This hotel is amazing. My husband and mother in law surprised our kids with a trip to Hershey this past weekend. They booked a room with one king bed, one queen bed, and a pull out couch. The room and hotel were immaculate. Super clean. This was a plus, based on our current state of affairs with COVID. The room was more than imagined. The only down fall, making this four stars was the lack of a hair dryer. The owners were amazing. They kept the pool open until 11:30p just so the kids could swim. Normal time of closing is 10p. Pool area also was super clean and had a restroom. We didn't partake in breakfast, but they did have a "grab and go" station set up due to COVID. Selection seemed to be good. We would definitely use this hotel again. Security is of upmost importance and the owner walks the lot two to three times per night. My husband saw him outside while he was getting more items out of the car. Recommend 100%. Add the hair dryer and you have five stars.

Was explained there would be a continental breakfast till 1030am, nothing out what so ever. Room, got a suite, dried food on curtains, fridge unplugged and mold inside fridge, cookie crumbs on floor, ac filters were clogged so no airflow till I personally had to clean them and shower curtain rod dangerous. One side curtain rod screws pulling out of wall and other side snapped off, causing it to fall off while showing and hurt someone. I stay at least twice a year at a BW, worst one ever. Do not recommend due to lack of maintenance and amenities.

The employees are very professional. The room we stayed in was meticulously cared for as with the rest of the building and grounds that we saw during our stay.

Just passing through and always stay at Best Western hotels. The room was fine, nice comfortable bed with nice bedding. Super thin walls and we were treated to stomping around above us til after midnight. Also you have to swipe your room key to get ice. Apparently someone is stealing ice thus the extra security or something. Staff was nice.

GREAT stay. Very friendly staff. Great location. Very clean and comfortable room. I would recommend this hotel to all traveling this area.

Hotel wasn't bad. I've stayed in worse that were closer to Hershey Park which is what we use this hotel for. People at the desk were very polite. Room was clean. Didn't use the pool so I can't elaborate on that. 15 minutes from the park, so that was good. Breakfast wasn't terrible.

Upon entering, the service was professional and courteous. The gentleman was polite and helpful. Best western's rooms have always been clean and comfortable. I will definitely be visiting again.

Perfect accommodation for our crew of 6 in the family suite. Adequate indoor pool. Wonderful breakfast. Restful nights sleep after a full day of fun at Hershey!

Initially booked a group under a military rate for a competition in the area. Rooms were to be paid for by the military. A week after booking 8 rooms, manager (Pedro) stated the owner demanded payment in 24 hours. (this was several weeks prior to the trip). This was obviously not reasonable or feasible as the government takes time to process trip funding. I am a retired Marine and was disappointed by the owner's actions. He did not attempt to contact me to explain or remedy the situation. Folks in the local area I noticed have tremendous respect for the military as I discovered during our trip. The owner of this hotel however does not for some reason.

Location is convenient. Close to gas stations and a few local restaurants. Minutes away from Hersey Park. Very clean upkeep of rooms. Breakfast is the usual, nothing fancy. Front desk staff are a little lack luster in personality but otherwise fine.

Friendly helpful front desk… easy check in… excellent continental breakfast above and beyond the usual cereal and muffins… kids loved the pool. Great location… very clean… would definitely recommend and would stay here again when in the area.

The hotel is truly lovely, as are most Best Western hotels. The polite and friendly staff was helpful. Our clean room was well-appointed. Breakfast was delicious — there was whipping cream! Best Western is our go-to hotel when we are traveling as there are no regrets.

Came here for my daughters cheerleading event Mother’s Day weekend got a room with 2 queen beds very small the bathtub didn’t plug so I couldn’t bath my 4 year old who is afraid of showers or my 11 month old the ac unit didn’t work at all and it was extremely stuffy and when I called and said something they gave us a “way” to make it stay on which didn’t work the pool is really small but manageable but way to much chlorine which made my eyes burn just sitting in there watching my kids swim they are also extremely strict about the pool time closing they didn’t give us any extra time the bfast was good but a very small area to sit in all in all it’s convenient if you just need a place to stay for a night but I wouldn’t stay here more than that especially with kids.

