Front staff helpful, remodeling rooms, bed comfortable.

Run down hotel that thinks it can extort money from the patrons of there longest running event they host! normally an acceptable $65.00 a night to $209.00 for the states dart tournament. It will be a good way to lose the event. Enjoy your money gtab!

Last April there was a dart tournament and we had a horrific family emergency. The front desk staff was RUDE and refused to refund our money 400.00 they kept it plus sold our room to someone else. Do yourself a favor stay somewhere else.

Poor staff at the desk. They dont take care of the parking lot when it is all ice. Cant take a shower in the morning die to no hot water. Breakfast was cold they dont keep stuff hot.

Nice, clean, basic hotel. The room we had was clean and plenty large enough for three people. The public areas such as the pool looked very nice but we didn't use the pool. Breakfast was ok. Nothing special. The staff is friendly. For the price, it's a good deal.

Room was decent. The beds were nice and comfy, I slept great. The shower was good. Breakfast was ok. I was glad they had more than continental: they had eggs and sausage patties (sausage wasn't bad, eggs were bagged eggs but good enough) and waffle making stuff (waffles were good) and yogurts and coffee and juice and muffins. Not bad. Wally's Grill restaurant is brand new in the hotel. They were having a rough go the night we arrived but I think with time they'll work out the kinks. My philly burger was good, the poutine was decent. The chicken tenders were good and they clearly know how to make drinks which is a must. Overall: no this isn't the hilton but if you needed what we needed, a good night's rest after driving 1/4 of the way across the country, this place has everything you need at an affordable price. The staff was very good, nice, and helpful all around. Any really bad reviews are from stuck-up deuchebags expecting a 4-5 star experience in Waterloo NY.

Stayed here five years. Property is slowly degrading from the days when this was a well kept Holiday Inn. Stained carpets, overgrown landscaping, old mattresses, and just general lack of attention to detail. Not a bad hotel… not a great one either. Stay at your own risk…

Staff here goes above and beyond for guests. Rooms and facilities were very clean and nicely kept. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Tub and bathroom were very clean and well kept. There is no reason to pay to stay anywhere but here in Seneca Falls, this place is amazing. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

This is a very large hotel built as a hollow square with a large outdoor pool in the middle of the square. The hotel houses several large meeting rooms. There are many amenities including a small gym with small hot tub. We found all the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. Our room was large, very clean and well appointed including bedside USB outlets. The only downside was a noisy in wall HVAC unit which fortunately we did not require that night. The Cafe bar area was undergoing renovation during our stay so was unavailable. The morning breakfast was good. We had a good experience and would recommend this hotel.

It's a Casual Inn but to your surrounding areas don't ask questions.

Was triple charged for a room. Front desk lady was new to the job and made a mistake. She did not have support. I was told that the errors charges would not go away until I checked out. What a bad experience Plus the room keys plain do not work.

Nice local restaurant that isn't too crowded and is reasonably priced. Also a nice place for meetings, seminars and after work gatherings.

It's been going downhill for a while. Now the bar was closed and the hot tub wasn't hot. Hotel was empty. Soon to be a different brand, so no more IHG rewards. Time to find another place to stay.

Coming here for years. Dog friendly. Won't be back! Bar closed, restaurant closed, cable out, refused to take cash! Skeleton staff!

It was everything I expected from a Holiday Inn and a bit more. The rooms and breakfast were both lovely and the inn even had a restaurant.

I'll start with some positive. The staff is very friendly. And the rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable and clean. But this hotel needs a face lift TERRIBLY. The carpet is worn and smells. The walls are peeling and the ceiling tiles are lose or falling. Judging by the decor style I'd say late 90s is the last time updates were made to this hotel. I went to the gym and the equipment is straight up dangerous. The pins don't go into the weights and someone is going to get hurt. And everything needs to be cleaned in the gym. There are sweat drips on all of the equipment. And there aren't any santi wipes to clean the equipment down once you're done. I travel throughout the US and Canada at least once per month for work and this experience was pretty poor. Again, staff is great but corporate or the franchisee needs to invest some time and money here.

Located close to landfill so the area around hotel smells poorly. Air inside hotel is filtered so you can't tell. No complimentary breakfast for the price.

