Staff was very friendly, room was clean. Included a breakfast in the morning. Great rates for a great room. Check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. Can book a room at 18, unlike most hotels that require you to be 21. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel was fine for the price. Nothing amazing, nothing terrible. The room was mostly clean with a few cobwebs on the ceiling and the shower curtain has some mold. But everything else was fine. The pool was small. But hey they had a pool so better than no pool. The ice machine didn't really work very well but that's no big deal. Over all I'd recommend it if you're on a budget.

Worst experience in a hotel I've ever had. Spent good money on line and booked hotel but room was un acceptable. Room stink of mold and the mattress was so wore out and uncomfortable you couldn't sleep on the bed. Management was unwilling to fix the problems with the room or answer the front desk phone. The manager would not refund the fair refund I should get back and when I disagreed because of poor room conditions and number of days we paid for and stayed. Only the first night. Management called the local police on my family to have us removed. Stay at your own risk!

Front desk clerk was friendly. She said I see that you're using a cane so I will make it easy on you and give you a room much closer than where you supposed to have been. The rooms extremely nice and clean two thumbs up for me.

I don’t think I’ll stay here in the summer again. The room smelled musty, the elevator was hotter than hell itself, the tub/shower were filthy, the lamps between the beds didn’t work, the door key card reader was finicky at best. Parking is allotted to one car per room. When I asked where the other guest should park, the answer was “somewhere else. ” The pool is a joke. The picture they used is a photoshopped LIE. It’s dinky and dingy. There was copious amounts of chlorine in it, from the smell of it, I hope. Pros: The sheets were clean and stain-free. The towels were clean, but had some minor staining (I also bring my own). The mini fridge worked well. The room stayed cold. The location is decent, being at a light, it was easy to get in/out of the parking lot. The rooms are a decent size. Newer beds and linens.

Great place to stay. Prices are good and the room was clean and smelled good. Service was nice and the staff polite and professional.

Room was really clean, super comfortable beds, great value, conveniently located to area attractions, food, and public transportation. Highly recommended.

The positive thing about the hotel was it was pretty clean. The TV was nice and had a good selection of channels. The beds were fine. This hotel is obviously aged and you can tell by the rooms. One outlet that had a light didn't work at all. Even tried with the light switch on and off… nothing. The lights between the bed… well to have the light work, you had to wiggle the power cord and you may get it to come on. The refrigerator had a loud distinct knocking and had to be unplugged. The shower leaked and dripped continuously. The ceiling tiles were in very poor condition. On our checkout day, we were woke up between 6 and 630 by housekeeping slamming items, throwing items or maybe playing the drums in their supply room. Doubt we will here again when there are better places with the same type rates.

Jacuzzi did not work. Mostly that's why we rented the room. Our love for spending time with family & the kids enjoy the Jacuzzi while Mom & Dad get relaxation from the kids. Yet this Dad could at least got a free room rental in the future. Also the tubs were dirty my wife is on top of the actual health of the children. Since housekeeper should think about the next vistors because our children all have a health problem. Not satisfied since we spend our money wise but to enjoy. That's why it rated a 2 for our family.

The room was very nice and the beds were comfortable. Location was great but there was a problem. A worker named Emily was terribly rude to me and my service animal. I went in and I had my service animal with me and told them I would be having my service animal in the room with me. Emily immediately asked me what my service animal was trained for (which is illegal! ). I then replied to her saying she legally isn't allowed to ask me that question. At this point she is getting very rude to me and she hit her hands on the table and raised her voice saying "I can so ask that question! ". She did not ask me for my service animal registration card, which I was willing to show her. I felt very violated and insulted for needing a service animal because of Emily. I do not recommend this hotel because of that woman.

Every time someone went to the potty the stupid door hit the toilet. On the doorknob there was a sharp part that my mom and I cut our fingers on. Then they didn't have a very good breakfast bar. They didn't have any fruit for my brothers. The location was very good though and it was very close to Dollywood. The beds were always made when we came back. It always smelled nice and the best thing was the room service people were very friendly and understanding. So over allot was pretty good.

I have been awake most of the night. Maybe three hours sleep. Do NOT stay in Rm 220. A Coke machine is literally at your door. People got drinks all hours of night. A l l n I g h t l o n g. They would talk with their friends or on the phone while buying drinks. Not considering the guest trying to sleep two feet from them. Repairs being done on floors 3-4 and were closed. I asked the clerk if work would be starting early morning. Oh, no, no. Not until afternoon. Lie. They started pounding at 9:00. The TV did not work. The night clerk came to the room. Cords were missing. She had to find cords to attach. Finally, at 10 pm I could watch TV. When I reported not sleeping all night because of the drink machine and noise from workers above this morning to the same female clerk who checked me in, she said, sorry about that. It is January 2018. I cannot recommend this hotel. Also, you can ignore the $34 rate on the sign which has been on display for years. It only applies on Monday and I think they only have one room for that rate. If you are looking for quiet place to relax, it won't happen here.

