Air fresheners in the hallways get old, pumping out apple scent but clean cheaper accommodations that are family friendly.

We love staying at CIAV and have been there twice a year for the last several years (except 2020 of course). The staff is always amazing and the rooms are clean with gorgeous views of the Apple orchard. Close to everything we love to do.

We stayed for our 5 year anniversary trip it was so nice super clean! The breakfast is delicious, our view from the balcony was beautiful the staff is friendly and we really enjoyed it we will always stay here from here on out. That made our second time staying there and we will be back this summer for a vacation.

Very clean and comfortable rooms and very quiet hotel! Would definitely stay again. We did have to call up to ask about getting fresh towels because of COVID, but other than that, no issues whatsoever.

Two years in a row staying here and haven't been disappointed at all. Well taken care of, amenities are great, staff is unbelievably gracious and helpful. The view from the backside of the hotel is grand, overlooking the Apple Barn, its orchards, and quite peaceful. We are blessed to have found this location, keep up the great work!

Amazing Hotel and close to a lot of attractions.

We usually stay in condos, however we had a free weekend and decided to go somewhere. We was able to get a suite. When we arrived we were very surprised the room was nice clean with a fireplace. Then the bed was great so comfortable, which is saying something it's very hard to find a comfortable bed when you travel. Great room I will be staying there again.

Beds were super comfort. Free breakfast was really good with many options. Room was clean and well stocked for our needs. Location was great. I will be returning.

I go to Comfort Inn Apple Valley every time I visit the Smokies. I just returned home from there today. Always friendly and willing to help with any detail, from extra coffee to me needing a knife to slice my summer sausage I purchased. They provided utensils (late in the evening). Sometimes the little things are the big things! Thank you.

We always stay at the Comfort Inn Apple Valley when we come to the area. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast is great and the pools are relaxing. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

I really enjoy staying at this Comfort Inn. It is always clean and updated. The staff has always been very helpful and nice. The inn is also conveniently located close to the shopping outlets and lots of restaurants! Definitely one of our favorite places to stay while in Pigeon forge.

Housekeeping needs to improve. However, location is definitely a perk, pools, and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly, but rooms need some improvement. Beds we're not comfortable, bed skirt dirty, one pillow case stained, we found bobby pins in the floor (not ours) so I have to wonder it was even vacuumed, and one lamp shade had great big orange Cheetos looking fingerprints run down the side of it. As mentioned by others I noticed that some room locks were missing. Breakfast was ok, but I've had better. We actually opted to go out for breakfast and passed on it after the first morning.

Love the place staff is great, room was great so close to everything 3rd year there always a great place to stay would reccomend always.

We always stay here whenever possible. Love it. Its quiet and close to Apple Barn and its shopping. Very clean and ample parking. Indoor and outdoor pools. Beautiful in the fall also. Try it, you will love it!

Wonderful staff and the rooms are super comfy and clean! Breakfast attendants are amazing and the breakfast is very good as well. My only complaint (coming from a coffee snob) … the coffee is NASTY! Thank goodness there is a Starbucks right down the road! If my travels ever bring me this way again, I WILL stay here again!

The staff were very kind and pleasant! The room was clean and lovely. Breakfast was delicious and there was a nice variety. The pool looked great even though we didn't have time to swim. The hotel is in walking distance to both the Apple Valley Country Kitchen and Wonder works which are both, must sees.

Omg I absolutely loved this place good price on weekday Jacuzzi room so big so beautifully comfortable absolutely amazing buffet breakfast huge pool open til midnight hot tub so many luxuries the best suite fireplace with tub huge room couch sitting area bathroom and bed with balcony fridge micro coffee tea amazing soap and lotion I want more of there brand, softest bed and sheets so comfortable my son slept on the pull out couch and said it was really nice better then others and right next to the greatest show Smokey mountain opry and the apple house is cute but u have to go to the opry it's litteraly the best show I've ever been to anywhere better then Vegas.

The room is arranged quite nicely. There is a sleeping area as well as a sitting area. The whirlpool bath is real convenient being in the room. There is a fridge and microwave plus a coffee maker which is great to have. The bathroom has a small shower and all modern-day items needed for indoor convenience. Nice room and the location is excellent. There is a good view and it is a stone's throw from the applebarn. If you are into it there is both an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub. The free breakfast is a plus to get your day started off right. Some rooms have a fireplace which gives atmosphere to the room.

Nice comfy place and very clean! We went to the area a day early due to bad weather coming in and thoroughly enjoyed our night there. We had a cabin rented for a week — but we could have stayed in our Jacuzzi room the whole time!

