Absolutely nothing. Sleeping in the parking lot would be cleaner, I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy.

I am currently still in my room writing this review. You dont get your money worth I came in about two this morning the room is very dusty the bathroom need to be clean. There was a dog next door to me that never stop barking. I couldn't sleep finally I block out the backing fall asleep only to here a loud knocking on the door there was this man telling me it's time to check out mind you my checkout day is the 2 not the 1 I told him that I dont leave till tomorrow this man look at me and ask me if I already pay.

I stayed there for 3 Nights on Aug19, 2018. Its very homely and very friendly hotel. Specially for those vising from India. All attendants are very much Hindi and Gujarati Speaking and very helpful much gentle. Cooperating. I am happy to admire the behavior of Mr Abraham on reception desk Thanks to this gentleman who is really an wonder and asset for this hotel. He helped us always in each and every difficulties we faced there. Only thig I feel to be improved is the Floor Carpet and Lights of the 3rd floor where we stayed. Its very shabby and not clean.

Not a 5 star hotel but acceptable as a 3. Beds and sheets were clean, bath room towels also. What is a great concern is that the windows in three separate nights and three separate rooms were not secured. They had to be manually closed, and in the last room the security latch was inoperable. Any person on the veranda can enter the room while patrons are sleeping or having breakfast. This is a big security and liability issue that needs looking into by management. Remember Connie Francis!

Price is certainly reasonable, and the sheets and towels seemed clean. But unfortunately that's where it stops. Both the hallway and the room smelled strongly like smoke, despite the non-smoking room sign. The wallpaper was coming off the walls, and the bathroom hasn't been caulked years. I would look for something better if you can.

Great place to stay. Quiet, no noise in the corridor. Friendly receptionist. Convenient for transportation. Good rates per room. Clean and well kept. Would need to establish a dinner menu. Thank you.

I was a guest at this hotel together with 54 other guests in my group. Since we arrived things went wrong. 1. Check in was super late as our rooms were not ready and there was only one person at the front desk who was very unfriendly and seem to be having a REAL bad day. 2. My room was dirty, with a clogged sink and a wet carpet by our beds. 3. The second night the hall smell like mariguana, no supervision on the halls. 4. When we tried to get in our rooms all keys had been deactivated so we all had to go by reception to have them re activated AND the front desk personnel were extremely rude. I’m hoping that chech out tomorrow will go smoothly but I just had to write this review now as I feel not only upset but very disrespected. Overall this hotel is dirty, smelly and service needs a whole lot of improvement. If you had better luck than me, I’m happy for you.

Horrible, all dirty, bad odor.

I normally stay at this hotel. I hasn't been a few years and I noticed is getting very deteriorated and unkempt. For a place to be part of Wyndham is a shame. When I arrived the computer system had some issues. At first they found two reservations, then she dropped one buy in reality she dropped them both. After waiting for one hour and he checked in person without reservation I stood up and demanded a room with or without reservation at the price I was given when I reserved two weeks before. She did. But this is the last visit for me to this place. It's a dump. One star or less.

No I was in the local for a long time but looked like a good place to ospedarse.

Staff was reluctant to assist during check-in. Building smelled bad. Breakfast was minimal. Not worth the price at all.

The rooms were only "ok". Service was great. I had spent the night there, and I wasn't really disappointed. It's an easy place to rest your head before getting back on the road.

I stayed at the Ramada this past weekend with my husband and kids. This place is not family oriented. The lobby reeked of marijuana. The room was disgusting! The carpets were stained, there was I don't know what on the wall. The sink and the toilet were backed up. There was also a party on Saturday night and the music bounced off the wall till about after 2 AM in the morning. I do not recommend this hotel and will never stay here again.

The hotel is modest and has everything that you need but it is poorly run. When we were there, they were renting their restaurant out but no one was running a restaurant — they were just having parties on the weekends. So the places was booming noise until 2am or so and then the fire alarm went off. When we made multiple complaints, they said that they couldn't do anything because it was rented to someone else. They said that this problem is ongoing as they have been renting it out for a while. Hopefully they fix this because they wouldn't reimburse us and we couldn't get any sleep.

Good service. Front desk respond to a claim from the room fast and resolved promptly the issue.

Was decent. Was told 2 queen size beds and 1 price over the phone, we got there. Mo queens it's full size and 10 more. Breakfast was impressive though.

