My brother stayed there this past weekend and he was charged for 8 days for his 3 day stay. He had to have his credit card blocked because the front desk said that they couldn’t do anything about it and use another card. The hotel blamed it on their Wyndham app and it ended up being the hotels doing after all.

Our room’s toilet would not flush. Had to get that fixed. Put our things in the fridge in the room. Go into town to eat and go shopping. Get back to the room to find out the Fridge wasn’t even plugged in. Checking out today and I had to get another room key so I could go back into the room to finish getting my things. The india indian lady working was very hateful and disrespectful to me and my wife both. My wife asked for a discount just to be hateful to my wife again. Really. This is the way you treat paying customers? dirty shame.

Nice hotel, clean. Parking late was not to good, the bed was firm. Pretty quite the do allow pets so someone dog was barking that I could hear in my room but not enough to be a nuisance. I would stay again.

Super clean and non smoking and just overall a better hotel because they had nice clean beds, fresh towels and the amenities.

I called asked for handicap room 3 rd floor I am an amputee! Shower was not a roll in. The seat is all the way to back of tub the water presser isn’t able to get to the back of the tub the hand held also doesn’t reach I had to have my husband hold it so I could try to shower! Not a place for someone by them self’s! blood on shower curtain then the lick is messed up had a hard time opening it! I reported everything to the lady at checkout she could care less! I want everyone to know about this location and it’s rude employees NOT A PLACE TO STAY IF HANDICAPPED.

Took my our kids there for my daughters 3rd birthday. All she wanted to do was swim. I called ahead to make sure pool was open but when we arrived the front desk lady said it is open but the heater is broken and its cold! the room itself was freezing! its Feb and already cold outside so this was really disappointing for us. We were told we could go to the Hampton to swim but after getting all 5 kids in swimsuits and walking over there we were told they closed their pool also for electric issues in the pool lights! My kids were really upset and it was a lot of time wasted. Beds were very hard and our fridge didn't get cold only the freezer part was cold. The adjustment knob was broken! Breakfast was good though!

The room was beautiful and more than we expected! The bed was comfortable and we found five pillows to choose from which was nice! The addition to a small sofa desk and chair made everything feel like a little home! And the breakfast was killer and the best of all is that the staff were so so nice and helpful! If we travel back this way this will be our preferred place of stay!

We stayed here 2 years ago and it rated an A+. The grassy area for pets was well kept and the water feature behind the hotel was beautiful. Stayed here Aug 30 and had to pick burrs out of the dogs each time we took them out and the water feature had turned into a disappointing mosquito swamp. The night clerk was uncaring, but the morning clerks were friendly. Breakfast was so-so. Room was clean and that's what matters most.

Whenever we make the drive between Kansas and Texas, we always stop at this particular La Quinta because it has a hot breakfast and allows dogs. The breakfast entails eggs, bacon, a waffle maker, and an assortment of bagels, English muffins, etc. While they are pet friendly, be sure to check your dogs' paws for sharp stickers in the grass if you walk them around the property. We shall continue to stop there whenever we make our trip.

I remember the La Quinta from the "old" days. They have really stepped up their game. We ended up at this hotel not by choice but by necessity. The hotel I booked did not accept pets and I didn't realize that until I was checking in. I then scrambled to find a hotel that accepted pets and we ended up here. The hotel is nicely remodeled, clean and the staff was friendly. They accept small pets with no deposit. The rooms are nice and large, the beds fairly comfy and the hotel is close to the highway and near eating establishments. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is I would like to have coffee available anytime and breakfast was not available to us at 6. Other than those minor details, our stay was pleasant and much appreciated that our pet can travel too. We will definitely stay again.

Small pool. Front desk doesn't like to give out extra blanket, pillows, or towels. Cracks in shower and ceiling. Shower head not attached to wall. Breakfast was not worth eating. But the bed was comfortable.

