Great location and can't beat the value for the area — room was clean and staff was friendly. Free Wi-Fi is a bonus and continental breakfast was a nice touch too.

Quite okay for this price, nothing dirty and staff was friendly. 20 minutes from Albany Center. I’d recommend.

Comfortable and clean, the two most important things in a hotel. Though no road side sign, so drove past it once. Easy to spot coming in the opposite direction though.

Classy comfy rooms. Breakfast is decent for cold grab and go. Central to shopping and dining.

Staff was kind and courtes and it was in a decent location to get into. Lots to do around the area surrounding the establishment, and the accommodations of the rooms were about average.

Staff were all friendly and helpful. Beds were ancient, squeaky and uncomfortable. We booked a 7 night stay, and upon check-in (after a 13 hour drive) we were informed that we would need to pack up and check out on our 6th day, and check back in and unpack into a different room for our last day. Why? Because someone else needed the room, and apparently they were more important. We left and went to Super8.

This is a small inn, 2 floors. The place is very clean. The bathroom is very nice and has the thickest bathroom towels I have ever had. Not even the higher end hotels have towels this thick. The water in the shower is nice and hot. There is a microwave and small fridge in the room. The hotel does offer Wi-Fi but it's not a secure Wi-Fi. They do offer a continental breakfast but when I arrived Don suggested a diner for dinner. That diner Tops also served breakfast so I traveled about a mile from the Inn for a nice hot breakfast. I must thank Don for suggesting this place. The only issue I had was getting into the parking lot and out of it. Depending on how you arrive if you make a right, there is a side street with traffic. If they don't yield as the sign says your car will get hit as you make a right into the driveway. Same, going out. If you're making a left, watch it. It's a busy street. Other than that it's a perfect place to stay. If you're looking for amenities like the Marriot or Double tree this is not the place for you but if you want a decent place to sleep with friendly caring personnel, this is the place for you.

Water from shower and sink is terrible. You can't rinse, soap stays in your body. This is a main thing for me. Even using water w/o soap and dry w towel these also have something that it doesn't make you feel slimmy (? ). Everything else was very good. Nice comp bkfast though.

Nice place to stay for the night. Cable TV, a little fuzzy. Broken ice machine. Room was clean but furniture showed some wear. No real complaints.

Beautiful room close to our exit which was very convenient. Bed was a little soft for us but everything was very clean and quiet. Staff was courteous and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome hotel and customer service! Great room and overall quality, got some of the best sleep I've ever had while traveling. They also provided me complimentary access to a fitness center down the road. 10/10 would recommend.

The staff at the Belvedere was very helpful and incredibly kind. A man named Darnell was working the front desk and he was very courteous and professional. He was very quick with checking us in and gave us suggestions for where to eat since we did not know the area. The beds were a bit on the softer side for my liking but the rooms were very quiet and easy to sleep in. Breakfast the next morning was also quite good, though perhaps a little basic. I could see myself staying there again in the future.

So first time ever using a hotel went with my fiance and we loved it people were nice the guy helped us out with the price we are going back this weekend.

The Belvedere Inn was a great overnight location. The building looks nice and everything was clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. For a last minute reservation this was a great choice.

A wonderful place to relax. The amenities are wonderful, the inn is exceptionally clean and the staff extremely accommodating. We would highly recommend the inn and it's staff!

This revue is about the ballroom and banquet across from belvedere hotel, the mallozis are the cheapest/rudest employers I have ever worked with, they treat their employees unfairly and they overcharge the customers, they have been sued by former waiters / waitresses already, also u have to check the dirty kitchen, many times I have seen them pick up food from the floor. Stay away from them.

If you are in the Schenectady/Albany area, Mallozzi's is the name to know. Weather you choose to fine dine at Treviso's in Albany, grab a quick bite at Johnny's in Schenectady or even get a cup of coffee and a cannoli at Villa Italia, also in Schenectady, once again, Mallozzi's is the name to know. I grew up in Rotterdam and I have been frequenting Mallozzi establishments for almost eighteen years. Last year, I got married at Christ the King in Guilderland and had my wedding reception at Mallozzi's ballroom. We ended up needing almost every room in Belvedere Inn, which Chistine Mallozzi was more than helpful meeting our out of town needs. John Mallozzi sat down with us on several occasions to make sure everything was top of the line. We ended up having the reception on Saturday night and then a brunch Sunday morning. My family/friends are still telling me it was one of the best weddings they have been to. Our wedding cake came from Villa Italia which is managed by Bobby Mallozzi. Let me tell you, it was beautiful. Bobby and his general manager Patricia sat down with us to design a cake that complemented our reception decor perfectly. Currently, John Mallozzi and my mother in law, are planning my wife's baby shower. Our family/friends cannot wait to come to another amazing event. I am unsure about the negative reviews other people are submitting, but in my experience, the Mallozzi family is more than willing to help meet anyone's needs.

This review is for "Mallozzi's Banquet & Ballrooms" which shows up as the same as Mallozzi's Belvedere Hotel (though I have a few words about the hotel at the end). We had our wedding reception here a few years ago, and everything was top notch! They did their best to find a menu/'event tier' that fit within our budget — and it was absolutely sufficient! — — and never made us feel guilty for not being able to spend more (whereas some other places did, when we were looking at venues). The entire time they made us feel like we were their customer. They did a fabulous job accommodating our personal food preferences and the food sensitivities our guests had… and the food was AMAZING! Seriously — it's been years since we got married and people still mention how great the food was. :-) (But really, with this family of businesses you know you can't go wrong with the food! ) The servers were excellent as well. As far as the hotel goes, a number of our family/guests stayed there and no complaints ever filtered back to us… pretty sure someone mentioned tasty breakfast pastries. Also, my husband & I showered and changed there before heading off to our honeymoon, so although we can't attest to the comfort of the room/bed, it was clean and furnished well enough — pretty standard hotel room (which made us glad to be heading to a more unique & historic B&B that night).

Yes, it's still disgusting, dirty-dingy, dark; staff is clueless as to how provide fair customer treatment; I posted "do not disturb" tag on my door, the staff still entered and I had money stolen from my room, when I left my purse in the room, had other personal items taken. Female manager a complete moron, did not apologize, refused to admit any responsibility; Even with the "do not disturb" tag posted on the door, somehow the housekeeping ignored it and trashed my papers from drawers, chucked it into a filthy trash can; the manager claimed that owner allowed her to disrespect customers, after I complained, she refused to listen; at first she talked over me, then she proceeded to yell; when I attempted to check out, the concierge attempted to have me sign a waiver, and a check-in paper that they neglected to give to me when I checked in 4 days prior! The organization that paid for my stay used to do business with them, as of today that will no longer be the case.
