Easy booking, very clean room, and friendly staff. Breakfast was disappointing. Powdered eggs and no bacon! Like any other hotel but all in all we were happy.

The workers are friendly and ensure the patrons have what they need. The hotel is clean, rooms are clean and beds are soft. Will definitely come back and stay again!

I was shocked at the racism I seen today involving innocent children. Then was told by the general manager that not all children deserve to be treated the same…. I was sticking up for a race other than my own because it was such a disgrace. I will be contacting higher management about the situation. The hotel is nice but I won’t stand for total racism by staff and the general manager who wanted to argue over it. Sickening.

Terrible hospitality! Shane at the front desk is clearly a racist! I’ve stayed multiple times and have a great experience until last night! Don’t think I’ll be staying anymore and won’t be referring anyone either!

We recently stayed here with our dog. Our room was clean with no odor. The free breakfast and dinner was good. My only complaint is a lot of the guests with dogs would not pick up their dogs poop. It was everywhere outside even on the sidewalk. I suggest Drury Inn provide a designated spot for dogs to potty so it’s not a free for all or have an employee clean the front outside area daily.

So happy with my stay and will definitely be returning! Complimentary and huge size portion breakfast and dinner as well as 2 alcoholic drinks is just amazing! The rooms are spacious and amenities are awesome! The hotel is super clean and quiet and the staff go above and beyond! Still can’t find one thing to complain about. 5 all the way!

This hotel has the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. I wish I had gotten names, but we weren’t booking under the best of circumstances so I didn’t think to do that. The gentleman on the phone was so nice and helpful, and everyone in the hotel itself was wonderful as well. The place was sparkling clean, from the lobby to the room. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

When I stayed at the hotel the staff is very nice but the amenities which was what I went for I was unable to use over crowded… Children under the age of 10 jumping in the hot tub… Dirty bathrooms etc. If you were going here to relax choose another hotel!

Stayed with a friend this week and did NOT see any Staff cleaning/disinfecting doors/door handles, elevator buttons, tables, chairs, the check-in counter, etc. The complimentary cocktail hour with food — the plastic utensils are just all out, exposed to many hands, coughs, sneezes. Gross. The room — there's no way Staff did anything more than a quick dusting.
There's no way the room was sanitized. It doesn't smell sanitized. The remote controls for the TV, the thermostat, the light swithes… it ALL needs to be sanitized. Germs live for days! That's a fact. You know what I don't see? I don't see cleaning staff removing pillows to be washed. You think a clean pillowcase negates a virus? Coronavirus is a serious issues; it's a global pandemic. There's a basketball event in town, there's a BUS in the parking lot… people are coming to Drury from all over. How about taking care of the health and safety of your guests? Do better, Drury. I will be contacting the Board of Health. If you're going to remain open to the public, you have a responsibility to actually sanitize and clean.

As a Driver my room has a refrigerator and microwave 2 of the most important items to a driver. I don't know what's important to others but for me this hotel is 5 stars because of that and the quiet room away from everyone so I can rest.

What a lovely stay we had. The hotel is lovely, large room too. The welcome drinks and food are a really nice touch and the staff could not be more helpful. Can thoroughly recommend.

The friendliest staff we have ever met. Coffee and sodas available 24/7. Love that smell of fresh popcorn as we enter the lobby. Wish rooms were available more often. This place is so good, it sells out quickly.

This is by far one of the nicest places I have ever stayed … I spend lots of time in motels while traveling. The staff was on their A-Game. They called me by name. They had many guest but knew my name even though this was my first time staying here … The pool and the hot tub is state of the art … The lobby was so nice. And the amenities that are included in the price can’t be beat. Staying here you do not have to leave the quietness of your room unless you decide you want too …
The food the 2 free cocktails are so awesome!. The beds are comfortable and the pillows oh those pillows you sink into them. I will definitely be back. Thank you Drury of Burlington for making me at home during my stay!

We stayed here with our children for 3 months due to flooding at our home. The staff became like family. Wonderful service and facilities. The children were sad to leave!

I brought my family here to stay two nights for a wedding. Complimentary breakfast and dinner, as well as complimentary drinks for the adults. Indoor/outdoor pool with a jacuzzi too. My room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The front desk were very helpful and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family over any other hotel hands down.

Great customer service. Great breakfast. Coffee available all day! Love the pillows and very comfy bed. The pool was great and clean. Popcorn and dinner was good. All was included with the stay.

To be completely honest, I didn't know what to expect with this hotel. I had never been to a Drury Inn but have seen them in a few places here and there. The hotel is really nice and offers a free buffet dinner and drinks to guest from 5:30-7. The food was great, lots of variety and fresh. I was in room 330 which is a corner room which was really quiet and away from the elevator. The room was very spacious and the the bed was very comfortable. They have a huge continental breakfast and decent coffee. Definitely recommend for small groups and families. I would stay here again.

This is the only hotel we will stay at in North Carolina! The hotel is super clean (pools, lobby, and rooms)! The food is good you get breakfast and dinner with adult beverages as well! Thanks Drury Inn for making our time in NC amazing!

My husband and I recently got married and most of our guests stayed at this hotel. They loved it and were able to socialize in the spacious lobby and the kids loved the pool. The hotel is very clean and modern with a great complimentary breakfast. Everyone really enjoyed their stay here.