Nice and clean… friendly staff! Good Breakfast options. The only bad thing is the parking. We ran into a problem coming back at 11 pm and no parking spaces available. The front desk clerk said we could park in a non parking space without getting towed… very nice!

We got a great price on a huge four bed suite. This hotel was due for a remodel and update 10 years ago, but I was happy for the price we paid. The beds were comfortable. The parking lot is very small and filled up at night. The TVs were old CRTs. I would stay again.

We stayed in the suite and it was a great deal! The room was much bigger than expected and it had a jacuzzi which was unexpected. The beds were comfy but my only recommendation would be to move semi trailer from the parking lot or at least paint lines on the lot so cars actually Park close together. We came back to the room at 1145 pm and there was no where for us to park. Even with the parking issue I would certainly stay here again.

Check in was a breeze and staff were friendly. The pool was clean and felt heated. Breakfast is good, it's from 7 till 10 and is waffles, cereal, muffins, and/or oatmeal. Room was clean and comfortable. The beds were perfect. I wanted to take it home with me. My only complaint is the t. V. It was an older box type connected to direct. Every time you changed the channel a notice pops up telling you that the t. V. Isn't HD. It takes a full 30 seconds to go away, it pops up for each channel change, you are also prevented from looking at a guide to easily find what you're interested in. Its only an issue if you use the t. V. In room.

The hotel is a great bargain. Our 3 nights were very reasonable. They have limited parking and we had to park across the street at the McDonald's. Also, in our room, around 7am there is a very loud noise that went off for hours. It sounds like an unreasonably loud water heater or a faulty furnace. Hard to explain, not easy to ignore. I would have given this 4 stars if it weren't for the noise, which I'm sure isn't a problem in most of their rooms. Would stay again.

First off they had bed bugs the TV didn't work half the lights didn't work there was holes in the sheet it smelt like nasty feet also dirty and when we found the bed bug they gave us our money back and put us out on the street at 1 something in the morning with my two babies and all the motels were almost full they didn't even offer to help us find another motel or anything I will never stay here again and I would not even recommend it not even to my worst enemy.

The room was awful and t. V. You couldn't see because it was so old I paid 70 dollars for the most ridiculous hotel I've ever stayed at. I honestly feel like this is a hotel that should be in the ghetto with people trapping and prostitutes in it it's honestly disgusting And I'll never come back.

Great place for a family to stay! The price was reasonable and the service was great! The rooms are nice! We felt like we where at home during our stay! Highly recommended for family on a budget.

Very friendly staff. Older hotel but we'll taken care off. We were visiting family in the area and stayed two nights. On the second night we were out late. When we returned we got a phone call right away asking if we had heat. Apparently the electricity had blown some of the heaters on our side of the building. They wanted to take care of us ASAP if ours was blown. Sure enough it had. We were promptly relocated to another room with ease. Oh. I always love it when a place says they have a continental breakfast and it includes self made Belgium waffles. Great location to everything if your there to shop and see the sights.

I have never stayed here at days Inn at apple valley. There wasn't enough parking at all. Room was OK for the price. Not much of a variety in breakfast but overallnok.

This is the worst hotel that I have ever experienced in my days of traveling which Is alot. We stayed there from July 12 thru July 18th, 2014. Our bed sheets were not changed the entired time we were there, the room was not vacuumed until we argued with staff and had to ask for clean towels and the trash to be emptied. The rooms were not the cheap rooms either. They actually want you to use the same towels over and over again. Excuse me but I will not dry my butt with a towel and let it air dry and use it on my face the next day. I was not raised that way and I am not gonna change now. I told the people that I made the reservation with that I was a member of AARP and they did not give me my discount and then they had a sign up about it and so I asked about it, one staff member said it was for a single person with one bed and I said where does it say that on the board and they just mumbled. Later I asked another staff member and they said oh, that is just for walk ins not for people who make reservations. They just make stuff up. And there is never a manager there that you can talk to. Athough there is a card with a Mr Amit Patal as the manager listed but he never contacts you when you leave a message for him? So if you go to Tennessee do not stay at this motel. I had also reserved a room for my friend and her family the same days and the got the same treatment. They said they had stayed there last year and the place was great, but this year was horrible. Thank you.
