Staff was very friendly. Room was nice but pool was closed and it was the only reason I stayed here was for the indoor pool. And grab and go breakfast which ridiculous. Seems like they shouldn’t get to put that on amenities list if it’s not available or at least lower the price.

We ran out of Toilet paper & they gave up Paper Towels! I can’t believe it! Why couldn’t they pull a roll out of an empty room & give us a roll!

Kim helped me with my reservation. I had a kidney transplant at St John's and have to stay for two months so I was very excited to see my room I have a full kitchen oven stove full size refrigerator plenty of space the amenities here washer and dryers I can use treadmill so I can walk if it's cold outside full breakfast in the morning and appetizers/light dinner in the evening at 6 so very helpful for someone who is staying for a long time on food cost and I don't have a car since I'm not allowed to drive and I'm 4 hours away from home so it makes it nice beingl here with all the surrounding businesses that I can walk to.

The staff here is the best. They really make you feel welcome. After all my time here, they feel like family.

Our room had lots of space I love how it had the kitchen and living area than two separated bathrooms and bed rooms my children really enjoyed the stay and didn’t complain about everything and they even love the pool and basketball court! And the employees where so so so very nice! Good job Marriott Tulsa South!

Chargers stolen, cars broken into, no towels to shower with, bug in my drawer. This place is AWFUL. Manager doesn’t care either. Dont stay here unless you want your small stuff stolen by maids.

This place may just make me want to stay here! Room and service is the best. Then the pool I can’t say enough.

Love this hotel! The bedroom and bathroom are separate from the living room and kitchen. The couch makes into a comfortable bed for children. VERY comfortable beds, bedding and pillows. Really wanted to stay in bed longer than I could. Breakfast was good but would appreciate a non-pork breakfast meat option. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will stay here again.

It was a comfortable room and the location was really great. The staff was excellent. Plenty of choices for breakfast, but it was nothing special. Typical food for this type of hotel. The only negative is that the hotel and decor were a bit dated, but it didn't bother me one bit. Everything was clean and the air conditioning did pretty good for being 110 degrees the day I stayed. I'd book here again.

Nice accommodations, we had a 2 bedroom suite with a full kitchen. The door handle on one of the bathrooms was broken and we had to search a while to find the linens for the pullout sleeper sofa. Otherwise, it was clean and comfortable. The movie theater and Target are both in walking distance — I would suggest getting anything you need from Target as the store in the Inn is way overpriced. I didn't get a chance to use the indoor pool.

Staff was extremely pleasant and professional. Hotel itself is older, which is fine — I'm not there for the wall art! Pool was a little cool but not overly chlorinated, so the kids had a great time. The hot tub was down, but I knew that in advance. Breakfast was on par with experiences at other Residence Inns — simple fare but free, and there was always coffee in the lobby. Only real complaint is the beds — pullout couch was pretty near death, our mattress was little more than a sloping pillow. Mattress in the second bedroom seemed fine. I'd stay again if they fix the beds.

The facility was really great! Great customer service from everyone and the breakfast was amazing. I only wished the hot tub was opened but that's only something minor compared to the amazing time spent there. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 in cause my car was raided that first night I spent there and that's not the facility's fault it just bummed me out that first day.

This was the worst stay ever! We were on the second floor and anytime we would be walking we would get phone calls saying we were be to loud. They sent security to our room for noise complaints. We had our two year old with us but she wasn't being loud just walking around. The hot tub was out of order. Some of the staff was very nice but some were not. Definitely won't be staying here again and don't recommend it to anyone.

Our room was great the breakfast was great. All the employees was supper helful and nice and supper friendly. We had a great stay.

Large clean rooms, well maintained. Each room has a small kitchen area. Highly recommended.

Wish I could tell you how the stay was here but I can't because, despite having booked this hotel months in advance, we were bumped because they overbooked. What's worse is they barely gave us 24 hours notice. Luckily I was able to find a nicer hotel at a better price in neighboring Coweta (although further away) that treated us much better. That was extremely hard and stressful to do because most places were booked because of a concert (which we were attending, as well). Do better Residence Inn Tulsa South!

