Narrow driveway. Friendly staff. Comfy bed. Small bathroom with no exhaust fan. A/C works great. Quiet.

Picture says it all. When a staff member saw me taking pictures, a note was placed on the door to " please excuse construction, improvements were in process. " I would never have paid to stay there personally. The reservation was provided by my employer. One of my coworkers refused to stay and spent the night with another coworker. I did request to see the assigned room before I committed to staying. It was clean but not to my standard. In addition, the AC did not adequately cool the room even though I asked front desk personnel about it specifically. Never again.

Stayed here on Saturday, June 16th and now I have bites from bed bugs on my body. Waiting to hear from you regarding this matter asap.

Rooms clean. Hot, a/c wasn't on. Water pressure weak. Ok for one night.

Room was not clean. Someone's shirt, hat or something was left under the wood table along with gum trash. Tiles in the ceiling shower are displaced. The bed linen was dirty and lamp lights covers are torn. I am very disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms.

No elevator in a 2 story hotel. Shower head sits chest level and I'm only 6'. Microwave is low voltage and refrigerator isn't cold.

The room I got at this hotel was nicer than some rooms of 3 or 4 star hotels I've been to. It was very clean and had nice amenities. I would say breakfast ends too soon, though, it ends at 9am. Overall, a great hotel.

The young ladies that checked us in were very pleasant. After check inn things began to change. We were very disappointed in the housekeeping and the upkeep of the rooms. We had two rooms and neither one had been properly cleaned. The linen had stains from the night before. The toliet still had residue from previous bowel movements. The room smelled like mildew. Unfortunately this is the best that the town has to offer. We have often stayed here and I must say that over the past 2 years we have seen the decline. Please consider upgrading your rooms to represent the name posted on the oustside… Quality Inn!

Only room that was available was room 130, handicapped. The bathroom shower was so disgusting my husband put towels on its floor to stand on to shower. The seat that was not pulled down was nasty. The white part it was attached to had brown rust or something stains. I could not take a shower there. On the bright side the bed was comfortable and the staff very helpful and apologetic.

Clean, no gym, some finishes detract from the elegance of the hotel. Excellent staff.

They get 5 stars because this is the only hotel I would stay at in the area. Not that there is many choices. The location is ok and its pretty safe. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Disgusting… Will never go back, blood stains and unknown stains on bed, no fitness center even though its advertised. They did provide refund for one of the rooms. And my sister had fresh bites on her legs. Sleep in your car before you sleep in this place.

This place is beautiful on the inside and out I would stay here forever but I can only stay here for one day.

The rooms were very clean. Customer service was excellent. This is where I always stay when I go out of town.

My family and I checked into the hotel on Friday… November 17th… we made previous reservations for Two nights… Friday night was a nightmare… My husband woke up around 2am with large Wells and severe irritations on the back of his left ear … proceeding onto his left neck. Shoulder blade… arm and the back of his left hand … front desk moved us from room 103 to another room down the hall … nothing was done to compensate for his discomfort or the inconveniences of being disturbed at 2am…. At the present time we are reporting the unsanitary establishment to the BBB… the Bladen County Health Department… and Mass Media of the slack of concern of having BEDBUGS … I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM SEEKING ACCOMMODATIONS From the QUALITY INN IN WHITEVILLE NC.

Don’t let the out of style exterior of the building discourage you from staying here. So yes the outside doesn’t look clean walls have water damage. However as soon as you walk inside the building you will notice a big difference, very professional and helpful staff, rooms are very well organized and clean, quiet and close to a lot of places in town. I️ was very lucky to have found this hotel. Definitely will come back again and I️ recommend it to anyone.

Dirty Carpet in lobby. Windows need cleaning. Room was ok. Managers were nice. Not enough chairs in breakfast area.

Hotel needs better front desk service, the side doors aren't safe and secured, and they need to buy all new linen. Our towels and sheets were supposed to be clean but majority of them had brown and orange stains on them.

Complimentary breakfast was horrible… eggs were cold. Sausage was not cooked fresh… warmed up. No pancake mix. Scared to try the cereal. Didn't know how old the milk was.

Beautiful inn, nice rooms, clean, a good breakfast. The staff and management are excellent. A good place to spend a quiet night.

Excellent Staff, Very friendly and accommodating. Affordable Suites, relaxing pool. My wife and I look forward to coming here. The rooms are VERY clean. Great breakfast too!

This was a very pleasant surprise! The hotel had been renovated recently. The room was clean, nicely decorated and comfy. The lobby, breakfast room, etc. Had been as well. I would recommend it highly.

The bed was the best bed I have slept in, in awhile. However, the shower head was the worst shower I have taken ever. The room is pretty up to date except the shower head and it shoots water everywhere. The smell of the rooms are a little weird where it is a smoking/non smoking hotel.

Very clean room. The hotel management was polite and courteous. Easy access from the highway. Definitely s place I will stay again!

I've never stayed in a hotel before where the late check-out was 30 minutes after the checkout time. The new owners are very impolite! I have never stayed in a hotel like this one before. It is obvious that they do not want my repeat business or anybody else's business for that matter!

Excellent meeting space! Well equipped, clean, and spacious. I would definitely recommend it!

Quality Inn in whiteville nc is very clean and generous. I had a pleasant overnight stay.

Guest services are polite and helpful. The breakfast is better than most at the price. The beds are confortable and generally clean. Currently under renovations, so the hallway looks a bit shoddy, but it is obviously being updated.

Very nice place to stay. Breakfast is hot and delicious.

ROACHES! Be ware of this place! Dirty carpet and wallpaper peeling…). I was told the place is being renovated, it needs to be closed and another manager bought in. Would not give me any type of discount after I explained about seeing a roach (I did take a picture). I stayed here for business and will never again. Will be informing my coworkers to stay away!

Motel under reconstruction, type, carpet pulled up ever where, room was very cozy, but awake that am to a bed full of bed bug, made sure I took picture. Thumbs down for me.

Dirty nasty no spare towels no elevator for inside second floor. Place is a disgrace to the name quality inn. Should be closed until remodeling complete. No breakfast even with signs saying breakfast. Terrible hotel.

Great stay! The rooms were super clean and the manager was great. Super friendly with everyone around!

I had to stay here VERY last minute due to weather. I was very stressed. The staff made me feel so at ease. (The jacuzzi tub helped a little. )

We were grossly overcharged and upon calling the hotel to straighten out this issue we were repeatedly put on hold, not called back, and generally ignored. How the manager got a job in customer service is beyond comprehension. The only positive aspect of our experience is knowing that we will never again stay at this hotel despite our frequent trips to the area to visit family.

We have stayed here before and when we come to whiteville it always runs great specials and has a awesome breakfast and how I love breakfast in bed while on vacation… my hotel of choice we love it here!

We got a total of 5 rooms for out of town work. We do construction so we get a little dirty but this is flat out one of the worst hotels we have stayed in. Two of the rooms have mold. One has water leaking from the ceiling. We had to get moved from one because the ac wasn't working and it smelled like a cat was let loose on the room. I'd say spend the extra money and drive the distance to lumberton before staying at this place.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful when we arrived. Checking in was quick and easy. The room was nice and clean. The air unit needed to be replaced and they did so with a quickness. The breakfast was included in the stay. It was ok. I was surprised they did not serve eggs or orange juice, but the items offered were good. We will stay here again.
