We had 2 rooms for 2 nights. When we made the reservation they guaranteed that the rooms would be conjoined, we were traveling with 5 kids. Right from the moment we walked into the hotel the front desk employee was rude and snobby. They did not have conjoined rooms for us and in fact told us to put our minor children in a room by themselves. When we asked for a manager we were told there wasn’t one available, after insisting they sent us to a voicemail. We left a voicemail but no one every returned our call. Then after the stay they charged our card 5 different $100 charges when the stay was made with loyalty points. They have yet to make that right. This was in addition to the money they charged at check in for incidentals. Overall this has been the worst hotel experience I have had.

Held my Uncles retirement party recently in the confrence/ballroom and it was absolutely spectacular! The ballrooms were very clean and spacious with excellent video and sound quality for the presentation and music. The catering and the dinner itself were excellent! A HUGE shout out to Tawn for making our party run smooth and perfect. He did an amazing job. Everything was set and ready perfectly. Definitely recommend the Courtyard for any event.

Beautiful location and facility.

I stayed at the hotel for 120 days as I was in the process of moving to walla walla. Everyone there was like family. They were the friendliest staff.

Beds very comfortable and cool.

The Courtyard Walla Walla appears to be relatively new, so the facility and furnishings were as you would expect from a new hotel. However, all the bugs have yet to be worked out. Upon check-in, my TV didn't work properly. It required numerous visits by maintenance, causing me to miss the last few holes of the PGA Championship. I was fuming. Another annoyance was the bathroom sink. It would drain very slowing, which leaves an ugly mess when you're brushing your teeth. Staff was friendly, but you may need some patience during your stay.

My husband and I went to the Marriott for drinks one night. The bartender — Logan — suggested great food choices and made yummy drinks. It was a nice out of they way place to stop and enjoy an evening.

The rooms are set up very well with nice accommodations. The staff are friendly and treated me professionally. I'll be coming back!

Nice and updated rooms. Easy access to downtown Walla Walla. Great restaurant with patio.

Pretty standard for as far as Courtyard hotels go. Star lost due to the small size of the pool (shallow and only around 10-15 feet long) and the fact that my bathroom sink did not drain properly. Otherwise, the room appeared clean and the building well maintained.

The Courtyard is in my opinion the best place to stay in Walla Walla. Easy walk to most tasting rooms in town as well as to Saffron. The rooms are great, beds are excellent.

Not good. No guest breakfast. Just an overpriced restaurant. Recommend Residence Inn instead of a Courtyard. Other Marriott family of hotels offer a guest breakfast.

Very professional, nice hotel. View is uninspiring but pool and lounge area is wonderful nonetheless. No complimentary breakfast and food is not too cheap though not horribly expensive either.

Fantastic hotel! Very friendly staff, quality products, gym could be a little bigger, but definitely appreciate the amenities! Great stay!

Very nice Hotel. The interior is up to date, and the whole building seemed very clean and tidy. The room was roomy and comfortable. I did have truble with getting internet, but I'm sure you can figure it out. It was quiet, too. There are couple of restaurants that are excellent near by. And, if you want to go on a stroll, Walla Walla downtown is in walking distance. There is a shuttle that will pick you up if you're coming from the airport. There also is a pretty good deal on renting cars right across the street.

Location is within walking distance of town. Beds and pillows are wonderfully comfortable. A bit busy and noisy from the pool/hot tub if you're early to bed, but not too bad. Clean and modern hotel, service was fantastic. Check in was easy and quick. Overall great hotel!

Nice place, fairly upscale, but expensive for a small town.

Great hotel with a friendly staff. Prefer this hotel I've the others in the area because of the proximity to restaurants in Walla Walla. This hotel is also either recently updated, or newly built, so the decor and building is very clean.

Beautiful lobby and business resources. Rooms were very clean and modern.

Very nice place. Breakfast is convenient. The hot tub is fantastic. The rooms are good for a few nights. Good place to stay if your kids are in school there.

I totally loved my stay! The staff was excellent! The cleanliness of the room was "top notch"! Bar tender and kitchen staff were courtious and nice. My boss (NASDA) paid for the room so I can't do a cost evaluation. But if I am up your way again I am definitely going to request your establishment.

The rooms were ok clean and nice.
We were a large group in for a week of business training in the area.
They had a buffet the second day we were there.
Had to ask for napkins. Only had some potatoes and scrambled eggs, no toast no meat nothing else. At least try to make an effort to serve a breakfast. I would not return and recommend that if you want more then a place to sleep do not go here.

New addition to the Walla Walla scene. Clean comfortable rooms and the service was first rate. Location is actually closer to the downtown core than it appears. We walked home from Passatempo Taverna and our daily breakfasts in no time. But they do offer a shuttle downtown and will pick you up at the airport. Don't let the chain restaurants in the parking lot fool you — it is a great location to stay while visiting this lovely town.

Breakfast Subpar but rooms still nice and clean. Conveniently appointed with usb and plug ins in all the right places. Single serve keurig in room. Comfortable beds.

