Very clean rooms, very comfortable beds. Price is very reasonable. We have stayed here in 2016 and 2018 each time for two nights. We spent our days on the Ocoee River and just needed a safe comfortable clean inexpensive place to sleep for a couple of nights.

Very quaint, clean, recently renovated. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Rooms are very clean and fresh smelling and beds are very comfortable. It’s a clean quiet place to rest your head with a 100% sanitation rating. No coffee maker in the rooms, but the front desk will gladly give you a cup from their personal coffee pot! Will stay here again if ever back in this area!

Wife and I, stayed there 6/23/18 Best sleep I had in a very long time. Bed was comfortable, very quite location! Would stay here again! Thank you Murphy Motel for a wonderful stay. Matthew.

No place for hangers. No face tissues. Thin walls. No electricity outlets near the bed. Good water pressure. Comfortable beds. Microwave and small refrigerator. Dark rooms with very low watt bulbs. Can't read because of low light.

Get ready for the couch surfing time of your life. This accommodation is brilliantly suited not only for sleep, but comes with endless night time Nintendo Switch entertainment. Biggest surprise is when the couch folds out to a FREAKING DOUBLE BED SIZED SLEEPING AREA. They also bake cookies for you (none left by the end of the night lol) Hosts are very woke, but literally so at 6:30AM when they wake up. And they make you breakfast for you. 10/10 would stay again. Only complaint is that the sheet on the couch was not a fitted sheet. Will edit my review to 5 stars if next time if there's a fitted sheet.

This tiny old fashioned motel on the outskirts was awesome for the price, the rooms are like new with a nice down comforter and memory foam. The shower is hot, and strong enough to quench anyone's need for a hot shower. Free Wi-Fi and the owner was nice. The only drawback, the night I stayed, it was 17F, the room was warm, but the new ceramic tile floor was cooold.

Very clean. 100 Sanitation Rating. Microwave, Fridge, TV provided. Tile floors, no bedside rugs or any carpet. No amenities, no coffee pot, no breakfast. Towels are extremely, extremely thin and very rough. Bring your own soap and shampoo. What is provided is minimal. Price is great. About 9 miles out from Murphy. As long as you read the reviews and understand what you are getting, you can appreciate this motel. Friendly staff.

Recently renovated, this is a very nice, clean, quaint, locally owned and operated motel. Everything inside the room looks new. Owner was very nice and accommodating. Room was very clean (bring socks or slippers in fall/winter for the tile floors), beds were comfortable. I love the fact that the shower head was high in the bathroom, nothing worse than having to do a back-bend to wash shampoo out of your hair! You won’t find a cleaner value motel in the Murphy, Hayesville, Hiawassee area!

Super clean rooms and very friendly staff. Family owned by two brothers and one brother has a taxi service that took us to the casino. Not fancy, but a fantastic price and very clean.

Very affordable, simple, clean room that is reminiscent of an old motor lodge. No bizarre smells (tile instead of carpet) and good temperature control. Minor complaint about the bed. It was loud and too soft. Major hotel chains were gouging due to the hurricane so this was literally $100 less. No breakfast or amenities to speak of but a good clean place to sleep.

Very nice for a roadside motel. Clean rooms. Newly renovated. Reasonable rates. The gentleman that owns the place is very helpful. I've stayed here more than once when visiting the area.

Great little place to spend the night Clean room and bathroom Stayed 1 night on my way to the Dragon Tail. Only problem I had was no fridge and microwave. Front desk very friendly and helpful.

Me and my husband go every year for our anniversary. A great place to spend the night. Rooms are newly renovated. Most comfortable bed I have slept in. Recommend.

My husband said they have the best mattresses ever! He slept very good! It's has been updated and is very nice for the price! Owner is very friendly.

Cute little place. It was perfect for what we paid and what we needed. Clean room. Guy at front desk helpful. Only problem, my cell phone couldn't get service. There was not a phone in the room either. Not the motels fault I didn't have service. They just happen to be located in a mountainous area. Our kids had no way to get a hold of us if something were to come up.