They have extended stay suites with full kitchens and for long stay, they give very good rates, plus it's in a good location.

The hotel was nice and clean, customer service was not great. When they ran out of towels for the pool, they offered us bath mats.

I work here and love it! Great extended stay hotel that is warm and friendly with beautiful rooms and wonderful staff!

We loved our stay here, the suite was great, they have a great breakfast and free food most nights. Service was exceptional.

Stayed here for about 3 4 days while in Tulsa, I honestly don't have a bad thing to say! Both ladies at the front desk were great and welcoming! Rooms were clean, housekeeping the best I've ever encountered at hotel! The head house keeper always made sure everything was up to my liking as well as everyone else! 10/10. Whenever I'm back in Tulsa which is often I'm definitely staying here hopefully I can get 201 back lol.

I stayed there for work it was a very nice and clean and the people where very friendly and helpful.

My family loved being here. This place seriously has the best customer service we have ever experienced. They were always super friendly and very helpful.

We got a killer of a deal on Cyber Monday so I really can't complain about anything… (If I had paid "full price" I would have felt ripped off! ) The hot tub is out of order (with no plan to fix it), the pool is small and only 3 feet deep! Our room had not been thoroughly cleaned and the supplied kitchen and ironing board were of very poor quality. The staff Were nice and helpful thought.

Every staff member was amazingly kind and always smiling! Beds could be more supportive but that is only complaint.

Pretty dang ol good day here I had in Oklahoma. (Tulsa to be exact. ) and this motel is just the cherry on top of the cake. It has nice green carpet. Was it nice carpet? Yeah. Was it the best carpet I’ve ever seen? By far. So the next time you’re roaming the state of Oklahoma, I hope you find yourself in tulsa so you can see this carpet. Much love. Love Aidan. They accommodated my two cats and I, no problem! Everyone was very hospitable and eager to help if you needed anything. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable especially after a 12 hour drive. The complimentary dessert and breakfast spreads from the night of check-in and morning of check-out were amazing! If I ever find myself in Tulsa again, I'll be sure to come back!

We were visiting from Iowa. Ms. Kim and Quinn's hospitality and kindness was, by far, the best my family has expierenced while traveling in Oklahoma. Quinn was absolutely the most polite, welcoming young man we came across in Oklahoma. From the minute we got there, it felt like a home away from home, all because of Ms. Kim and Quinn. Ms. Kim and her team made a banquet dinner happen for our family where it was so comfortable for us to see family we haven't seen in years or haven't even met, yet. The entire hotel was wonderful and all the amenities it had to offer. Anything that we needed, the staff made happen. The positive energy and kindness was just the cherry on top of a stay away from home. Ms. Kim told everyone that she appreciates them, no matter how little or big of an interaction she had with them. That left a lasting impression on me. Quinn was in tune to all the quests and anything that they needed, he was right there. He was very on top of things and engaged with the guests. These 2 work together very well and were such a great team. When our family is back in Tulsa, we know where we are staying. Thank you for the hospitality. You guys sure rivaled what we know as "Iowa Nice". I really hope and pray that management is aware of how great you guys were for us! One thing my 84 yr old grandfather was impressed with was how respectful all the staff was to him, he was never dismissed or looked over being elderly, as that can happen.

I struggle with this review because the bed was very uncomfortable but the staff was exceptional. Based on the staff alone I would give five stars but I feel a comfortable nights sleep is important for a hotel in this price range. New mattresses would be a great investment as well as investing in your people at this location as they are top notch!

Staff is friendly, good location but during our stay the pool was out of service, our kitchen sink feel out so we had to move to another room, neither room the drawers in the bathroom had been cleaned, hair all in them. I've stayed at Residence Inn a lot from SLC To ATL and although this is one of the better choices for the price it's also the most run down of any that I have stayed in.