The restaurant itself was beautiful and well maintained. The bed was super comfy and the room overall had a good atmosphere. The motion sensor in our room liked to shut off our lights if we were sitting in bed, and the shower head felt a little weak, but overall it was a pleasant stay. The location is awesome, you're right next to the downtown area and have 4 or 5 fast food choices right outside the hotel door. If you're headed to wine country, you can't really going wrong with the Marriott.

Great staff, cool spaces lobby, great kitchen staff, good food, helpful people and computers to see what's going on around town, good location, great rooms!

Confortable room a short distance from downtown. Great place to spend the night.

A clean, modern hotel with large open spaces, I went to a business meeting there and they were very accommodating and attentive.

Great clean room close to a safe and fun downtown. Live entertainment and great wine served a few blocks away.

Is super nice, very clean, the rooms are amazing and the beds are comfy. They have large tvs, and the cable is great bc it has a guide, so you don't just have to flip through the channels. The pool was fun, but there was no clean towels, and the whole time we were there no clean ones were ever brought (even though someone else went and asked and was told they would bring some. ) We stayed here for a basketball tournament that my bf was a referee for. So, the rooms for the refs were booked in bulk, and the standard is for two of the refs to roommate together. We checked in first, and even though the room was booked and paid for by a different party, they made us put our own credit card on the room. We have stayed in numerous other hotels for basketball and no other hotel has ever made us do that. It made me a little uneasy bc since we were first to check in, and we did not know the person we were supposed to roommate with that well. I was also rudely told that "bc of the rate of my room, I do not get the free breakfast. " Ok, whatever. Also, I could get the Wi-Fi to connect but my iPad would not work. These things are prob not a big deal to the average traveler, so I would stay here if you want a really nice hotel.

Rooms are beautiful great design. Restaurant was nice good range of options. Only complaint is internet for me at least was in and out but over all nice visit.

Beautiful conference area. The catering by the hotel was delicious and not the usual hotel food. Great pastries and local produce used made it over the top.

I love this hotel. The location is just a couple blocks for downtown. The rooms are modern and attention was paid to detail. The food at the restaurant is tasty and reasonably priced. I enjoyed the atmosphere at this hotel. It was a very comfortable stay.

Great location and easy to get everywhere in town. The accommodations are very nice and has a new stylish look. I like they have a washer and dryer for long business trips and a nice restaurant downstairs. The only things I haven't liked are the in room heater/AC which are very loud and don't get the room cool very fast or the rooms don't hold a temp well so it's always going on and off. Along with that I can always hear the person in the next room which is frustrating when I'm trying to sleep in a little. Otherwise it's been a very enjoyable experience so far.

Staff was super friendly. The hotel is located conveniently close to downtown Walla Walla. Ample parking made it easy to get out and explore on a whim. No need to wait half an hour for a valet to bring the car around. The room itself was squeaky clean and all the furniture was in great condition. There were bedside USB ports (on both sides of the bed! ) and electrical outlets to keep our portable devices charged. Very pleasant stay overall. Would definitely stay again or recommend to others.

The hotel is nice and new, clean, stylish and gives a nod to the area with region specific styling and furnishings. The rooms are spacious, we LOVED the beds, very comfy! And the staff are so friendly, just like all the people we met during our visit to Walla Walla.

New hotel. Very clean and very comfortable. The restaurant inside offers good food at reasonable prices. Staff are very accommodating. Edit: My stay was for one month. During my stay my fridge froze many of my drinks causing them to explode. Each time maintenance tried to solve it. After the third time the hotel purchased a mini fridge for my use. Like the $180 ones from you local hardware store with a note apologizing for all the inconvenience. 10/5 star in my honest opinion. I have never seen an establishment go so far for a customer.

The rooms were very modern and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful when checking in.

Very nice. Everything was brand new. Keurig machine in the room. Great exercise room. Pool leaves a little to be desired, very petite. Kind of a interesting retro modern look to the rooms, but nice, with big new LG TVs.

By far the best value in Walla Walla. Clean, modern, comfy beds, very friendly staff.

Been traveling to Walla Walla for several years now for a close to home break from the daily and weekly grind. I have to say The New Courtyard By Marriott is top notch not only in room's, amenities and location but most of all the staff is absolutely wonderful. From the greeting walking in the door to the guest rooms staff, maintenance team and especially the GM. Everyone is smiling, friendly and welcoming! Their 1st impression is a 5 star one for sure! The room was spotless, bed was comfortable and had everything I could imagine. Towels were bright white and nicely displayed in the bathroom. The Marriott group did a great job with the hotel and I am super impressed. The GM and her team are just exceptional and unless they are booked on a weekend I plan to come to town I will not stay anywhere else in Walla Walla or surrounding area's. Long as the group continues to excel with their service I will return time and time again!

Rooms are luxurious and comfortable. No issues with staff, front desk is always friendly no matter the time of day. Food is good but not great. Bartender very fun and personable.

This was a very nice stay. Rooms are great. Would have gotten 5 starts if it was not for the very small pool and the hot tub was On my at about 80 degrees. Way too cool for a hot tub.

Beautiful hotel, brand new in 2015. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was excellent. The location is near downtown and quiet, but very accessible. The restaurant is well equipped, including fresh made Starbucks coffee. Hope we can stay again sometime!