The non smoking room smelled like cigarettes. Possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Wouldn’t recommend.

Staying here over 3 years, no complaints. Very pleasant atmosphere, clean and convenient for me and my husband. We come from Virginia. Always our choice if a room is available.!

This location is well maintained and the staff is very helpful. Overall, I would say that for the price you're getting a decent deal here.

Comfy bed. Room had a fridge, microwave, coffee and nice tv. Place is very run down though. Dirty tub, and a bit smelly. Paid $106 booked at the front desk.

Very nice evening staff, clean room 0 coffee maker with old coffee mold, dirty toilet, night table with green ufo, the list would be too long.

In all this is a okay Hotel. The workers were nice the room was clean and the bathroom was clean. Continental breakfast was okay as well. I would stay there again.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. What a disgusting and horrible experience. From the moment we arrived the person at the front desk names Daniel Abraham chekottu was on the phone and never even bothered to make eye contact with us. He remained on the phone and completely ignored our presence. I wasn't expecting the man to hang up his call but at least look up and acknowledge us. Once he hung up his phone he didn't bother to even greet us. He was just so rude and bothered. Not even a smile. I made it a point to get his name that's how rude the man was. We checked in and headed to our room. When we got inside the room smelled so bad. We opened the window to let some air into the room and turned on the lights to see what was going on. When we went into the bathroom it had flies everywhere. So gross and the smell was so bad we had to leave the room and we requested another room. The next room they offered us down the hall was not great but at least there was no flies and it just smelled old. They didn't bother giving us any apologies for the condition of the first room. We settled in. I was very uneasy. I checked all the sheets and we went to take a shower to get ready to call it a night. As we were taking a shower we noticed the water was getting higher and wasn't going down. I mentioned it to my husband but he told me that maybe it's just slower drain and it takes time.

The ramada. Very disappointed with this place. It was dirty, meaning the furniture, rugs, bathroom, sink, bath tub. Also Found hair in my bed from the previous visitors disgusting, and they have roaches found them in the bathroom and on top of the nightstand and in the microwave. The refrigerator wasn't plugged in because it don't work. After being on for a little while it fills up with water and spills out in to the rug. Don't bother reporting it. They just apologize for inconvenience but do nothing for your inconvenience. Don't book here unless you're looking for trash. Save your money add more to it and book a room at a more cleaner hotel. Trust me you'll be glad you did if you like cleanliness.

It is a very welcoming and friendly. Good rooms, clean, bn organized. Very comfortable beds, good parking, good service. I liked it a lot.

Room were dirty and smelly, stains in wall, bed sheet, curtain and pieces of ceiling drywall were hanging as if they will fall anytime. Elevator never works as you can see from other reviews. Avoid this one and spend some little more to stay in a better hotel.

Rooms are good. Not upscale but not sleazy. Its a little old. Parking is reasonable. But they will tow if you aren't registered. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very good continental breakfast. Elevator was broke both times there. Would stay again if needed.

Well I didn't like the beds it was this white insects in the room the toilet wasn't flushing no room services but the pools was awesome that's the only good thing.

The Staff at Ramada Inn are very professional and very nice. Just to give you and example; they had checked me in a room, the room smelled very strong with smoke. I went back to and informed the desk clerk. She said no problem I will put you in another room. The Staff attendant showed me the other room to make sure that I was satisfied. I spent $130 for a one bed room on Saturday night. Parking wasn't a problem. Trying to find the room was a little tricky. The AC was loud and old, but it worked. I didn't hear any of my neighbors. I was happy with my stay.

This hotel is good. Yes, it's old and yes, some things should to renewed, but all by all it is good for the price. The bed is very comfy and the bathroom is clean. The breakfast is basic (waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, coffee, juice…). The pool is amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'm sure that if you would have a problem with something, they will help you. I would stay here again next time I'm in this neighborhood.

At first I was scared to try this hotel BUT I needed somewhere to stay local and in the past it was a good hotel. Well, some things has changed… it's under new management and it's under renovation. They greeted us every time we left and came back in the hotel, our room was clean (the sheets, the bathroom and the tables), there were NO bed bugs (we checked every night) or other creepy crawlers and no one was rude to us. Since I understand they are renovating, I won't score them on the old the furniture was, I only wished they would have told me they were under renovations so I could have made another choice for someone who needed an elevator.

