Very disappointed! Family emergency and I had to cancel. They charged my card anyway! I will never stay in a Marriott properly. I travel frequently and have one million IHG points. Thought I’d give Marriott a try. They failed.

Supposed to be there on a business trip. Had to change my plans do to family emergency. Charged my card. International Hotel Group has never done that! Thought I’d give Marriot a try. Very disappointed.

Well the rooms and lounge are very cute and clean. Lots of places to chill for all reasons. There are 4 problems I had and kinda disappointing: 1. They mislead you on the website… THERE IS NO COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST. Only Starbucks that you have to pay for. 2. The lights over the nightstand block the plug and depending on the kind of phone charger you have may not fit. And if it does fit, the outlet is too loose and won't charge. 3. Part of the bathroom was moldy… 4. If you get a room with 2 beds, the one closest to the wall, not the window, has barely enough room for the person sleeping there to squeeze through. Just designed horribly.

Our family stopped at this hotel in July for one night. Every single person we encountered was nice and helpful. However, Tia went above and beyond. In that short stay, our son lost his beloved Mr. Elephant. I called several times to check, and Tia assured me she was continuing to look for him. About two weeks after we returned home, I received a call from Tia that she had found Mr. Elephant and would be sending him home. We were beyond thrilled, but could never have expected how amazing it would be to receive the package. Tia sent a letter detailing all the activities Mr. Elephant took part in while staying at the hotel and included pictures as well. My son was so excited to have his friend home and to hear about all of his adventures. There are not enough words to express our gratitude for Tia’s amazing customer service and above all else the kindness she showed to Mr. Elephant and our entire family.

What makes this particular courtyard stand out is the outstanding service. We were greeted friendly enough from the front desk staff, of which you would expect, but all staff from maintenance and housekeeping to the barista were friendly and kind. We had one problem with our room (mainly it was already occupied). Not only was it solved timely but with empathy and concern. Well worth the money.

A bit overpriced… smallish rooms, small fitness area (enough room for two people, 3 tops) small pool. The decor is nice relatively new. Good water pressure and hot water. The only reason I stay there us my other hotel is booked.

We stayed at this hotel while traveling through North Carolina. It is located right off the highway, making it very easy to get to. Lots of places to eat, including many within walking distance. The lobby is very nice and inviting as you enter through the front doors. The lady working at the front desk was very helpful and got us all checked in. She even made sure to say hello each time we walked by to go in or out the front doors. The room was very comfortable and the A/C worked great. The only negative I had, was the carpet in the hallways needed some repair. It was coming apart at the seams. Overall this was a great place to stay for the night.

This hotel accommodates us each year for a cigar event in the area. They welcome our group and provide exceptional service to everyone. The rooms are nice, and I've always experienced them to be very clean.

As it happened on my last visit, the hotel sends out a reminder to check in. They ask if as a Platinum Member, what amenities I would need and I am eligible for an upgrade. None happened… Upon reminding the front desk after checking into my room, the person comes running with goodies, coupon, discounts. Why? I expect what I am eligible for. I dislike pointing out the properties management deficiency.

Cancelled our reservation without notifying us. Not an enjoyable experience.

Me and my son stayed at the courtyard by Marriott Burlington last night (4-18-18)! After riding around town and looking at other hotels there was no way I was gonna stay at them do to the fact I was traveling with out my husband so I wanted to stay some where I felt safe… And at the courtyard by Marriott Hit that right on the head I felt 100% safe the price may have been a little high but it was worth it for my son and mine own safety… The staff was very friendly and went the extra mile to help with anything! Our room was very nice and clean. Only weird thing to me was they didn’t but trash bags in there trash cans, so my son went and got a trash bag from the front desk so I would hv a bag dor ours. I was not ok with putting the plastic part of a tampon in the trash can with no bag! Oh yeah and my sons favorite parts were the gym and a young mans dream hooters was right next store. He is 15 and had never been there… only hard people talk about it so of course we had to eat there and even all the staff there were super friendly! I will definitely be stay at courtyard Marriott again if we have to stop in NC and stay again… really enjoyed our self… my son was happy and loved it so that made me happy… oh and the Starbucks was awesome as well. The only thing that let me down was there was no Continental breakfast for the price of the room I felt like they should have a continental breakfast, not pay 10.00 per person to eat… so needless to say we didn’t eat breakfast there…

Always nice to stay at a courtyard… But the area was crowded and they jacked the rates up way too high.

Over priced figured you would get more for your money. Supprized me when they did not have a indoor pool no extra anything really. The TV did not work had to have front desk come up. The spicket in the shower was sideways as well. I think I may have done better at a best western.

The bathrooms here are very clean. I try to stop there every time I need to relieve myself. I give this bathroom 4 out of 5 stars.

Older hotel. Clean, like Starbucks in lobby. Sad to see that North end of drive had not been scraped. Still VERY icy and slick.

