If I could put 0 stars I would this place is horrible! First off I stayed two days and not once did house keeping come to clean the room or too even get the trash! I needed to stay a week but that place is so awful! Then my last day there one of the workers warns me to not stay out side cause there’s crazy people that come out at night! Then that same night my mothers truck gets broken into and they take everything out of it! I go to ask the front desk if they have cameras outside (I’m thinking they would since they warn you about the area) but nope! They can’t do anything to help me then go to tell me that other people have had their windows busted out the night before! Then I check out and I forget my damn charger so I call up there right away not even 2 hours after I checked out and the guy tells me oh well you’ll have to call back tomorrow cause house keeping already left for the day!? Then I call back in the morning and this lady tells me well if you left it in the room we aren’t responsible! So basically they let their people keep what ever they want and tell you they “didn’t” find it! I was upset went off on the lady then this lady tells me well if it was so bad here then why did you stay two nights!? What the hell I checked out the morning my deceased mothers truck got broken into! I just wanted me damn charger and all I got was some attitude and told who ever found it gets to keep it!

Wow! I am amazed to see how motel six does business. I am no longer allowed to stay at motel 6 hotels because I was rude to the desk clerk. Really! The lady was very rude to me. That is perfectly fine though, I will take my business elsewhere and I recommend everyone should do the same.

Dirty, smell like mildew and only one washer one dryer that doesn't work! Poor customer service! If can rate a no star I would… roaches in suite only be here one night… Wanted a Refund for the rest of week I was going to stay… No refunds is given! Nasty beds… need to be renovated really bad!

There was toilet paper in the toilet, urine on the rim of the toilet, the bathtub was absolutely horrific. The state of this motel is in need of serious repair. I have pictures of the issues should you even acknowledge these comments. At the request of the owner, I called customer service and filed a report. However, the person was not very helpful. This will be my last stay at one of your properties. I'm unable to upload any pictures to this review, the server is rejecting all my pictures.

Keep Driving! Dried Urine, Filthy Floors, Surprise Fees We stay at Motel 6 when traveling with our dog as they are pet friendly, except this one charges $10/pet. We have NEVER paid at any other Motel 6 in the country. The condition of the property in general was very run down, fresh-ish paint on the walls and bright welcoming lights in the hallway, but dirty floors, and missing lights in the rooms. The toilet had used toilet paper in it, and urine drops dried on the bowl. The floor was so dirty that you had to wipe your feet before putting on shoes. The A/C had no control knobs. There must be a renovation underway as there are stacks of used mattresses in the lobby, which were super convenient for the kids roaming the hallways to use as a bouncy house. We had two lights that worked, one in the bathroom, unfortunate as we never used the bathroom because it was disgusting, and one 3/4 the way into the room, so you couldn’t see at the mirror as you were trying to look decent as you were packing whatever you chanced unpacking and touching surfaces in this room. Save your $$ and sleep in your car!

One night stay to attend a graduation in downtown OKC. Should have stayed at regular Motel 6 less than 1/4 mile away. Room is large, but handicapped bathroom was old, toilet handle issues, rust on fixtures, inside chain lock broken, halls not swept. Lots of beds & frames on first floor. One of the worse Motel 6's I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in a lot of them. Didn't feel safe on this property.

So far so good room still has a few minor repairs needed other than that it has been a pleasantly stay.

Nice rooms better then the most of the hotels off I 35 services roads hopefully the pool will be open this summer lol.

I just paid for a week with my son 5 hours ago. We left so he could go to a class. When I got back home, I called him to let him know and the manager (Karen) said he couldn't stay because he is on probation. This motel was listed as OK by his probation officer and the police department. He did not cause any problems and normally stayed in his room when not in class or with me. They would not even let him finish out the week that was paid until tomorrow. So like another review I saw posted, he was basically given about an hour to leave. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Bed not very good. Holes in walls & paint peeling, bathroom door doesnt stay shut. Gaps around entry door. Bathtub unfinished & cigarette burns. Towels were very small & thin. Not up to studio6/motel6 standards. Not 2star hotel. ive stayed at other studio6 locs (ie: DFW), this was nowhere near them.

Beautiful rooms. Jacuzzi bath tubs in every room, some work done dont. Full size refrigerator 2 burner electric cook top. With toaster and microwave. It has a bathroom & a kitchen sink separate from each other. $54 a night. Tile in bathroom and laminate wood floors. Flat screen. Comfortable beds. Laundry room for guests. And your allowed visitors til 10pm. This Place is really awesome.