This was a very clean, modern stay with an indoor pool and pretty good breakfast area. The staff was super to me, felt like a king. Couldn't get the TV working after a long day doing Hershey things, so they switched my room immediately. When you're the only patent shepherding three small children on a road trip, it's little things like that which really push a rating to five star. Good job staff of BW of Hershey! You keep the place very clean and friendly.

Heated pool was cold. Breakfast area is directly in front of the doors to the outside. While you ate the cold food you froze to death from the doors opening when anyone walked past them even at a distance. Late check out was never put in so had phone call after phone call prior to the standard check out time. Started calling at 10:55. Attempted to take a shower in the cold bathroom (no heat) and there was dirt and hair all in the tub. My daughter and I tried to eat at the restaurant next door and when I served my meal a long strand of hair was hanging out of my burger UNDER my cheese. Manager tried to say it was servers… she had a boy haircut. Horrible experience at this place!

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights. I really enjoyed it, the hotel was quiet just what we were looking for. The kids loved the pool and they have plenty of towels in stock right in the pool area. The location is great, just about everything is within a 15 minute drive. There are plenty of shopping centers and restaurants within driving distance. Across the parking lot is a nice diner. The diner itself is dated but the service was great and the food was good, for diner food. I work for AAA, so I was looking for why they have a 4 diamond rating and I have to say it's cleanliness is the seller. I wouldn't say the staff was rude or friendly because I didn't have too much interaction with them, but I did recommend this location to several people. I would for sure stay again.

This is a GREAT place to stay with the kids! Indoor pool and FREE full breakfast. Also a gym and high speed Wi-Fi. Close to all things Hershey, the staff is really nice and helpful and the rooms are comfy and clean! Great value for the price!

Staff was great and very accommodating especially, Pedro. Room was really clean. Breakfast was an added bonus. Highly recommend staying here if you are ever in Hershey!

This hotel is in a good location… The staff were excellent. The room quite comfortable, and clean. Had a good Breakfast. I would certainly recommend it to travellers.

Visited for wrestling tournament. The staff is very friendly. Hotel is clean. Pool is nice for kids. Hot free breakfast. He only thing I would recommend is having cots available for a third child.

Because of price, cleanliness, service and continental breakfast we prefer to stay at Best Western Hotels. This particular hotel seemed to physically have thin walls and ceiling/ floor. We could hear what we agreed sounded like a small child getting on and off a bed, running across the floor and opening and closing the dresser drawers in the room above us. Before it finally stopped at about 10pm and for about 30 minutes after the people in the room next to us were talking and we could hear them pretty clearly. I have to say, this isn't typical of the Best Western Hotels we have stayed at in the past. We will continue staying in Best Western Hotels and won't let this one stay change our preference. I hope this is an isolated incident.

My fiance and I first stayed at this location December of 2013. We have made a "tradition" of returning once a year, usually before Christmas as we like to shop at the Hershey outlets, with the exception of 2014. This was our 4th stay at this location. Never had any problems with any of our stays. Breakfast here is nicer than some of the higher priced places I've stayed. Much better than coffee and stale donuts!

Front desk managers are great. Breakfast was a 1. Horrible even for a "free" breakfast. Pool was cold but fun none the less. Fan in the bathroom was "fun " also. Wasn't sure if it was going to stay in the ceiling or fall out. The location was good and a very clean motel.

Very friendly place. It has a pool (swim at your own risk) and free parking. The place is quiet and to itself and the staff don't bother anybody.

We have stayed here for the last three or four years for PA Farm Show. The rooms are clean. The staff is very helpful. We always enjoy the breakfast in the morning. The kids love the waffle maker and the pool. It's clean and the staff are very helpful. I was surprised that they didn't take my awards card. However, we will definitely stay there again.

