Very clean and has a great breakfast.

Im sorry been here before and never got a knock on my door before 9am or at all in the morning. Went to the front told the desk lady didnt even say sorry. She was like they do their rounds to make sure u dont need anything mind you check out is 11am. If I needed something I would call the front. Rude and will never come back.

I used this hotel for my business. Sleep Inn had my company card on file for my employees to check in easily each week. Have not stayed there in over a month and found out today that someone from Sleep Inn has been ordering food on 7 different occasions using the same food delivery service. The name the food was delivered to was a fictitious name. The only ones that had access to my card was Sleep Inn personnel. Cannot get the manger to return my call so I filed a report with the Kernersville Police Dept.

Very nice looking and quite also I would recommend it to anyone.

The rooms were clean and of a perfect size. The breakfast was very good. Ronald kept the dining area clean and orderly and was always a delight to speak with. He kept everything (buffet & other areas) well stocked and fresh! Wonderful employee! (You'd better keep that gentleman! ) The front desk employees, Angie & Trey (sp? ) were kind and quite ready to see to any need one might have. All three were very respectful, polite & professional! We wanted for nothing, even with a very large cross-country team also staying there! We will definitely be back! Thank you, Angie, Ronald and Trey! Charley & Walt.

This hotel goes above and beyond on expectations with their generosity and customer service. They have a complimentary breakfast every morning to wake up too & there's a large variety of options that will make anyone excited to choose from even if you're not a breakfast eater! Anyways, I'm sure anyone will be very pleased with their stay. Also I tried their coffee and it's amazing! The pricing for this stay is very affordable compared to most & yet they are still on top of the world! Level 6 Local Google Guide and I highly recommend this business. Enjoy your stay!

Room was very clean and neat. Bed was pretty comfy for a hotel. Morning breakfast was pretty good and surprisingly had more choices than I expected.

My wife and I had two great nights of sleep and rest. The room was clean and, refreshing to come to after a hard days work. We are remodeling our house and we used Sleep Inn as, our reprieve. We would recommend this Inn for anyone!

Very economic and no complaints! The interior is clean and modern. Breakfast selection is pretty good too for the price point. Hot sausage, gravy, bacon and eggs, make your own waffles, plus the usual fare.

Rooms were about average, looked pretty clean. Continental breakfast was pretty good as well but there were definitely thin walls.

Very nice, clean, comfortable. Love the several custom teas they have, since I'm a tea drinker. Breakfast better than quite a few other hotels in this category. Very enjoyanle and refreshing stay!

Best Sleep Inn we've ever stayed at. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff are courteous and professional. This hotel also offers a full breakfast wich is better than most. I love that they bake fresh cookies in the afternoon around 4 pm, and they always have coffee and tea. The owner was very gracious and helpful to us after we had a very bad experience at the econolodge. Thank you for making our stay great.

Cheapest of the several hotels in the area, but nice clean rooms with comfortable beds. No complaints at all.

Comfortable private rooms with a full shower dresser and armoire. I discovered bed bug bites over my face and legs 5 days after my visit it's very unfortunate, bed bugs are severe problem with most hotels in this one seems to have the same issues. I made a complaint to the management but they have not contacted me.

Has everything, even free coffee, tea and breakfast in the lobby. The rooms are small but have fridges, irons, microwaves, and coffeemakers. The elevator was broken but there is a good stairway. It is near several nice restaurants and immediately adjacent to McDonald's. There is a walking trail on the property.

BED BUGS! I work for a local company and we occasionally have people stay at this motel. Unfortunately, the last employee that stayed here got bites from bed bugs! He went to the doctor. The bed bugs were confirmed by both the doctor and the motel staff. He purchased items to treat his home. The motel manager refused to reimburse him for his either his doctor bill or the supplies to treat his home. They offered to refund the room rate or give him points. Unfortunately with bed bugs, it's not that simple because they can easily be transported from location to location. We are disappointed in how this was handled and won't be using this motel again.

One of the best budget hotels conviniently located off I-40 in Kernersville. The location is bit tucked away from the main road. Parking is plentiful and well lit at night. The location can get noisy due to it proximity to the highway. But it's convinience for travellers to get on and get off the highway to this hotel is a major plus. The rooms are very clean and the staff is friendly. The room prices are good the service provided exceeds the price.

For the price, outstanding. Extremely clean, friendly service, free breakfast was amazing! Plus the room had a little fridge and microwave — really felt like a 4 star hotel.

Me and hubby stayed there for a few days. We got bed bugs bites and breakfast just ok was not much choices for those who are vegetarians though. MacDonald next door which was great when we were snowed in. Staff could be a little more knowledgeable of where to shop or explore.

Very clean hotel with plush bedding and a great price. I travel a ton for work so I know my hotels. Also one of the better breakfasts around.

Very friendly staff and clean rooms. The breakfast bar is awesome. Not every night but once in a while they do serve an evening meal for the guest. I got the lucky straw on the night my wife and I stayed here and got the evening meal vegatable beef soup and sandwiches was also amazing. Thank you to your staff and management for a very pleasant stay. If back in the area again I will be more than happy to come back here.

The staff is wonderful. The rooms are clean and cozy. The breakfast is awesome. The rates are great. Highly recommend.

Exactly what you'd think. Priced really fair, is really clean, and it's literally right off the highway. There's a very large convenience store across the street with just about everything. About a mile up the Rd if you pull out of side street to the right is a Waffle House. There's basically a bunch of retail around there. There's a "breakfast", cereal, fruit, coffee, basic but quick.

Very clean room it was a very pleasant place to stay and I will have to say the food they serve for breakfast far exceeded my expectations not bad for $60 a night.

