It was great all around. When I saw the process and that it was the older style of hotel where the doors lead outside I was skeptical. I went ahead and took the chance on it. It's been remodeled recently and it looks great. The staff was friendly and extremely hekpful. The rooms were clean and well taken care of. It is also very easy to get to and surprisingly quiet for being off a busy road. If you're a traveling family I'd skip it due to the lack of a pool but for me it was just fantastic.

We needed an affordable place to stay while we explored the city we will be relocating to, and came across this place. It was important to us to have a place with some free breakfast to help cut down costs, and a place close to the home we will be living in, in case we have family come to visit. This place did not disappoint! The rooms were clean and kept nice and cool for the heat of the summer. The photos online were exactly how the rooms looked. There was plenty of food places nearby as well as shopping. The breakfast I was not expecting much, but they had a great spread of cereal, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, toast, coffee, tea, danishes, muffins, juice, milk, and a Belgium waffle maker. The staff was friendly, and loved on our baby each morning at breakfast as he kept busy making sure the breakfast area was well stocked up, even past the 9 am cut off. We never felt rushed out. We will be sure to recommend this place to people who visit and stay here if we return for another visit before our move. Thank you for the great stay!

Great! Very clean and courteous. Comfortable and the towels and sheets were soft. Wonderful experience. Needed oversized parking was available right in front of our room. Easy check in.

Called several hotels and there was no openings anywhere. Saw this place so we gave it a chance and I am so glad we did! We will be staying here from now on. The rooms are spotless and so nicely decorated. The staff is so friendly. Highly recommend this hotel over the popular chain ones.

Great room quality for the price, absolute value. Room has many amenities, coffee, microwave, ok breakfast. Somewhat stiff bed, ok sheets, pillows a bit too big.

Clean and nice facility in a great location if you need to be in Edmond. It's close to OKC. The price is affordable and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend staying here.

Real Nice clean place with new bathroom. Rooms had NO noise. Great walking distance locations to drink coffee and eat. In and out with ease. Really enjoyed my stay.

I've stayed here at least 10 times over the last 2 years. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The rooms are always clean and well furnished. The prices are excellent. Breakfast is only so-so.

The room I stayed in was very clean and situatef in a great location. Service was exactly what I expected and there was a breakfast that ended at 9. The only real complaint I had was that trains came through near the area at night, but it didn't affect my sleep.

The rooms are a good size and very clean. The staff are also very friendly and helpful! My only issue was with the breakfast which was totally underwhelming and minimal. This place is good for a one-night stay. It wouldn't be somewhere I'd want to stay for a weekend or a longer trip.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were marvellous. My only complaint is that there is no option for a late check out. After staying 6 nights I had to be out with my bags six hours before my flight.

Very kind people, very nice rooms both clean and with a cool modern tone. Breakfast was a little lacking in meat for my taste but that's me being picky. Overall a very nice modern and cozy place to stay.

This was our first time visiting the area. We will stay here again. Similar to the other reviews the rooms are clean the staff is friendly and the price is great. No complaints from us.

I picked this place based on the reviews. The reviews really did not do it justice! The outside is not much to look at, but it is obvious that the management has decided to put their efforts into the interiors. Great beds, nice furniture, a big television, the vanity is fantastic, and plenty of hot water made our 2 night stay so much more than pleasant! I highly recommend this place if you are travelling to the area!

Clean and relatively quiet. Only noise was a couple of passing trains after midnight. Good value and the rooms were freshly renovated. Close to several food options (Braums, Rib Crib, etc. ) Don't be fooled by the exterior, this is a great place to stay. Friendly and efficient staff, as well.

This is a great place to stay! I felt safe over the course of a full week that I was here attending a professional conference. The hotel manager was kind and knew who I was every morning I went to the lobby for breakfast. The breakfast is perfectly acceptable for the price of the hotel stay. I worry sometimes about a hotel that might be perceived as a "discount" hotel but this place had a very clean room, a good staff and a comfortable, safe environment. I would stay here again and bring my wife and kids. Highly recommend!

Like most people, I am picky about my room. For the price, you CAN'T beat the Stratford House Inn. This is one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in. The quality of the furniture, the room amenities, the aesthetics of a modern suite and the details of the folded sheets and towels are very high. Mike runs his business with perfection. I requested an early check-in and never expect it to happen if they don't have the room availabe. Mike MADE it happen and was more than happy to meet my request. This is a high dollar hotel experience at a budget price. I will go back.

I called last Wed (1-13-16) to book a room for the following Sat (1-16-16) for a charity event. I inform them that it will be my husband, me, and both of our service dogs. The man who was taking my reservation immediately informed me that we "would not be welcome at their hotel if we had our service dogs because dogs are not allowed". I informed him that it was against the law to deny service of any kind to people with service dogs. He said "The owner knows he's breaking the law, and he doesn't care what the law says. Dogs of any kind, including service dogs, are not welcome at our hotel, no exceptions, period. So either you can't bring your service dogs, or you will not be allowed to stay here. " We promptly made reservations somewhere else and reported this hotel to the ADA. Maybe a big fat fine from the ADA, and a discrimination lawsuit will make him care what the law says.

Owner does not allow service animals. No exceptions. He doesn't care that he is breaking the law. No way I would ever recommend this place to anyone since the owner is blatantly discriminating against people with service animals.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms were very clean and modern. I was shocked the place was as nice as it was considering how affordable the room rates were. Highly recommend.

The renovation of that facility has made it feel like a much higher tier of hospitality and comfort. It is great from wall to wall.