Clean, updated, and spacious rooms. Very friendly staff. Great food in Bistro. However, the Bistro seemed to have limited hours (Was there in January on a weekend)

Excellent in almost all ways. We stayed three nights in December 2017. Rooms have been recently updated and are clean and comfortable. We choose Courtyard when possible b/c of good beds. Receptionist, Marsha, was wonderful and was able to find us a room on the quiet side after first assigning us to the side facing the interstate. (ask for a room AWAY from I-85). Maid service was good and they did the things we asked of them. No complimentary coffee. The Bistro has food almost all day but it's a little pricy. The Starbucks coffee you buy has no refills. (There's an IHOP and Cracker Barrel within a short drive). All was good until our vehicle was broken into and the cash in it was stolen. They have a sign up saying to lock and remove valuables but this is pretty standard. Folks with Marriott Courtyard were upset and treated us well. Marriott has NO insurance for this kind thing. I don't think this is a bad neighborhood but just be careful and don't leave ANYTHING in your vehicle.

We never go wrong with Courtyard, but this location is the best, starting with desk clerk Rashelle. Excellent staff, clean, and well-run. There are lots of options in the Greensboro/Burlington area, but this would be our number one choice.

Poor location… Put me in a room right beside the interstate. The room does not cancel out the noise from the highway. Not a comfortable stay at all. Friendly staff and rooms are ok.

My two night stay was enhanced by the warm greeting from the front desk host, Marcia. Friendly, efficient, and she expressed the desire to make my stay all it could be. I will stay here again when working in Burlington. Marcia provides excellent customer service and I am grateful for her service. Dr. E. Wayne Harris.

Clean rooms great location wish breakfast was served a little longer than it was.

Nice rooms with very functional air conditioning. Try to get a room away from the freeway. Coffee shop is not bad. Next to a hooters if that's your thing.

A comfortable hotel with Great service all the staff are friendly and attentive, Jeanette is gonna be a huge loss.

Very accomodating experience The front desk was very polite, courteous, and making sure that we got a suite as requested even though it was 9:00 At night. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I recommend this place to anyone.

We had a nice room and the customer service was nice. I was disappointed our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 4:30, especially since we had done early mobile check in the day before arrival. The manager did make it up to us with extra points, but it was still such an inconvenience as we had another place to be soon after and couldn't come back to take our bags to the room until late at night. Our room was very nice, though, and the staff was wonderful.

Courtyard is an all service Hotel that has plenty of amenities, clean rooms, fast service, and a beautiful open lobby with a bar.

Been there many times. If you are visiting Elon it is the best place to stay.

Booked this hotel because my daughter is a student at Elon. When I arrived there was a confusion with my arrival date. So the room was cancelled, and the hotel was full.
Found another room at a great hotel. Then noticed a few days later I was charged for 2 nights. When I called GM Paulette said she would call me back and hopefully clear up error. Never heard back so I called and was told there was nothing they could do. And Paulette would not take my call. This particular hotel in a college town caters to college parents and would depend on return visits. Unbelievable this is how I was treated. For a small amount of money they have lost 3 years of repeat business and I will make sure I share with Elon parents on our fb page and my daughters sorority fb page the inconsiderate treatment and suggest they try Drury next time they visit. I have filed with my cc company a dispute so the charge will be ultimately dismissed. So what they accomplished was just a whole lot of bad press.

They were 2 hours late with our room, the Wi-Fi was god-awful, and they had the slowest elevator I've ever been in.

Nice location, with a good amount of food options around. As with other courtyards, it had a small bar and some meal options too.

The room was great, we weren't there long but the bed as incredibly comfortable! The woman at the front desk was extremely friendly and personable and had us laughing while she got us checked in and checked out. Overall great stay.

Staff are absolutely nice and you'll get to find yourself craving for more stay in their convenient rooms. The starbucks coffee in the lobby make it perfect for small coffee encounters and chats with friends and all. I woulf definitely go back to this hotel.

I stay at the Marriott all the time I'm a local residents in Burlington North Carolina and I go to that motel for several reasons sometimes just to get away sometimes just because I like the beds the end sides and nice there clean everything smells good but the staff there in the morning time all the way up to about 3 o'clock is a very rude woman all the way up from 7 a. M. To 11 p. M. Everybody is rude disrespectful you'll be in the middle of calling them from the room phone and then I'll hang up on you or if you call him too much they just won't answer anymore when they realize that your room calling but from 11 p. M. To 7 a. M. There's a boy that works there he is a very special man he does as you ask and I made very well friends with him I have been staying there as of now for 4 nights because my residence is getting worked on and I have been treated very disrespectful all day long until night time when that boy comes to work then he's respectful but all day until he gets there those women are very very disrespectful also everything is overpriced Welch's gummies cost $0.99 at the gas station there $7 at that Hotel and another day they lie a lot today 19 1/9/15.