We stayed at this hotel while traveling based on good ratings. The bed linens were all wrinkled and looked dirty, but I thought there was no way they hadn't been changed… Well, there were crumbs and hair in the bed. It was disgusting. We were so tired we just wanted to go to sleep so told the front desk the next morning. We smelled like corn chips when we woke up the next morning. We were given the general manager's card but the email address doesn't work.

If "0" stars were an option, I would give them several of those. My room was 89 degrees as the AC was turned off when I arrived. The AC has been running for over an hour and I have the room down to 80 but it doesn't seem to go below that. I called the front desk to see if another room might be better and the front desk said "No, all AC units are off… you have to turn them on". REALLY! Two hangers so don't bring a second outfit. No shampoo so bring your own. I hope the toilet works because the plunger left in my room looked like it had been used. My advise, stay at the Hampton Inn right next door.

Had a great, quiet night. Managers were nice and helpful. The breakfast was great. No complaints.

We stayed in room 319 beds were made but when we pulled back the covers it was very obvious that the sheets were not you could see where someone had slept and there was long hairs on the sheets. We were given fresh sheets which did not fit the bed. Never here again.

The hotel was nice the staff friendly, the breakfast was very big. The pool was small but open late. We could see I-35 from our hotel room, its a mile from Walmart and alot of places to shop and eat. The only bad part for us was the AC systems. Who still uses window units in a new hotel. The halls and elevator were hot. We enjoyed ourselves for the weekend and would stay again.

The hotel was nice and quite, very clean and we loved the location. It was close to the highway but far enough away that you don't hear the traffic. It's very close to a lot of stores and restaurants which is very convenient. The staff was very polite and helpful and the rooms were very clean and spacious. Also the breakfast was very good they had quite a few options. We will definitely be staying here again next time we're in town.

This place happened to be nearby a place we were visiting. Everything was nice. No funny smells, rooms were clean, beds were nice. The free breakfast they provided was great. The staff was great! Would go back anytime.

We chose La Quinta because they offered free breakfast of eggs, sausage, bagels, etc, and mainly because they allow pets. Our room was a king on the second floor, and was very tidy when we got there. We were only guests for one night, so I can't speak to room service, but if we were to come that way again, we'll be staying at La Quinta again.

We really liked the hotel. Check-in was smooth, the lady was super nice and helpful. Beds were super comfortable, the area is quite. Breakfast was hot and plenty. There is a trail on the back of the hotel to walk your pets. A gas station with a convenience store super close. Would recommend for family and pets.

Decent hotel. Clean, spacious rooms. Wi-Fi is awful and drops every two minutes. Good location by highway.

Room was clean, service was ok. Missing a few items in the room and had to ask for them. Overall a good place to stay.

Really lovely hotel. I'm old school. As a working travellers who lugs her work and life in and out of hotels on a daily basis, I generally prefer the older Lady Quinta's with easily accessible outside doors. This hotel has a modern and inviting lobby, easy to manage and roll luggage trolly (Omaha West needs one like this), spacious room with a separate living area with sofa, micro\fridge, hair dryer, ironing board, etc. The hotel is just off the freeway exit and there is also a we'll stocked convenience store, gas station, liquor store next door. If your looking for a nice dinner, Othello's is a lovely restaurant just a few minutes down the same road in downtown Edmond. Probably some of the best Italian food I've ever had. On a lighter note, we are long time Elite Rewards members. The front desk clerk was eating my welcome bag when I was checking in and had to take a few minutes to make me a new one. Then tried to argue me out of my cash receipt. Other than that, five stars and more!

This is my second stay. Everything is great again. On my hurrying between Colo and many States South, I'm hooked… was quiet, less slamming of doors, had hot water when showering, clean, no strange odors, breakfast just right, courteous, price just right. Thankful AGAIN. Eugene, OK, Hwy 66 at I-35.

We're staying there with our dog. The room was very liempo and spacious.

This a great stop on I-35. The rooms are extremely spacious, the price is reasonable and the staff was very friendly.

