Reasonably clean. Spartan accommodations. Difficult to contact staff over holidays.

This is a good and clean Motel in a great location. It is next to a liquor store, beer store, supermarket, pharmacy, and a great ice cream place.

Nice rooms with a beautiful view. Owners very friendly.

Clean and comfy. No refrigerator in room. But clean is the key.

It was a somewhat nice cozy room that we were in with a fridge, microwave and tv. When we first walked in there was a spider hanging from the ceiling but it wasn't too bad. It's expected since we are close to nature. Breakfast was served from 6:30-10:30 am. It appears to be a family run business. Saw a few members of the host's family and they were all nice.

Friendly service, great for the price. Short distance to the state park. Will come again for next visit.

It's going to take more than a fresh coat of paint to make this an average room. While the bathroom does function, it's tiny, minimal linens, need to hold the handle to ensure a complete flush, water in shower had to be 100% hot and 1% cold to be tolerable temp. "Exhaust" vent in bathroom doesn't go anywhere and it's not sealed so any air it might draw in comes right back through the oversized hole that was cut for the vent. A/c unit is underpowered and very noisy. Tv remote has tape holding battery holder on it. It's a place to sleep, just not comfortable. I know it was less expensive then other options but I would have been happy with average, but this was not. Other site showed this as 7.5/10. Not what I was hoping for but it's only for a couple of nights.

Clean rooms, highly accessible location on the main strip in Watkins Glen. Ice cream next door, liquor store, CVS and a supermarket right across the street. Located about a mile up the road from Watkins Glen state park. The price was very reasonable given the amenities.

I was just calling for rates on October 2016 when the lady speaking with an Indian accent hung up on me! I guess I won't be staying here. Also the Anchor Inn & Marina and the Chieftain Motel had better rates and were very friendly.

Clean rooms, 40Mbps Wi-Fi, reasonable price. Not a 5 Star resort, but great for a nights sleep while traveling.

Privately owned "Mom-Pop" Motel probably built back in the 1960s. We expected the typical 1960 condition. Price tended to confirmed our expectations. The exterior was in great condition and very well cared for. Our first impression was how great our room smelled. It did NOT smell of Pine-Sol to cover up anything. As we looked around everything was in it's place and in good condition. On entering the bathroom I thought I was in an operating room. No smells. No stains, everything worked. The entire room looked like it had just been refurbished. When I come back this will be my first choice. It is clear the owners are very concerned about their product. Excellent bargain. Alaska.

This was are second time staying here, that tells the story. Clean, good parking for sports car and friendy service.

I just called to book twenty to thirty rooms for our wedding weekend and the woman (heavily accented) was BEYOND rude! She did not want to help and only wanted to help her "regulars" Please lady you run a hotel not a brothel! You could not pay me to step foot on her property and I hope your hotel becomes infested with bed bugs. Good day.

Better than expected when I booked. Exceptionally clean and owner takes great care to make the exterior look smart with flower baskets and green grass. I don't expect much when breakfast is described as continental but there were waffles and fresh fruit. I'll go back.
