They were very considerate of my situation, needing to come to Wake Forest Baptist as a patient and having to come down early with my pup because of the ice storm. The shower head has very little water flow which was disappointing but otherwise, it was exceptional, even down to where my room was so I can take my pup out easily.

Had a great stay! We used the hotel as an evacuation site for Hurricane Florence and I must say Tanya and her staff were fantastic, very helpful and accomodating. And Tanya, even Joe was impressed and happy with his stay even though he may not have shown it. And by the way … he loves his picture with you! Good job guys!

I love staying here on our road trips when the price is right. Priceline gave us the best rate at around $100. We love their hot breakfast that is a few steps above Comfort Inn. Everything was clean and nice.

The staff was brilliant and very friendly. We arrived at the wrong Fairfield Inn (there were two in town and we had accidentally booked the other one). The man at the desk helped us cancel at no charge with the other hotel so we could stay, and ensured that I had an Accessible room on short notice. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The complimentary cookies were fantastic. I wasn't able to eat breakfast as I was staying for a hospital procedure, but it looked and smelled nice, with a decent variety of food. We will definitely be staying again.

I accidentally booked at the wrong hotel, needing a room for my family, including my handicapped wife and her service dog. When I showed up here, they called the hotel I booked at, cancelled my reservation, and got us an accessable room at this location. When we mentioned that we were there for a doctor's appointment the following morning, The clerk even gave us a special "hospital rate". Overall, the hotel was very accommodating. The room was excellent, and breakfast was standard. Will absolutely stay here again next time we're in town overnight.

I stay here quite often when I'm in the area. Usually have to book my room at least a week in advance because its always sold out. And rightfully so — — this place is awesome. Large rooms, very clean and quiet. The beds are extremely comfortable. The manager's reception on Tuesday is pretty good. Usually have some great appetizers from PF Chang's or something like that. Nothing negative to say about this location.

Very clean and presentable. Breakfast was great and room was large and comfortable. Note: Due to the small parking lot rows, many guests parked on or over the lines. If we returned to our room late, it was difficult to find a space. Had to climb over the passenger seat to get to the driver's side.

We always stay here when visiting. Good location, reasonable rates, clean and spacious rooms.

Room was musty, which turning down the AC enough seemed to make it endurable. Breakfast is okay, more fruit and real half and half for the coffee would be a nice improvement.

Rooms are very clean and beds unbelievable! Staff very friendly and made our day when I had omelets, sausage and way more for breakfast! Can't wait to get back to my room tonight!

Staff members were very friendly. We needed adjoining rooms and they were the only hotel in the area to accommodate us. Very clean rooms excellent service and breakfast was fulfilling.

Very nice, but skipped one detail. No bathroom fan. Leads to foggy mirrors and unpleasant air for the rest of the room.

Just stayed again 4 months later and the mattresses in our room were worn out. Like sleeping in a hole… toss and turned all night. Everything else was very good.

A fine place. Coffee available 24/7 and good hot breakfast. Nice rooms at a decent price. Not quite concierge level, so no need for constant tipping.

We traveled to Winston-Salem to attend an Annual Christmas party and I must say, that this Motel deserves 5 stars. The quality, cleaness, the staff was very impressive! We really enjoyed our stay and I will recommend this Motel for anyone seeking to find the best of the best during their travel.

We are staying here tonight and so far this has been one of my favorite places I have stayed in. The front desk staff have been so helpful and nice. They gave recommendations of places to go and places to eat… such a great place. The room is nice and clean. I will be staying here again if I come back to the area.

We have stayed here before and the rooms are clean and the property is nice. The price is also good and it includes breakfast every morning from 6am to 10am. The staff is friendly and location is near the mall with plenty to do. Bonus; pet friendly and thats awesome! approved lodging…

Chilies is an awesome restaurant. Great food, great service. Great for a date or for the whole family to visit. Go and enjoy. You will love it.

John at the reception was quick, very helpful, our room was ready for us for our late arrival. Breakfast was a good start to the day. Dining area clean. Room was clean and comfortable. Will stay here again. Across from a good size shopping mall, with an Olive Garden, Golden Coral, Texas Long Horn, and others.

The hotel made my trip very relaxing. The hotel's lobby is just as lovely as the rooms. Very good breakfast. Victor and Tanya made the experience at check-in flawless. So nice to have people that go above and beyond for the guest. Especially the AGM Tanya. Jennifer at the front desk is a great front desk supervisor! Very good stay! Will definitely return. I know the pictures may not justify, but I am picky and this was a great pick!

The crew was awesome. I stayed for one night and they treated all guest extremely important and made my stay pleasant. From the time I walked in until I left they were extremely professional and gave a great customer experience. I will stay there next year. My Winston Salem home.

If you need to be near Forsyth Hospital and have a pet, this is the place to stay. Clean, comfortable, safe, great complimentary breakfast, super-kind friendly staff who go out of their way to make you feel at home. Microwave & fridge, microwavable frozen entrees for sale along with snacks, good free Wi-Fi, everything you need to make a stressful time more comfortable and get a good night's sleep after a long day.

Had another wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff are amazing and the renovations they did are beautiful. I have always found the cleanliness of this hotel to go above and beyond, and I am enjoying the new additions to breakfast. I look forward to the summer months when I can swim in the pool again!

This is one of the most comfortable places I have ever stayed in. The lobby was such a relaxing place to work in. The staff was GREAT and very helpful. They made our stay so pleasant. Super clean and our kids enjoyed the snacks provided mid day. Great mall across the hotel with all of my favorite stores too! Ps. The Paul Mitchell shampoo and conditioner products are my favorite. I was so happy they had this selection!

It's not bad, it's just ok. The bed isn't the best and if there's another person in it, you feel every move. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. The place is clean, fresh-smelling and the staff are friendly, check-in was a breeze.

I use fair field to book rooms for my yearly events. My guest find them very clean and accomodating. The staff is very helpfully and willing to do what ever it takes to make sure my guest enjoy their stay. Good location and close to everything.
