This is a great little inn located about 5mins (by car) away from downtown South Oregon. The rooms have just been renovated in 2016 and the furniture modernized. The bathroom however, could use some work as there was a loose tap at my hand sink, the shower was much narrowower and tighter that I would have liked. I'm not sure if it was a plumbing issue, but in the middle of my shower on my 3 night stay, this occurred nightly: the water suddenly turned scalding hot and I had nowhere to go in the narrow shower except to jump out, dripping wet. It took some time for the water to recover so after adjusting the temperature, it turned to cold as the original water temperature I set it to recovered. All in all, the guest rooms are clean and quite comfortable. The hospitality room (supposedly room 215) has continental breakfast served daily from 7am to 9am. But one thing I must mention is that in room 216, one of the staff members/owner lives there; every now and again while walking past that room to breakfast, marijuana smells appear to be coming from that room. To those guests not used to the smell can lose their appetite. Breakfast has an average selection, if you make it on time, you can find; yogurt, hard boiled eggs, make your own waffles, bread, bagels, muffins, a selection of cereals and some sausage patties and scrambled egg patties-as I have witnessed the staff cooking them in the microwave. I tried it and I can't complain, it's free and it's edible. I would say with everything that is offered here, the price and location its a good 0lace to stay. Will consider this place again if I am in the area again in the future.

Nightly rates from $85