During a road trip we stopped in this hotel on a whim having never stayed at a Drury before. We were expecting the typical but got so much more. From the moment we stepped in the lobby we were quite impressed. Everything looked not only cleaned but freshly polished. This hotel has set the bar for what I expect in a hotel. I honestly cannot believe this hotel is 3 star. I've stayed a 4 and 5 hotel that were much less. Our room was clean and modern. The HVAC is quiet and kept the room very comfortable. The bed was so comfortable. I slept so good. An evening soda and snack bar with 2 adult beverages was included with the room as with the impressive breakfast buffet. This hotel treats you like royalty. The Drury will now be my 1st pick when traveling and the standard by which all others will be judged.

I've stayed time and time again. Without a doubt the best hotel in Burlington. If you're coming down to Elon, I would highly recommend the Drury. It's a fairly new hotel with great rooms. Staff is incredibly helpful if you somehow have an issue. There's also great breakfast!

Nice place, amenities include food and drinks, geared for youngsters but still nice! Breakfast is also included and covers a good span from make your own waffles to oatmeal and all in between!

This was an overnight stop for us but it was an excellent choice. It is convenient to all kinds of restaurants and shopping opportunities if you need something. The hotel is very modern and clean. The staff is very friendly and follows up to be sure your room is OK. The evening "happy hour" and morning "breakfast" are exceptional. Check in/out are efficient and professional. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for two nights for training for work. The Hotel is very clean not that old. With happy hour during the evening with dinner and pools located down stairs. Each morning starts with breakfast. They called the room twice one right after check in and on the last day of the stay to ensure that everything was in order and that I was pleased with the stay and if there was anything that they could do to make the stay better. The room was very large with a living room, bathroom, and bedroom. Had two large tv's in the room, coffee maker, and refrigerator. The hotel sits in a area with food close by with a large parking lot that is easy to park in while being close to the highway.

If I could give it 6 stars, I would! We had a great first experience staying here. Great pet friendly environment! Even our dogs felt welcome. Very clean and well run. Will definitely be back.

I had an awesome stay. Not one issue. Not one complaint. Even after dealing with an extremely rude and combative visitor, the assistant manager Jennifer was super sweet and friendly. She went out of her way to make sure my stay was pleasent. Highly recommended.

The price for the hotel was very low considering how nice and new the hotel was. We had the free dinner from 5:30 to 7:00 and it was a nice dinner setup like a buffet. The hotel rooms were clean and modern. The breakfast was like most around the area.

Clean, comfortable, and I appreciated them getting the infant bed ready for us even added baby blankets and folded them on the mattress like the adult beds (super cute) pet friendly.

New, clean rooms with refrigerator and microwave. The showers have dispensers for body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, which made them convenient to use. Excellent hot breakfast and they have food and 2 alcoholic drinks free per guest at dinner time. Opened my eyes to what Drury's offer.

Clean. Good sized suite. Comphensive continental breakfast. Inside pool was packed and tiny. But overall, great hotel. And it is in a solid location. Tons of restaurants … and a Starbucks… nearby.

Had a amazing stay! But I left a Valuable item in the room and didn’t Realize after 7 hours that I didn’t have it. I called and ask did I leave something in the room in the Receptionist Informed me no. After My second call for somebody to go back up and see if I had left the item in the room the Receptionist sent the supervisor of housekeeping up to room and found it. But it’s strange The housekeeper didn’t find the item while cleaning the room if she cleaned it. I was Directed to the Assistant General Manager (Jenna Schultz) when I went to Claim the item She threw the item on the desk and was very Disrespectful and non Apologetic and the Customer service is was very poor for what I paid for. I asked her why would you throw my shirt on the Desk And her response was you asked for the shirt you and I gave it to you.

I'm not sure where to begin when describing how great a hotel this is. Beautifully designed clean rooms, complementary happy hour, free hot breakfast and dinner… the list goes on. This is a great place to stay. The only reason the hotel doesn't get all 5 stars is because of the front desk staff member at night. He was rude, seemed inconvenienced by any questions I had. Even when I thanked him and apologized for "bothering him" he didn't acknowledge me and walked away mid sentence. Seemed odd to me that he acted like this when the rest of the staff were excellent and exhibited great customer service skills.

The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained. Free full breakfast served in the mornings (weekdays 6:00 to 9:30, weekends 7:00 to 11:00) with ample seating just off the main lobby. Prices are affordable.

The complimentary drinks were unexpected and much appreciated. The rooms were pristine. Breakfast and dinner were also delicious. Wonderful stay.

Immaculate Hotel offering lovely amenities such as evening reception with free drinks and dinner. A rarity these days. Beds are super comfy with plenty of pillows. Highly recommend!

Great customer service, comfortable room and nice amenities. The hotel was clean and well staffed. Complimentary breakfast and after work buffets were excellent. Easy to travel to and right in the center of many restaurants and shopping areas. Would definitely return and would certainly recommend.

Wonderful experience. Great price for the amount of space you get… Far better than any other hotel in this price range (or far fighter in my experience). Customer service was fantastic, going above and beyond to help with a dead car battery and then shipping a forgotten item at no charge. Great breakfast, free dinnertime snack and drinks, and a very nice interior design. One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. I would be pleased to stay here again.

Breakfast was wonderful and very spacious dining area​. Room was very clean and decent. The bathroom was great and they provided shower gel as well as shampoo and conditioner. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. This is a newer hotel. Very great stay. Will return and recommend.

Absolutely no complaints! The staff was so attentive, courteous, friendly, considerate just very polite my entire stay and this was ALL staff! The hotel itself is immaculate! It was so very clean and spotless! I will always stay here anytime I come to this area! The breakfast was good and the kick back was the icing on the cake! Impeccable place to stay!

The room was very clean and comfortable. Got there too late for dinner but the coffee and popcorn late night was awesome, as was breakfast. Everyone was extremely polite. Will be using them again the next time I am in town.