I was EXTREMELY disappointed with my stay this past weekend at one of your hotels in Oklahoma City, OK (3850 S Prospect Ave)! The facility had NO iron/ironing board — and when I asked "why" — I was advised the Owner stopped furnishing the hotel with this NECESSARY amenity because of theft. I understand theft of many amenities within hotel establishments is always a possibility and, I am sure — something that happens quite often. However, to even suggest to NOT provide such an essential item for guests staying at a HOTEL — is really not a possible option. As was MY situation, people often stay in hotels/motels as a result of business or other important engagements — and often have been traveling via car, plane, etc with their clothing packed or folded up on bags/luggage… hence, it is most probable that clothes will have to be unpacked and IRONED! The front desk clerk continuously advised that it wasn't "her" or "the hotels" problem because people steal them and they can't control that from happening — but I repeatedly advised her to stop FOOLISHLY explaining and trying to convince me that NOT having an iron at the facility was "not that big of a deal"… she eventually saw my point after ANOTHER hotel guest that was checking out, walked up to me and said "you can have this iron that we had to go out and PURCHASE last night"!

This property is advertised as extended stay, however, the stove and refrigerator did not work. The room was tidy, but the walls, cabniets we're streaked and dirty. The property is a smoking and it has a strong stench even in the non smoking rooms. The staff was not very helpful they were very miniamal. I had planned to stay longer but left premuturely because of these issues. I would never recommend this property, it's not worth any amount of money.

Ok, clean, quite, but weed smells the halls 24-7 and the workers are nosey and will get you kicked out with no refund and 30mins to get your stuff. I lost my weeks 279. Rent and prolly 160. Food, and some of my personal stuff because my bf and I got into a argument. Stupid!

The first room I got was dirty. The floors were dirty under the bed was dirty and there was rocks and grass between the sheets. Oh and a sewing needle on the floor. They did give me a different room that was better cleaned.

This Studio 6 has changed a whole a lot. The staff is friendly, helpful, and polite… the room are clean. I will recommend this hotel to Everyone!

It was awsome the tequilla was cold the weed was loud af all in all it was dope af! Oh the Motel I didnt stay the night.

This place was horrible. We were greeted with Roaches. The toilets didn't flush very well. You will need to bring a mop and broom as the floors were very sticky. Before you enter the building you can smell the smoke coming out of the building as if you were walking into a Pool Hall. I would have much rather slept at a KOA in my car. As I was coming out of the elevator and elderly woman was complaining about a hole in her wall. This place is literally a hole in the wall. Please do not let these pictures fool you as it did me.

My wife and I just moved to the area and needed a bit of time… Our room was nice. It stated fairly quiet and the staff looked grumpy but were courteous… Upon asking for extra coffee and towels, we were given a little attitude but were taken care of… The furnishings were more than adequate… We stayed 7 days… Ty.

This place is extra garbage. The bed broke when I sat on the edge, the showers were so dirty that it look like it had mold in it. The jets of the tub had hair sticking out of it and there was a xacto knife under a towel. If you want to stay here for the price then by all means do so, but if you want quality then stay across the road. They moved us to a different room when I requested that this was a hazard. They had tissues stuffed inside a smoke detector. That's against the electrical code and none of them where active. The customer service cared more about their phones rather then the problem at hand. The maintenance guy was super cool and tried to help as much as he could. Other then that, do not stay here unless you want a penicillin shot.

If possible to leave a ZERO rating that’s what I would do. The rooms were absolutely disgusting, no blankets on the bed. I was told they don’t have blankets or comforters, it was a non smoking room and it reeked of smoke. When I came home my clothes still smelled of smoke. Cigarette burns on the bath tub and holes in the ceiling. No stopper in the tub. The woman behind the glass window was rude and gave no apologies. When I voiced my displeasure she looked at me like She had no idea what I could possibly be talking about. People laying in the hallways. They should throw away the flat pancakes they use as awful pillows.

Went here for what they claimed to offer e each room and hardly anything worked. The freezer sometimes worked but the ice box never did. The stove top had no nobs to turn it on and the floor was dirty. When I told the staff my ice box wasn't working they asked what room, when I told them all I got in response was "no it no work" save the money and go else where!

Stayed here about 2 months ago with my husband. Upon arrival I was greeted by a very friendly young lady working the front desk. It didnt take her more than 5 minutes to get us checked in and gave us all the information we could possibly need for our stay. She was extremely helpful throughout our 5 day stay and never complained about our various request, the room on the other hand definitely needs some updating, more so in the bathroom than anywhere else. Thank you Maria! Will be staying here again for the holidays.

This place I'd awsome, nice people I hsve been here almost s month. I ask them, "is it ok of I clean my own room and they said no problem. The one in del city Tinker diagnal in del city. He is a total ass. Never will stay there. Come to the one on i35 in oklahoma between 44th and grand blvd.

