Very clean and EXCELLENT breakfast. Only negative thing was the toilet banged down everytime I sat down. It needed a wedge under the toilet.

Very bee and modern. Clean rooms, good breakfast, what else do you need? Oh friendly staff too!

Stayed here for the weekend to visit family nearby. This hotel is only slightly over a year old, and clean. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. There is a nice indoor pool and area to lounge around the pool. There is a nice large breakfast area, larger than any I've seen at any other Hamptonn Inn, so it can accommodate many people at breakfast time during times the hotel is fully booked (which it was on the weekend I was there). Rooms are the usual for Hamptons, and comfy beds. A/C works well. It is only 2 minutes from downtown New Paltz & the college. This is right off the threat for easy access, and only 10 minutes from Highland, and 15 minutes from the Mid-hudson Bridge.

Stayed for a few nights while we hiked around the area. The staff is so friendly! I don’t think anyone has a bad day there. The room was very nice and the free breakfast was suprisling good. The salt water pool was a great bonus and very well used during our visit.

I want to write a rave review for this Hampton Inn! I was in a real predicament and thankfully, I was assisted in such a friendly professional way. Randy the manager, was very flexible and helpful. Greatly appreciated! BRANDON was another representative at this establishment that I had the pleasure of dealing with. I couldn’t have asked for a more prompt, courteous, professional, friendly interaction. I will be back again!

This is the favorite get away spot for my girlfriend and I. We always choose this hotel if we want to relax away from home. We stayed here for Valentine’s Day (02/14-15/18) and had yet another amazing experience. The hotel is always clean, comfy and exactly what we need. Front desk agents Kacie, Amanda, and Margaret were extremely helpful and pleasant. Always greeting us with a smile, always eager to chat, and always going above and beyond for any requests we had. The 3 of them made our one night stay memorable and we 100 percent intend to return again and again.

Very clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff and nice breakfast. Comfortable lobby to relax and have a drink and socialize (they even provided board games to play). I accidentally left my dress hanging in the closet. While walking to our car after checking out, the housekeeper came running out with it. Talk about hospitality! I highly recommend.

Had a lovely time at this hotel. Rested well during the night and every evening I was there the hotel had a happy hour with bar food. The staff were quite pleasant and helpful. I would definitely go back. The hotel is walking distance from food as you head west on Main Street. Also walked to the Wallkill Rail Trail from the hotel for a morning run/hike, it was gorgeous.

We recently stayed overnight with our children here. We chose a king bed with a pull out couch. The room had a fridge and a microwave. We were very impressed to say the least. Not one thing to complain about in our room. The price of the room is completely worth it. Extremely generous continental breakfast that was delicious and had many different options. They also have a pool. This was the main reason we chose this hotel so that we could take our kids swimming in the middle of winter. Every staff member was friendly and had a smile too. We definitely recommend staying here.

Nice, reasonably priced, refurbished hotel that is quite convenient to Ulster County and the Hudson Valley surrounds. Rooms are good sized and in fantastic condition. Pool area is on the small side. Breakfast was just so so. Nice decor and conveniently located. (Although yes, it is directly across from an old cemetery. )

Phenomenal Wedding Weekend Hotel. My husband and I had a large room block at this hotel for our wedding in the Hudson Valley in mid-October, and we could not recommend this hotel more! We worked with Melissa Zayas to set up and manage our room block, and she was absolutely wonderful. Our experience at the hotel did not disappoint. Staff was incredibly friendly, and rooms were clean, new, and spacious. The lobby was decorated with autumn decor, complimentary coffee and chocolate chip cookies at all hours, and a great complimentary continental breakfast as well. Heated saltwater pool, gym, and business center with printer were also great. The staff handed out our wedding welcome bags successfully and even put a sign in the front for our shuttles. Each staff member had a name tag and seemed to be smiling, really great place, friendly folks, and I would highly recommend any bride and groom having a wedding in the area to consider this hotel for their room blocks. Our block was well priced, and there was a cheaper option (with a less luxurious feel) right next door for our more budget-conscious guests.

This is one of the nicest Hampton Inns I have stayed. All the employees have been very nice and extremely helpful. Yesterday was a very rainy day and they even lent us an umbrella when we had to leave. I will definitely stay here again while visiting the area.

This is basically a roadside hotel, with a fancy name on the building. The front entrance is across from a small cemetery. The room was very small, but the bathroom was actually amazing. Stand up shower is fully encased in glass, I’d say it’s 4 stars. The beds are soft, but the AC in the room kind of sucks.