One of the cleanest hotels in the Smokies. They take great pride in their property and their service to their guests.

Just left from our 3 night stay again with you. As always we loved staying there… room with a fireplace is our favorite. The entire staff are all so friendly, everywhere is extremely clean, breakfast is wonderful and the staff there again so friendly. They do a great job with all the food and making sure nothing runs out. Thank you and can't wait until we come back again. Highly recommend!

We really like it here the breakfast is wonderful and it's great for kid's. Has a indoor pool and jacuzzi. Would stay here again as often as possible.

Nice, clean hotel. Front desk service and very friendly and the breakfast was pretty decent too. My only complaint would be the shower head was I stalled way to low for someone over 6ft tall. Other wise, it was great stay and I would definitely return.

Where to start. The room lock was ground down so that the door lock/ night guard would not work. They replaced it during our stay. The pool chemicals are extreme, maybe not chlorine, but do overwhelm the 1st floor with the smell which also covers the restaurant on the 2nd floor near the corner where the pool is located. We had one injury with a metal spike stuck in my foot at the pool. It appeared to be from a wire brush or similar tool, but could have been more serious had it injured a smaller foot or at a different angle. The bed was clean, the shower was not, but the water was hot and the towels seemed to be clean. The AC had to be fixed, but once complete worked well. The breakfast was very crowded but was representative of a complementary offering with DIY waffles and a meat, imitation eggs, etc. It was quite and we were able to sleep despite the issues.

The Apple Valley Comfort Inn is not only comfortable, with well equipped, spacious rooms, but very convenient to Pigeon Forge attractions. It is our hotel of choice any time we travel with our special needs son in a wheelchair. The staff are very accommodating and friendly, and we look forward to visiting again soon.

We recently enjoyed our two-night stay at this lovely Apple Valley Comfort Inn in Sevierville, TN. The room was spacious and comfortable & we especially enjoyed the extra sink located outside the toilet area. The breakfast was very tasty & had a good variety of foods. The only negative for us was the lack of towel racks in the bathroom. We wound up putting our used towels in a plastic bag and hanging that on the outside of the bathroom door. There was room for 1 or 2 towel racks in the bathroom, so we've not sure why there were none.

Staff was great! Breakfast bar was good! And super clean. Definitely will stay here again!

This hotel is across the street from several restaurants and is less than 6 miles from Dollywood. It has a nice heated pool and hot tub inside, as well as a pool outside. Be advised the pool is a maximum depth of 5 ft. We were given a handicapped-accessible room, so it may vary from a standard room. The only thing that was an inconvenience was that the sink was inside the bathroom with toilet/shower. Everything else was great!

This place is awesome. It's so nice. Our room was perfect, fire place, jacuzzi, balcony, huge bathroom, I definitely would recommend this Comfort Inn before any other in Pigeon Forge. They are also Platinum Award Winners. That alone says alot.

Only bad thing in the room is they didn't have conditioner in the rooms per choice brand standards, but other than that hotel was nice and clean, the indoor and outdoor pool were both nice, slightly rough on someone who may have tender feet, and the sides and bottom are quick to scrape/cut you, would not pick a textured side and bottom for a hotel pool, my girls got several scrapes and cuts from both pools, beds not comfortable a little too firm…

Our room was spotless. The bed comfortable. The free breakfast featured biscuits, gravy, sausage, eggs, waffles and much more. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Our two night stay was amazing and I can't wait to go back.

This is our favorite place to stay in Piegon Forge. The rooms are well appointed. Beds are super comfortable. Breakfast is always hot and served on a real plate. Both the indoor and outdoor pool areas are clean and uncluttered. There are so many places to just sit and relax here. The staff greet you with a smile and are eager to help. I just can't say enough good things!

We made the reservation with a hot tub for 4/22/17. When we checked in we were surprised with the beautiful lobby. The room was even better and the staff are top of the line from the front desk to the room attendants. This is one of the top five places we have stayed. The room was extremely clean and so was the rest of the hotel. This hotel has the feel of a mini-resort and is extremely beautiful. The stay here was the best hotel experience we have had and we look forward to coming back. If you want a beautiful place to stay at in the area, this is the hotel for you. You will not be disappointed.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. We stayed only one night but we plan to come back and stay here again. The pool was open until midnight which was very nice and suited our schedule. The pool was the cleanest hotel pool I have ever seen and I have been to many pools at various hotels. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Overall the best hotel experience I have ever had.