Pretty sure this was a crime scene prior to my arrival. Room was completely disgusting. This is not a place you want to book for work travel. Unless, of course, you're a meth dealer. One of my crew requested clean linens after getting to his room. First he was told "a few minutes" then "not after 4:30". I requested shampoo (as the room didn't have any). But they don't have that. No house keeping either. If you do decide to stay here, make sure your immunizations are up to date and get a tetanus shot first.

Staff was very accommodating & helpful however this hotel needs updated & repaired. I rented two rooms & at least one light in each did not work. The bathtubs did not have plugs so we had to use a washcloth to plug them. Tubs had jacuzzi jets in them but only one rooms jets worked. Overall was a good stay, they just need upgrades & repairs.

Don't go here. Had no telephone in my room they closed the pool when they weren't suppose to. We stayed two nights and didn't get to go swimming til day we had to check out for only thirty minutes. Don't waste your money staying here. You will wish you hadn't.

OMG! This place is the worst. Where do I really start? I stayed at this trash dumpster due to coming in from out of town to work. This was about two weeks ago. All they had were non smoking rooms. I asked the young lady Maria (front desk), when they get a smoking room to let me know. The week goes by and Maria never calls. I woke up one Saturday morning and lit a cigarette. I totally forgot that it was a non smoking room. I had to call the front desk because they TV was working. The "manager" said if you smoke again in this room your going to have to leave. I said no problem, I forgot. Now the tub has so many burns marks on it from other smokers, meth heads wondering the parking lot area, pimps and hookers trolling the hallways. The straw for me was, it rained very heavy on a Friday night. Water was coming in from the exterior wall under the a/c unit. I went to the front desk and Maria gave me a room on the 2nd floor. She failed to mention that the stove top didn't work nor did the room have a phone or working smoke detector. Both of the room 129 and 227 was extremely dirty. I had to clean the rooms before I would put my personal items any where. Found roaches and mold in both refrigerators. I left for several reasons, but this was the worst. I am in room 227 and its a Saturday morning. I am being super lazy, I look out the window and see a man and woman shooting dope in their arms. The male was black and the female was white. They drove a green 1990 model honda accord.

So we stayed here for one night paid for a full week and the room we was in was very hot and ice box didnt work and then they said the manager called asking us to leave without any reason what so ever. If I could give no stars I would. Not very professional at all.

You get what you pay for. The inside is very run down. The walls are beat up bad. The stove top in the room was missing the on/off knobs, the whirlpool tub was missing the drain plug and the toilet was clogged up when we checked in. Again, it's a budget motel so you get what you pay for, but this place could use a major remodel / repair job.

The room was absolutely FILTHY! I have 42 pictures and one video of it! The first night, I noticed my arm and neck started burning so I went to the sink to use the light. THERE WAS A BED BUG ON MY ARM! I was bitten 5 times. Once on the neck and 4 times on the arm! We thought it was odd that when they first showed us the room the beds were standing on their sides. The person behind the counter said it was because they were replacing the bed frames. I later talked to someone else, after being bitten, and was told that room had just been sprayed because of a BED BUG INFESTATION and was not supposed to be rented and that is why the beds were on their sides! The original person we talked to KNEW THE ROOM WAS INFESTED WITH BED BUGS AND RENTED IT ANYWAY! The room, aside from the bed bugs, was disgusting! Nastiness everywhere! We had to clean the room ourselves! They moved us to a different room and called the situation good. I asked for a discount because of the problems and was told that by them moving us was good enough! I would not have these marks on my neck and arm of it were not for their gross negligence! My neck and arm still have redness and burning and it happened 4 days ago! My recommendation: don't stay here unless you are OK with cleaning your own room and sharing you bed with disgusting bed bugs! Spend your money elsewhere! You've been warned. I wish I would have been. This chain will never see another dime from me!

We made reservation based off of pictures on the internet. What a mistake that was. The building is obviously run down. There was VERY poor lighting in the parking lot. The whole building has a weird smell upon entering I imagine due to the poor circulation. The building is divided into smoking (left side) and non-smoking (right side). Trying to enter our room required you to put your whole body weight into the door to get it to open. When my husband notified the front desk personell she said, "oh yes all our doors are like that. " Our room still smelled of cigarette smoke. The beds are on wheels so any small shift and the bed moved. The sink and tub did not have a plug (not that I wanted to sit in the tub anyway… I also don't suggest looking down the drain hole). There was mold all over the caulking of the tub. We had no choice but to use the laundry facilities. Only one of the lights in the room worked. Two out of the three dryers were out of order. Soap dispensers were out of order, and the trash can was overflowing. Needless to say I will never recommend this place to anyone!