Very spacious suite. Bed is comfortable, on the softer side. The kitchenette is well stocked with the tools needed to prepare a simple meal. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

The rooms are a large open floor plan. Convenient to walk to several restaurants and a movie theatre. The bed could have been a bit more firm but was still nice to sleep on.

Friendly staff, located near plenty of restaurants, free breakfast and Wi-Fi. Interior needs some updating (carpet, flooring, etc). Decent hotel overall. Very affordable.

My sister, myself, my Mom and my aunt were in town visiting family. We enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn. The staff was exceptional. They were friendly and provided anything that we asked for or needed. We looked forward to coffee and breakfast which were provided each morning. I would especially like to thank Kim, Bennie, Yasmine and the evening staff for being so helpful during our 5 day stay at your establishment. We appreciate your kindness and professionalism. The next time we visit your city we plan to book a room at The Residence Inn Marriott.

We stayed here for two weeks and I found the front desk staff very accommodating.
The housekeeping staff came by the room everyday and took care of daily needs. The free Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evening mixers were a very nice touch to our stay.
I would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff, there has been something going gone every night we have been here (a mixer, best food truck tacos and torta I've ever had ( (t-town gourmet) ) and drinks at night. It's pretty pretty pretty good.

I called ahead to get a room stating specifically that we were excited to stay there with our children for the indoor pool (and yes we called hotel directly). This was a couple days before our stay. We pull in the parking lot and you can clearly see the pool is out of service. My husband asks the front desk about it and they say oh, well it says it on our website. We check the website and it does not say anything about the pool out of service. 4 kids not happy makes mama not happy. We found a different hotel for our second night.

We love Residence Inn, but the Residence Inn in Tulsa is above and beyond the others. Great rooms, exceptional breakfast, and top notch staff. We are willing to drive out of our way just to stay at this location!

I would definitely not recommend this hotel. We had reserved two queen beds and when we got there we had a king with a couch pullout. When we got in our room there were ants in it, n a nice man came to take care of it. We had to complain about it everyday, because they would come back. After speaking with others on our team, I don't believe any got the room they had reserved. On top of that the pool was broken so we had go next door to there pool. One mom showed up and her room had been given away and the hotel was full so she had to go to another hotel. There was not much accommodation on our bill despite our annoyances. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I have always stayed here when in Tulsa but this time we did not have the accommodation we need. We requested first floor as I have 2 kids with disabilities we wet placed on the 3 rd floor. Which took us an extra 30 mins each trip in and out of the building. The pool was closed I just felt like we should have been told these things when we booked. Since we always stay on the first floor.

The only positive thing I can honestly say about this location was the lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

We had a GREAT experience! We stayed a week while attending a conference in town and would highly recommend Residence Inn Tulsa South to anyone! The staff were also very helpful!

It is a perfect apartment for when you are away from home.

Great staff and company have been working for them for three years for carpet and furniture and have the upmost respect for them.

Nice two bedroom suite. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Main room had a dinning table, mini kitchen, a couch, and a TV.

Pros: staff very nice. Breakfast good. cons: nothing works. Not the room key, phone, pool, computer, printer, or housekeeping.

Rooms so clean and so nice with the most softest beds ive sleep in. I stayed an extra night just to sleep good one more time before I went home to my crappy bed.

I was charged twice on my card for my stay and when I called about the $140 hold on my account I got no help with understanding how to relieve the situation. I will not stay at this hotel again. I work too hard for my money to have it put on hold for days with no explanation as to why I was charged twice.

Not a typical Residence Inn experience, and is in need of some updates. Our room had a broken toilet, old carry out salads left in the refrigerator, and stains in the carpet. Upon transferring rooms, the second option smelled like smoke, so we ended up staying in original 2 bedroom suite. Staff was gracious and accommodating, ended up fixing the toilet the next day, and comped us some points, but upon our next business trip, we'll find another place to stay.

Having stayed at the Residence Inn now for multiple weeks, I have nothing but good things to say about our experience. The room is always clean, the staff is professional and always willing to help.