The best New hotel around. 5 stat experience. New and delightful. Lobby has many amenities like multiple types coffee and teas. Simply Great.

The hotel is very clean and has well appointed spacious rooms. The hotel is just off the highway and is easy to spot and get to. It's just up the street from Main Street where all the restaurants and shops are. Breakfast is served daily which the food is actually pretty good. The new Hampton Inn rooms are really nice and quite large. The showers are glass so you don't have to mess with a shower curtain. The pool, located just off the lobby in the back of the hotel, is large with the deep end at 5 1/2 feet. The fitness center is also right off the lobby next to the pool. There are windows looking into the fitness center from the lobby so it can be a bit awkward if you're working out. The business center has two computers and a printer. Just next to the front desk is a small gift shop where you can buy the essentials and food. Overall, definitely worth the stay if your looking for a cost effective hotel which is clean and serves breakfast.

I hosted a corporate event at there facility, using their conference room and our staff staying at the hotel. Randy, Melissa, and Dakota's staff were beyond words. They were available, willing and accommodating. Our guests raved about the hotels rooms, breakfast, recreational facilities (pool and gym) and conference room. We had a moment where we ran out of food during out first out of three days there, Randy got on the phone and had a local Italian restaurant deliver food within 15 minutes! Coordinating a corporate event can be extremely stressful, but with the help of Randy and his staff I can easily say this was the best event we have ever had. I encourage everyone to utilize this gem in the gorgeous town of New Paltz!

Very nice place. Stayed a few times with friends (were all New Paltz alumni) and have always had a smooth and pleasant experience.

It is a very nice new hotel. The fitness center was very well equipped and the equipment was new and worked perfectly. There was also complimentary breakfast that had a decent selection. My room was spacious and the beds were quite comfortable.

Clean, comfortable, new (2017). Staff was very courteous and helpful. Coffee/tea around the clock, nice lounge area in lobby. 2 minutes off the NYS Thruway. Breakfast seemed lavish (cold cereals and fruit are kosher). Only real negative was that the saltwater pool was small.

The hotel charged my credit card for a night's stay when I was not at the hotel. It has been over 10 days and they have not refunded the money. The manager said it was in error and had been corrected; however it remains a charge on my debit card. I still have no information as to why the visa card was charged when the room was paid in full initially. Hilton needs to rectify the situation and provide a proper explanation. Be cautious when using your credit card and be vigilant about checking the charges, although this was unforeseen.

Really soft beds, friendly staff, and great breakfast. The shower was probably the best hotel shower I've experienced. One tip, though: only put your mini-fridge on MAX if you want to turn it into a freezer.

Very modern and sleek, yet calm and comfortable visit while an old friend was in town. Rooms were clean as a whistle, location was great and the amenities were plentiful. Safe, secure, and with friendly staff.

Lovely brand new hotel. Rooms were very nice, lobby was great for breakfast. Only this was the closet and bathroom shared the same door, a little different but still pretty cool.

Rooms are clean and modern — more than 10 USB charger ports in the room — with very friendly and responsive service and special attention to detail. Salt water pool and we'll equipped exercise room. The breakfasts are great and offer very many options.

I stayed one night. They accommodated me when I needed to check in early. They made it very evident that they would help if anything was needed. The room was immaculate and new. I would absolutely recommend this to everyone!

This place looks brand new and I have no complaints regarding my stay. Staff was nice, breakfast was impressive, the pool was well maintained and my room was clean and comfortable.

Very spacious room, great location in New Paltz right by the thruway and on the main drag. Not walkable to most things in town, though. Definitely a step up from other hotels in town.

The interior design of the rooms is quite modern and sleek, which is a quite welcome change of pace from the other hotels in New Paltz. In fact, the whole hotel has quite pleasing aesthetics. The amenities are all also nice; the pool is heated, the rooms have nice showers, the breakfast in the morning has great variety, the list goes on. The beds are pretty comfy too.

The staff was very friendly. The building is new so everything is in really good condition. The pool was nice. I normally get really grossed out when even thinking about staying in hotels but after walking in I felt comfortable. Everything was really clean.

This is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. Very nice single slope shower, large bathroom, massive room with comfortable fresh king bed. USB plug outlets throughout. Couch and nice full wall window view. Staff was fairly helpful and free breakfast in breakfast room. Heated salt water pool. Very nice spa room.