The refrigerator and microwave did not work and they wouldn't fix it for two days and the door to our room would not stay late we had to use a crowbar to latch it and on our fifth day here, we stayed for one week, at 9 o'clock at night they made us let a cable repairman in to do maintenance on the TVs while my wife was asleep and still in her night-clothes they came in anyway we are currently seeking legal action against them for this.

Wow! Close to perfect. Aside from a few redecorating issues. A steal. Pool, kitchenette, Wi-Fi a challenge due to storm and front desk Karen is the best ever and she is a newlywed. Overall this is the best place to stay though being renovated I recommend HIGHLY. Try this one friends.

It was TERRIBLE they charged 10 dollars for both service dogs we had with us! Service dogs are medical equipment and its illegal to do so and to even ask for papers is a huge no no cause its messig with Federal Government Laws and the stay over all was terrible the rooms stink (of odder) we had to PAY for pots and pans to cook dont stay here its not worth the money.

This is a terrible Motel 6. Now we all know the Motel 6 is for the simple living folks, but come on… its not for the dirty people in the world. I have stayed in way nicer motel 6's, lesser price. I would trade in the big space for clean sheets, and unrusted tub, with cig burns. Please listen, and remodel or sell it, and let someone responsible own it. Thank you.

So far this is the worst place I have stayed. I was in room 214. Filthy in general, controls on heat-A/C unit missing back plate so had no idea of where to set adjustments. Room came with two pet flies that I named "He" and "She". Ashes on night stand and side of bath tub along with heavy cigarette smell in room and out side hallway (I took two new clip on car air fresheners and stuck them to a/c vent. Tv remote inop. Tile floor sticky like movie theater. The smoke alarm has a bag placed over it, I would assume so the smokers wouldn't set it off, there is smoke (fire) evidence around one of the outlets so yeah me if a fire brakes out. But at the end of the day you get what you pay for and motel 6 is one of those pay little get little places.

Clean nice rooms inside had a inside pool. There was a key issue which is at every hotel that uses a key card to open the door. The manager was kindda rude a few times but maybe she was having a bad day. Other then that I liked it and would go back. I don't think they had breakfast either that's not good.

CAN I GIVE NEGATIVE STARS? they forgot my wake-up call on my very first nights stay, good thing I wasn't able to sleep. Everyone is constantly opening and slamming doors, there is no peace and quiet. Wi-fi signal is a joke, which I brought to the attention of the front desk on 3 separate occasions, to no avail. They ended up giving ME a telephone number to a company that could MAYBE get me better Wi-Fi signal, instead of coming up to my room to check it to make sure I wasn't doing something wrong. AND instead of moving me to a room on the bottom floor, which apparently gets better signal. They were NOT friendly. Every floor smells like cigarettes. The whole place is a filthy pigsty. The front desk "manager" doesn't know customer service and even took it as far as YELLING at ME even though I'm a paying customer and "the customer should ALWAYS be right" then threatened to kick me out — OVER A STUPID WI-FI QUESTION. I'm staying here for a month so YES SORRY I NEED WORKING Wi-Fi. URGH, do not stay here. For a night, for a week, just don't stay here. The pool isn't even worth it. Theres a bunch of nasty dudes that stand around in the hallway and outside, making everyone feel really uncomfortable. No one seems to give a rats ass about any questions or concerns you might have as a guest, because after 3 nights they've YET to answer any of mine. So now, I am packing up my things and moving to a different hotel. One that might care a little bit. They don't deserve any business.

Hallway strongly smells cigarette and room as well which is supposed to be non smoking room! Linens are crumpled like haven't changed from previous used and has smoke burnt hole on it. Yeah the front desk person is nice and friendly.

Loved the indoor pool n kitchen with studio fast Wi-Fi. Very close to bricktown. Best for the price.

Very dirty. Appeared to be an old motel 6 converted for long term stay. Fixtures and bath/sink areas had dingy grime that probably could have been cleaned with a little elbow grease. Appliances were in ok shape but the coffee maker had not been properly cleaned. Sheets were clean but the mattress was uncomfortable as if it had been broken down due to extensive use. Blanket on the bed had small holes due to wear. It's not the worst hotel room I've ever been in but if you're staying on an extended stay it's not where you want to be for two weeks to a month. The staff as nice enough. I canceled my room with out a problem and I went to the other Studio 6 in Midwest City near Tinker AFB and they explained that this Studio 6 is franchised while the Tinker Studio 6 is actually corporate. Do yourself a favor and don't bother staying here.