I didn't go in a room just used their parking lot as an overlook. Love how high up on a hill this place is.

Omg. This place is disgusting. Smells terrible, waited in lobby 25 mins before anyone helped me and the room was horrible. Stains on the bed, smelled like mild and smoke, no pillows on bed and what looks like bed bug droppings in the bed. Left immediately before I caught anything!

It did everything it needed to fulfill the role of a hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable and thw breakfast was good. There was a pervasive smell of smoke everywhere and the tub was a little yellowed.

What Ramada calls a Queen size bed is the size of full size bed, lots of noise can be heard from the rooms on either side of your walls. The front desk is not helpful, seems to recite lines from a book which renders him or her useless. My husband who is 6"4 and I had an uncomfortable stay due to the false premise of a queen size bed. The motel and priceline refused me a refund or any type of compensation for my inconvenience.

The top floor room that I received had vaulted ceilings and dimmable lights. These provided very nice lighting throughout the entire room.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room and the service I received! The beds were comfortable, Free breakfast in the morning and free Wi-Fi and has a big swimming pool. The staff were good.

Room was dirty. Restaurant in lobby was not open once the week I was there. Employees there are incompetent. Last day there is found drugs in the parking lot. Never again.

DO NOT book with this hotel. I would sleep on the street before I would stay at this place. The customer service is terrible. Management & reception have no clue how to be accommodating or how to provide customer service. I had a schedule change coming from three hours away. Had originally booked my room for two nights, needed to move it back a night. Since I got some sort of discount, the staff would not allow me to move my reservation. I even offered to pay whatever the normal price would be (I think it was a $10 difference), and the staff would still not change my reservation. Other reviews have mentioned the rooms at this hotel lack cleanliness, particularly in the bathrooms.

Everything looked fine when we moved in, but the second night my sister called me, saying that there's someone knocking on her door and it's 12 in the night, so I bugged out of the door with a knife but the guy was gone when I arrived. We told the hotel about this, they said they're going to pay attention but god knows. This is NOT the end of the story, we stayed there for seven nights total, my sister leaved on the fourth day, and on the fifth day I was woke up by the noise of someone opening my door, I opened my door to confront him, it's a old filthy guy who looked surprised when I showed up, I was ready for a fight and he said he got the wrong door, I lived on the second floor and the door number he said just does not exist in the hotel. I don't know what the heck is going on but that's just freaky, I can smell marijuana and alcohol all the way through the hallway just don't go to this one.

This is by far The WORST! Hotel I have ever stayed in. I truly wish that I would have read all the reviews on here before I went and spent my money to stay here. When my Wife and I first arrived I noticed that this place was Family Run Place. The room itself was not so bad. But when we got inside we found a Large plastic Cup that the previous guest used It was left there and was never cleaned Up. The Next morning when we went downstairs to eat Their Continental Breakfast. The Room was totally Empty There was a woman there watching us the whole time. The only things to eat for breakfast were Donuts, pastries, mini muffins, Waffles, cereal and plain bagels (Everything was Sweet) No EGGS, HAM, BACON, SAUSAGES or any type Of Meats. I could Not Believe It. When other Guest saw this They just started heading Out To Find a decent Place to get Breakfast. We exited our room to go and check out a male employee in a rude manner asked us if we were checking out. When we said Yes He asks What Room!. Then when we head to the front desk to check Out I notice all these employees Just staring at Us including The woman who was watching us in the Breakfast room. We felt so Unwelcome and so Uncomfortable In This place. We were so happy To Leave there. And We Were actually on our Honeymoon. If I could Give this place "No Stars" I would have. Racism was Alive and well at This hotel. I will also Contact Ramada and Wyndham Hotels and Complain. Take it From everyone Who has posted a review.

Nice rooms, beds were ok.

Nothing caught my eye as extremely good or extremely bad about this hotel on this visit. However I had a bad experience in the past with a wedding party being too loud and the front desk not doing anything about it at about 3 in the morning.

This hotel is obnoxiously disgusting. From the moment that I exited the elevator I smelled dirty diapers. This is hands down the worst hotel that I've ever been in. I will definitely call corporate to file a formal complaint. This hotel should not carry the ramada name.