While the location was easy to drive by without noticing, the staff was friendly and the rooms and facilities were well maintained. This location is also conveniently located near several small shopping centers and a Wal-Mart for those who might have left behind something needful.

The room rented for our professional event was clean and visually appealing however the continental breakfast was not. Fruit was unripe and the selection was minimal.

Daughter's wedding was done very nice here and the food was great. Family and friends had rooms here for a reasonable price but would have liked them alk in same area. Clean and friendly.

The rooms were fine. The beds were comfortable. The restaurant was awful. It wasn't open, or staffed at 7:30 pm. The bartender did his best to serve both bar patrons and diners, when he really needed two more staff. The food was mediocre at best, through no fault of the bartender.

First night there fire alarm went off around midnight… I’ve never seen or hear of a fire alarm being so freaking loud in a small hotel room. I truly thought I was going to lose my hearing. Had to run out of my room wrapped in blanked. Of corse it was false alarm so about an hour later everyone was able to go back to their rooms. Other than that, hotel is outdated, AC units, refrigerators are old and loud, no breakfast. Convenient location between stores and few restaurants.

I attended a 2 day conference at the Holiday Inn Waterloo. It was clean and we were provided with a nice array of beverages and snacks as well as lunches. The beef served on the second day was quite tough but flavorful. The vegetable lasagna on day one was delicious. The conference room A/C was not properly regulated so most of us were frozen. All in all it was a decent experience but if you go for a conference, bring a jacket!

I was very pleased to spend some time at the Holiday Inn. The hotel staff were very courteous. Everything that I saw was clean and well-kept. I was even offered freshly baked cookies on my way out. They were delicious! I'd absolutely make another visit!

Hotel looks dated. Room access cards constantly stop working. Bathrooms are not always spotless. Wireless internet is slow at times. Good breakfast. Extensive gym. Helpful staff.

It was good place to sleep, built in restuaraunt and bar. Although there was an unpleasant smell permeating through the building. Staff was friendly and on top of things. The smell may have been temporary which would change my rating to 4 stars rather then 3

I used to travel in Asia, have become accustomed to living in Asia hotels, so I think this hotel is up to standard. Check in and check out process are very polite and very efficient, although not enthusiastic but overall very good. The rooms are simple, clean, decorated perfect, and it's relatively spacious feeling. Earplugs are available, may be because it is on Third Avenue will be noisy. This location is absolutely fantastic and is very convenient for transportation, shopping, restaurants.

Very accommodating to my needs. I just had hip replaced & they moved our rooms closer to the main event & even was able to offer me a wheelchair to use. Only problems I consistently had was the key cards not working!

When I stay at a hotel, I like to have friendly and helpful customer service and I did not experience this during my stay. The waitresses at their Heritage Cafe were subpar at best, the food was ok. But as I said, I am used to friendly customer service. Maybe, they do not receive many guests who are my complexion, I don't know, but we will not stay at this particular hotel again. For $170 Plus a night I expected better.

Nice. Clean. Friendly employees. Only thing I didn't like was they didn't have complimentary breakfast. They do have a restaurant on site that gives you a 5 dollar discount. But the food is very over priced. I wouldn't stay here again because of that but that's just me.

OK, very clean, value for money and excellent conditions of bed and bathroom.

You can pre book here anytime, and will be glad you did, only down side when will guest learn you can lock your car doors without blowing your horn. Thank You.

The staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful. The room is very nice and a good value. However, the cable TV skips and every few seconds the sound goes out. Probably too many splices in the cable. (not enough signal coming in for the number of TV's) The food is ehhh, but overall the room is good value.

The perfect place to stay when in the Finger Lakes.

Came for a weekend with friends, room was nice and updated, with the exception of the bath tub. Went to bar for drinks, overpriced watered down mixed drinks. Restaurant tasted like hospital food, didn't get our drinks until after our salads arrived. Whirlpool was cold and dirty. Service was horrible. If I ever come back it would be for purely convenience.

I met my boyfriend here to enjoy a night away from the stress of work and we had a great experience. After hitting up a local liquor store for some wine, we sat by the pool during the early evening hours and stayed out in the gazebo once the pool closed down. We are looking forward to another relaxing stay soon.