They do not even deserve a one star rating. We arrived into room to see bed bugs and some type of hair in the bed. We called the service desk immediately and told them the problem and simply requested new bed sheets for both beds. The worker at the time came up and dropped one set of sheets and left. We then had to go down stairs and request to have another set of sheets, new pillows, and comforters of some sort to sleep with. He then wanted me to carry my blankets and pillows on a luggage cart where upon I refused and requested that he’d help me carry them to my room. Lucky me he helped and then left the dirty bed sheets my friend had removed herself in our room.

We stay at this hotel everytime we visit Edmond. Average 6 times a year. It is very comfortable! The staff is very nice and accommodating. They are also pet friendly. And hot coffee with flavored creamer is always a plus.

The room was clean and well maintained. I missed breakfast but there were some small oranges available in the dining area at the time I checked out.

Was going to stay there last night (9/11/17). Got there, was relaxing in the room for a few hours and when I got up to take a shower I saw something crawling in bed. Pulled the sheets back and there were BED BUGS EVERYWHERE. Will NEVER stay there again! And they had already processed the room charge so now I have to wait for the manager to contact me (since they weren't available) to cancel the charge.

The tip off to this unacceptable stay at La Quinta in Edmond should have been the appearance of the night manager. Two of the staff were taking a break, smoking up a storm by the front door and the manager was sitting on a sofa, watching TV as we walked in the front door. The manager was wearing no belt, and his pants were barely covering his buttcheeks — prison style — as he shuffled over to the counter to check us in. Clearly no adult supervision going on at this hotel. This guy wasn't suited to handle the trash or toilet cleaning detail, much less greet guests as they entered the hotel.
On top of that, our air conditioning unit in our room was by far the noisiest I've ever heard. Sleeping that night was a trade-off between ear splitting noise from the a/c and smothering heat in the room.
We had a bad experience staying at La Quinta this past weekend in Edmond and I will think long and hard before staying there again.

Room was AWESOME! BED a little hard. Overall service was really great!

Beautiful hotel. Walls are a little thin, and the pool is a little small. But it's a really pretty place in a beautiful area. Very well-managed.

This hotel was easily accessible from the interstate and has a gas station on the grounds. Very nice and clean inside.

I chose this place specifically for the indoor pool and hot breakfast. I didn't realize the two beds I asked for were doubles, but was pleasantly surprised when I saw a pull out couch in the room as well. So all four of us could sleep fairly comfortably. However, there were no sheets on the sleeper sofa and there was only one person on duty, so I had to go down to the lobby to pick up a sheet set. The pool was nice and the kids seemed to enjoy it. There were no towels in the pool area, so my kids dripped all the way back to our room (probably causing a slip hazard in the elevator… oops). It is a pet — friendly hotel, something I failed to check before making the reservation as I heard dogs barking a couple times (I don't mind animals, but my son does have some allergies, so I would have probably booked elsewhere… my mistake, not the hotel's). Also, After pulling back the sheets on one of the beds, I noticed a yellowish stain. Upon further investigation, I realized there was quite a large stain on the bed skirt and side wall of the mattress pad. The sheets appeared clean. I believe hot chocolate or coffee was spilled, but the housekeeping staff must not have discovered it. When I showed the person at the front desk, she offered to move me into another room, but my kids were already winding down for the night. She took off an additional $10.00.

Very friendly reception. Easy to navigate and very friendly and quiet off the highway.

Rwally nice hotel. Large rooms, pet friendly, nice staff, comfortable beds and soft sheers all at a great price under $100. What more could you ask for.

Looks like a pretty new building, everything still has that new look to it. Bed was amazing, probably the most comfortable Laquinta bed I've slept on. Will definitely stay again if in town again.

Room was nice and spacious, beds were soft. Room was overall in fair condition, when my son and I walked in with bell hop we both rubbed the same eall and got paint on our clothes. The breakfast was good and filling.

We stayed here because they allow pets. Front desk was pleasant and friendly. Nice, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Complimentary breakfast is always nice too!