Stayed at this place 3 nights beginning of October in a single room for one. Nice Hotel until I found out that I was bitten up badly from bed bugs and when I reached out to talk to someone all I got was a thank and we will let the manager know. Was not pleased at all from this response. So fair warning for the 8p dollars a night I paid I was very very disappointed by staffs answer to my phone call about the bed bugs! By the way it was Room 216 and I have been going through reviews and have seen another complaint about the bed bugs in this room. Be nice if someone seen this like a friggen Manager and contacted me about this.

Checked in on 10-12-17 to room 217. Found a broken toilet seat, door strike on bathroom door broken, room door will not stay shut unless the dead bolt is used. Let the front desk know. Went to dinner and to see a local high school game to come back to our room to find that the door had been left open! Do appreciate them fixing the toilet seat since it would pinch you if you set on it. Wi-Fi is unsecured so be careful using it. Very unhappy with the cleanliness! As well as very large water marks and Sheetrock coming lose at the second floor @ room 200. Drive into Winston Salem or Greensboro. Staff seems to be nice. But for over 130.00 a night for two adults we hope to Never have to stay here again. One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in in over 20 years. Hampton inn is being built across the street. So disappointed! … Less than 15 minutes later Melissa one of the sales managers moved us into Room 234. COMPLETE difference! Staff quickly fixed our issues. Thank you for that Melissa! Unfortunately my rating is going to stay the same because this should have never happened in the hospitality business. Again the staff here really seem to be very helpful.

Checked in front desk for overnight stay, front desk gal was very very pleasant and took care of checking in promptly. I will certainly stay at a Sleep Inn again as I already have in the past. Well done!

It is quiet and peaceful front desk employees are great to interact with free breakfast is rather great in taste and appearance they just need more channels for television.

It was clean and decently priced just what you'd expect for a Sleep Inn. It had the free continental breakfast with bacon and eggs. This is why I like the choice hotels, consistency.

Room was nice, clean very comfy. The pillows however, were tiny couch pillows. The breakfast was standard for most but lacking for vegans. (Which I'm used to so no surprise. Over all great stay.

We had a nice time. The food was good for my hubby, but I do not eat many of the choices so my only suggestion would be to have more vegan or low carb options. Turkey bacon, egg whites would be awesome! Otherwise, the place was clean, ac worked wonderfully, cable and internet were great the bed was comfy and the room was a nice size. The staff was courteous and I love the pictures in the rooms over the bed. Nice place.

Always a pleasure to stay here! Right off the interstate! Great shower, comfortable beds and great hot breakfast. Trey the representative at the front desk is always in a great mood and very courteous it makes awesome cookies! I stay here every time I'm in town which is usually about once a week.

I travel alot for work and the thing I tend to look for and like the most is it quietness. And it is for sure quiet, its just the right amount of room and the rooms are on point. Views could be better but… its in a awesome location, plenty of restaurants around and located near a hospital so in times of bad weather the roads are always taken care of. Overall 100% satisfied and will always pick sleep in when I'm in this area.

Was put on hold for 20 minutes. Walls are thin you can hear people in the hall 100 feet away. Bathrooms are small. Shower floor is not supported correctly. Makes it feel like you just stepped into a boat. Halls smell like burnt beans. Newly renovated. Nice bed linens. No elevator, not that I needed it. No pets. Packets of hard boiled eggs for breakfast were expired.

I've stayed here several times. This is the only place I will stay at here in Kernersville. Newly remodeled and are currently still in the process. The staff is tremendously helpful, courteous and go above and beyond to make it a pleasurable stay. The room and bathroom are very clean. The breakfast to me is definitely enough to get your day started. They also keepout fresh fruit all day. Fresh baked cookies later in the day. All around for the money you can't beat the stay here.

For the price, sleep in cannot be beat. It is conveniently located off of highway 40. The room are comfortable and the staff is wonderful.

Awful staff, rude and uncaring about ppl overall. Terrible rooms, broken locks, bugs inside the property. Stayed several times in a one year span and won't be back after the trip in May.

A relative stayed there, and I visited for a few hours. Tiny bathrooms. Clean rooms. Well kept hotel. If you need a place to crash for the night, and you want it to be clean, new, and not many frills, this isn't a bad place.

Staff courteous. Customer found passed out in hallway face down. Was breathing & EMT''s promptly were dispatched. Breakfast was forgettable. No pool. No elevators. Big drawback. Staff very helpful to carry our bags & friendly. Small. Rooms. Bathroom no sink in lavatory itself. Highly unsanitary, had to wash my hands in shower each time used the toilet. SUGGEST RETROFIT WITH SINKS & faucets in bathroom. Bathroom much too small. Room good for one person. 2. Star experience. Will not use any sleep-in again.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was quick to refresh items in the breakfast bar and address issues identified with the room.

We stayed in a Sleep Inn traveling from Georgia to New Jersey. The room was nice and clean, and the breakfast the next morning was delicious. I would recommend staying there.

Very clean! Staff is friendly and helpful. We were late for breakfast but they still kept things out and stocked. Better yet they didn't hover and try and run us off. Parking lot is a little small if you are towing a trailer, but even that would not keep me from coming back. Great hotel!

Stayed here 3 nights and had a great experience from begging to end. Hotel manager was very accommodating in letting us stay until nearly 3pm since our flight out of RDU was early evening. Would definitely recommend.

It is updated for the most part. Breakfast is included. Shower has mold. They expect you to use throw pillows as pillows. For the $129 a night they charge, they can't give you a regular pillow. Why, I have no idea. The room smelled funny, we had to run the air conditioner and freeze just to get the smell out of the room. We stayed 3 days and each day the beds were made, but the trash wasnt emptied, the ice bucket wasn't given a new liner, the moldy shower wasn't clean and the floor was not vacuumed. Such a disappointment.