Staff was ok at check in. Place was cold because they had all the exits and entrances open, guess to air the hotel out. Left our room went to a repass. We triple checked out door when we left. 3 folks checked it. When we came back lights were on and the doors were open. We reported it to the hotel front desk, he told us manager would be in in the morning. We had to park on the extra lot. Two guys and two girls seem to be renting a room. By time we complain about our room opened, the 2 couples, opened an entrance and 5 additional guys came through the entrance and went in the room. It was raining and cold outside we just stayed we took turns sleeping. The club on the 1st floor, music was so loud. I called, they said music will be off by 1:30 AM. Five minutes later the music was turned up. This is not a family hotel. This is a low class motel. Our funeral is at 9 Am. God help us. I will be writing Ramada corporate office. Why would you put your name on a hotel when it's a motel.

I honestly hated this hotel worst experience ever no one greeted us or helped us at the door for our bags. The elevator is so damn small and stinked like ass the beds are discusting! IF YOU LOOK AT THE MATRESS IT HAS PEE. The people at the front desk were super rude and breakfast was nasty! I won't recumbend this hotel even if it was for someone staying a quick one night! THE ONLY PEOPLE WHO WERE NICE was the house keepers.

This is a very peculiar property to bear the Ramada name. The whole point of a hotel chain is knowing what you're going to find, but the surprises start when you pull into the parking lot. They just paved the top of the hill without bothering to level it, so it has no flat surfaces anywhere. It's not a problem, it's just. Odd. And odd's not what you expect when you check into a Ramada. So forget that this is called a Ramada; there are the things you need to know: (1) Location: it's a twenty minute drive from Central Park and they charge only $116/night. Draw your own conclusions. The hilltop location, accessible only by the long steep driveway feels secure. Yonkers may not be Manhattan, but features many decent, affordable restaurants nearby; so it's not a bad choice for business travel, except. (2) The on-site restaurant plays disco music VERY LOUD; so much so we didn't want to go there to eat. This music can be heard throughout the hotel and on the Saturday night we stayed the music continued until almost 1AM. This wasn't a problem for us but if you have some place to be bright and early you'd better call ahead to find out how late the restaurant will be playing music. I assume it isn't every night until after midnight. (3) Our room and bathroom were clean enough, but somewhat worn and threadbare. This "clean enough but old" applies across the board. We didn't recognize the elevator for what it was until after we'd hunted for the familiar sliding door in vain.

The customer service here is horrible! I dozed off in the morning of my check out date and was awoken with a phone call close to 1 pm from the receptionist who immediately went on to rudely yell and verbally attack me due to me not having checked out at 12. I tried to politely apologize saying I overslept yet she kept on saying if I didn't "come down this instant, an additional 10-20 dollars will be charged to my card for each 5 minutes that passes. I tried to explain that I was unclothed and was coming as soon as I could. Not good enough for her so she continued to yell. I hung up and started quickly getting ready. Three minutes later she calls again yelling that she is charging my card again because I didn't come down when she said to. Unbelievable. They did not even call my room prior to check out time, or at check out time. Not even 15 minutes after check out time (which is what hotels are supposed to do). She waited until it was a whole hour after to call and then verbally attack me. When I arrived downstairs, I was in a extremely unpleasant mood. I gave back the card angrily and told her that it was unkind of her to carry on on the phone with me the way she did. She responded with pure disrespect and attitude. I couldn't believe it. So I asked for a pen. She was giving papers to another guest to sign and told me I would have to wait. It only takes a second to pass someone a pen.

I travel on the road alot and I ran into this hotel and omg, Probably one of the most dirtiest hotel I ever went to IN MY LIFE! The Bed sheets smelled like Urine and the breakfast was horrible. Just to let you folks know, Don't ever go here. I would rather Sleep in the streets rather coming to this place.

Located on a high, green hill overlooking Yonkers, I was pleasantly surprised to find a modern, clean and friendly hotel at only 89 dollars. The front desk staff was extremely helpful, the renovated rooms had new, walnut furniture, new flat screen TV's, frig, microwave, iron, coffee maker — spacious, clean bathrooms. The outdoor pool was filled with laughter and new pool furniture. The Wifi works fine and the adjacent Italian restaurant serves fresh, excellent food — though they can improve their decor. This is a Ramada that the Ramada chain can be most proud of. I will return. Thank you Ramada Yonkers.
