against anyone who complains about her. I politely asked her for a way to hold up the crappy so-called handicap seat bolted to the tub in an awkward place all the way on the back of the tub where it was impossible to reach anything nor actually take a shower or bath because the seat had no way to stay up out of the way without slamming back down on my arm/hand and injuring me, and she snottily replied, “The room is ADA accessible”, as if that somehow solved the problem and negated my need to get the dangerous so-called handicap seat out of the way so I could actually use the tub and shower. Manager Orsini could care less whether a disabled person is able to get clean or not for weeks at a time. She refused to reasonably have my room cleaned for 3 days straight — beyond the 4 days that passed it hadn't been cleaned already. She hung up on me when I tried to talk to her on the phone and refused to give me her name when I asked. She flagrantly retaliated against me with great malice after I called in a complaint against her with her superior and deliberately caused me harm and injury lying about me trying to get me evicted from the hotel. I don't even feel safe here anymore. Staff have left my room filthy after the 2 lousy times they did "clean" it and repeatedly refuse to clean it when I’m out for the entire day. Instead they wait until I come back or am trying to rest and/or work on important paperwork – then they want to bang on the door, bother and interrupt me and clean my room after refusing to do so all week. They won't even put a garbage bag back in the garbage can after they empty it, as if it's my job to do from my wheelchair. The tub clogged up the 2nd time I used it and they refuse to unclog it. I had to do it myself from my wheelchair. The manager is such a retaliatory bigoted child she's actually turned other staff I previously had no problem with against me — like this is high school and she is from the snotty click and out to get me – the unpopular kid, and teach me who's boss/who runs this school. When staff finally get around to taking/cleaning the 3 dirty towels or 3 dirty washcloths I was originally given when I moved into the room they only leave me 1 or 2 instead of the 3 I originally had. If I try to report something like this – which goes on constantly, I get hung up on. The people above me have been pounding, slamming, smashing, and jumping up and down on the floor — my ceiling, morning, noon, and night 24/7 since the first day I moved in over 2 weeks ago and hotel staff — including the retaliatory childish manager, refuse to do anything about it. I get hung up on. My nerves are SHOT, it's impossible to sleep at ANY time, and I'm filled with anxiety and fear 24/7, and instead of God-forbid an apology, all I get from hateful bigoted lazy staff is more retaliation, lies, aggression, and hostility. This place is a HELLHOLE and the manager is a bigoted disabled-person hating MONSTER. I am in fear for my safety here and am trapped with no place to go.
