They have no tissues. None at all available for guests. A first I must say. Better bring a box along if u like tissues.

Daytime staff was very accommodating. A very professional person checked me in, and provided us with lunch and dinner suggestions (which were spot on! ). We needed an additional pillow for our stay, and a very cheery young lady named Lori was a pleasure to speak with, and she brought us the pillow right away. We will stay here again, and recommend to friends and colleagues who frequent this are often.

Had to book last minute due to unexpected circumstances. Booking was easy. Woman at the front desk was polite and helpful. Room was better than expected given the difference in price between this motel and others in the area. Very thankful to find this room last minute and to be so pleased with the experience. Also loved smoking accommodations outside the room as we smoke, but never in a hotel/motel room with our children. Awesome to have an ashtray and chairs directly outside the door so we don't have to venture far from our kids.

It's an older motel but it was clean and everything worked properly. I'd stay there again.

Accommodations are good. Housekeeping is great, bed's comfortable, and a good location.

I had a horrible experience there. Overnight one night and the room was freezing when we got there. Never been in a motel room where it was cold when you go in. We tell them the toilet handle was broken but they never fixed it and we had a horrible time at night. I will spare you the disgusting details. My friend was in the shower and turn more hot water on and it went around and came freezing. She had to jump out of the tub and almost fell. We went to get a tissue and the tissue holder fell out of the wall and there were no tissues in it.

For a smaller motel they have very modernized rooms and everything was clean and new looking.

It's fine, great service, but the amenities are quite limited and the location is a bit far from the convention center. There is a bowling alley and park nearby.

No frills hotel, that can be said up front. The staff is great, tremendously helpful and friendly. Easy access and parking. Walki g distance to downtown. Great value at this price.

When traveling I look for just three attributes in my hotel rooms: clean, comfortable, and quiet. This little family owned motel manages to hit all three and offers a wonderful personal touch to boot. For example, when you dial zero the call goes directly to the owner's house. The beds are the same comfort level that I have experienced and much, much more expensive hotels. And you simply cannot beat the three minute walk to downtown Saratoga Springs. I will definitely be visiting here again.