Hotel was decent. Free cooked breakfast didn't look too good but the other options to eat were fine. I wouldn't mind staying there again if I had to.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I am member and was not treated like one. I didn’t receive any of the gifts (snacks, etc) when I checked in. My room was not cleaned properly. There was an old bag of popcorn left under the bed. The remote was missing for the tv. The ac/heat unit had a mind of its own. It wasn’t working properly. The breakfast was mediocre. The dining area is very small and cramped. Only plus was the staff was friendly and it is close to the Hershey Chocolate World and Park; the reason for my stay. I will never stay at this location if I decide to go back to Hershey. The worst Best Western I’ve stayed at this far.

Great location. Staff were all very helpful. Rooms were very nice, and seemed very quiet. We did not notice any hallway or outside traffic noise in the room.

Stayed for two nights while in the area visiting Hershey Park and Harrisburg. The room was very clean, the Jacuzzi worked perfectly, and the staff members were very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely return when I'm in the area again!

Stayed here for a night after visiting Hershey Park. As a Gold Member I was not recognized as being a rewards member, offered a gift (usually a snack or bottle of water is offered), and only loud rooms were available. The room was adequate but the wallpaper in the bathroom was falling off. Breakfast was fine but there wasn't much room to eat.

Friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out. Rooms were clean. Perfect price for the hotel. Complimentary breakfast was typical. Would stay again.

Breakfast at Best Western is always much more nutritious than most other hotels. My husband is diabetic and must eat at a certain time as well as have certain foods of nutrition available. And Best Western seems to be the only hotel that can accommodate that need. Thank you Best Western.

Comfy rooms, good beds, everything seemed fairly clean, decent pool. Washer & dryer were a plus. Breakfast was okay. Overall a nice experience.

Hotel room was clean and quiet. Continental breakfast was good. Pool was small but sufficient for children to enjoy. Reasonably priced and not too far from Hershey Park. No complaints.

Older hotel but still nice. Walls were kind of thin. Guy at receptionist desk was very helpful. Good variety of items for breakfast.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom room for a couple of days. Was very nice. The complimentary breakfast was good to start the day. My friends also enjoyed the gym and the indoor pool which was available for a good chunk of the day. Great location if you're going to Hershey Park. Decent price.

Great experience! Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Hotel was very clean and beds were comfortable. It even smelled clean! Awesome complementary breakfast in the morning!

Rooms are nice, fridge and microwave included, and in a decent location, not far from the park. Pool is small but nice enough to take a dip in. The continental breakfast was good with some good options available, I wish there were more tables but still nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Rooms are good, breakfast ends at 9:30am but they kept it going if people are still eating. Would've been 5 stars except pool heater was just fixed and water was still cold. Employees had excellent customer service.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The owner is kind and accommodating, going out of his way to ensure the comfort and safety of the guests. Extra personal touches are added to the continental breakfast. A heartfelt greeting is always given. I will stay here again.

We liked it here… Not busy, 10 minutes from Hershey. Rooms were clean and the pool was cold but fun.

When I called to find out their pet policy, I was told I could bring my small dog in. Now, I'm waiting to see how well they're "handling things" because they screwed things up! I also called Best Western Headquarters and they said this hotel was pet friendly as well. Ridiculous. 5-hr drive for this?!

5 stars I had the best experience staying at this best western. I stayed 7 nights and the price was great. The staff was very pleasant and respectful. Thank you to best western.

We stayed overnight on our way home, Average hotel rooms, clean. They offer free breakfast whoch was not bad at all. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Absolutely amazing hotel.

Room was large clean and comfortable, but otherwise the facility lacked some of the things I would expect from a "hotel" at this price point. The lobby was small and hot — the a/c was not running on an 85 degree afternoon. The breakfast was below average.

We Stayed two nights but didn't receive room service (room wasn't cleaned), poor breakfast (always something missing and took time till someone responded to request to refill), overall poor service (also desk woman sent us to wrong location causing us a hour delay), no baby sits (i. E. No high chair) provided during breakfast (my baby had to sit on my lap during breakfast), no bassinet or pack-n'-play in the hotel (would have appreciate knowing this in advance. Baby had to sleep with us). Cold water in the indoor pool made it useless.

Rooms are modern, updated, and CLEAN! They must have done a renovation recently as everything in the hotel looked brand new. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Will stay here next time I'm in Harrisburg for work.
