I felt like the staff was more friendly that usual at this hotel. We will definitely stay here again next time we are passing through. The complimentary breakfast better than most! Fitness center was happening with new machines. Late night snack area. Rooms were really nice — comfy, fine bedding.
And a really nice pool in the summer season.

Great location, right by the highway. Local food close by. Nice and clean hotel. I needed peace and quiet and I got that. Nice continental breakfast.

It is an absolutely beautiful looking Hotel. Less than 2 years old. However the staff does not understand how to help guests at all. I called and made the reservation explaining the exact kind of room I had to have in order to be able to stay at their hotel. Was told yes that would not be a problem. When I got to the hotel I reiterated that the room was set up the way I needed it to be as far as shower. So I didn't even look in the room when I set my bag down and went to dinner. I come back to the room was going to take a shower and could not do it because it was not the shower I requested. Call the front desk and ask them about it they told me that it was what I asked for and argue with me about it I went to the desk to get checked out and not get charged based on a Hampton 100% satisfaction guarantee and instead of checking me out she put it in the computer as a late cancellation basically so that she could try and charge me for it I believe stay away from this hotel until they learn how to help gas and Bass customer service oriented.

I had to visit my grandma in the hospital. It was short notice so I didnt make any plans of where I would stay when I got to the area. This was a very nice, very well priced hotel. Excellent staff. They were very accommodating to my unknown check out date Would definitely recommend.

Rooms were well cleaned with everything above normal expectations of a brand name hotel. The normal but privileged amenities like a pool and complimentary breakfast were good quality and the staff were helpful with anything needed. The staff in general seemed happy to greet guests staying there and the whole experience left a good mark on a dated Hampton Inn brand.

I could almost hear and understand the conversation in the room across the hall. Not sure if doors and walls are thin or just not sealed well. Parking is well lit but not ample. Breakfast was usual, plenty of choices, if you leave hungry it's your own fault.

Nice new Hampton Inn right off the highway. Rooms are fresh and new. Staff is delightful. Walls are a little thin, but I was there when a bunch of teenagers were staying there as well. Minor knit, ironing board snags clothes. Be careful.

Great location right off of the freeway. Beautiful and spacious rooms that are very comfortable. Slept like a baby in their King sized bed and a delicious breakfast bar awaiting you when you wake up. Friendly service and awesome staff who always asks if you need anything or if they can help in any way. A+ service.

Breakfast was a little disappointing for such a nice hôtel. The location is quiet for a good sleep but there is just a few places to eat close by if you dont have the motivation to go further away for dinner. Otherwise the king rooms are very spacious and pleasant, clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful, I was there for business for ten days but away for the weekend, they offered to keep my luggage locked for the weekend until I was back even though I didn't have a room booked for two nights. Fitness center is nice with view on the outdoor pool. They offer delicious warm cookies by the reception in the evening ;) very pleasant stay in Hampton Inn Kernersville.

I recently got married on March 31, 2018 & blocked off a large amount of rooms for my guests & wedding party to stay in. The Hampton Inn staff accommodated ALL of my wishes and surpassed my expectations! They truly wanted our guests to enjoy their stay, and my guests are STILL raving about how up to date and welcoming the facility was. Do yourself a favor and STAY HERE. A shout out to the manager, Patrick, for being SO helpful & a pleasure to work with!

Love the modern design and the staff was absolutely amazing. Best service I have ever had even better than 5 star hotels. The extra activities they have for guests and kids was a unique and fun experience. Will stay here every time I visit.

I arrived late to find out that I had booked the hotel for April not the current month. Brenda was awesome in helping resolve the issue which was completely my fault. She went way beyond what was expected. The hotel is new and the rooms are extremely spacious. You receive much more than expected for the value of a night stay. Thank you again Brenda for your 5 star customer service.

My children and I were in a very large accident on the interstate on the way home to KY from NC. We were stranded in Kernersville since our suv was totaled and the fire department gave us a ride to this hotel. I've stayed in many, many hotels over the years and this was my far the most accommodating. Due to the weather conditions no one was delivering dinner (even pizza was carry out only) the manager offered to drive their person vehicle to go get my children and I dinner, and he did. They had game night in the breakfast area for the staff and customers, provided hot chocolate and treats to anyone that wanted them, and was more than willing to give us as late of a checkout as needed to give us time for my husband to drive from KY to get us. I was blown away by the way they treated their guests! The hotel was new, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful (cheese omelettes). I really can't express how thankful we are to all of the staff. They made a horrible day for my so much better. Special thanks to the manager! I don't remember his name but he was happy, energetic, and courteous every time we saw him. If we ever get another opportunity to visit Kernersville we will, without doubt, chose this hotel!
