Thank you for a lovely new years eve. We have wanted to eat there forever and it did not disappoint! the table was lovely near the fireplace, our server was nice and friendly and accommodating, the food was delicious and the portions were larger than we expected on a prifix menu at that price. Thank you 😊

They offer very big room with comfortable beds. During my stay, I could rest enough in my room. If I visit Saratoga Springs, I’ll stay here again.

The ballroom is an elegant and spacious space to provide events where people can not fight for a seat. Great acoustics, ambience and service.

This is a favorite. Great menu and the staff is so friendly. Patrick and Paul always there to help you with whatever you need. Couldn’t ask for better people to be there Food is fresh and tastes great. Music is more than a plus. Thanks for giving us back a date night.

Enjoyed our short overnight stay at the inn. Beautiful relaxing place, clean rooms nicely decorated with antique period furniture, reminding of an era gone by. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful historic inn that made me feel like royalty! Romantic getaway & hope to return again. Clean facility & friendly staff. We enjoyed delicious burger while listening to excellent live music in bar area. So peaceful & bed so comfortable & luxurious. Glad we found this place!

Great place for dinner and drinks!. The Barman is a mixologist. Great cocktails… As far as the food, I recommend the Fillet and the Truffle Fries are excellent! Definitely one of the top places to go to in Saratoga.

I’m a Wedding Vendor (Florist) and I’ve had the pleasure of working at the Inn twice now. I only have good things to say! It’s an absolutely beautiful building with rich history and authentic decor. I’ve worked mainly in the Ball room and courtyard areas, which are both lovely. The bridal sweet is beautiful as well as the other rooms I’ve seen. Larissa, the coordinator, is fantastic! She is on top of everything, is professional, extremely helpful and pleasant to work beside. Highly recommended for smaller Weddings or intimate events. I just love this place!

Perfect romantic getaway, the rooms are as if you stepped back in time. And the bed ohhhh so comfortable. We’ve been here several times and love it! Did I mention the breakfast buffet? Another plus!

Went here last night for the girlfriends getaway package! What a awesome deal very stress free. The inn was cool the dinner was amazing and the service was awesome. Great way to spend a 30th Birthday.

We had an overall good experience, but the the place feels a bit stale and neglected. It is a historic inn, but you can tell the place could use a refresh. The bathrooms were very nice as they were clearly updated recently. Otherwise a dingy atmosphere. The location is also not ideal. If we come back to Saratoga we will probably try a different place.

Unfortunately, the reason for my travel to Saratoga Springs was for my father's interment. I found this hotel online and instantly wanted it to add color to an otherwise dismal event. I was travelling with my wee therapy dog and could not find a late check out time anywhere and my father's service was at 11:00. I called back when I found a hotel that would allow me to check out late to cancel my reservation and promised to visit anyway. I had the luck of the manager answering my call and within minutes all was set right. It was the best choice for me. Kasha, who greeted us when we arrived was so very kind and helpful. Every single employee I met there was so kind and helpful and really went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable, that I had directions (in multiple copies) to the cemetery, that I had a map to local eateries and insightful recommendations. The hotel itself is a living work of history. The live music was wonderful, my family was able to gather at The Inn before we moved along. The room was more than I had imagined, perfect in all ways and it was one of the best night's sleep I'd had in over a month. They really went above and beyond for me and it was so very worth it. I hope to be back under more pleasant circumstances and enjoy the hotel more and the town. A truly positive experience during a difficult time!

Great accommodation fresh remodeled rooms service was great close to all down town spots. Don't be fooled by the old look from the outside.

Check in was easy, staff attentive, room clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Check out was easy as well. Definitely recommend it to friends.

Cheerful staff, quiet, well appointed room with huge 4 posted king bed, in 1843 historic Inn on the main st thru town. Streets filled with shops & great restaurants. We'll definitely return.

The rooms were large but dated. Staff were excellent. The restaurant was closed because of "winter hours". Wish we had known in advance.

Out of the Ordinary Photography loves photographing weddings at The Inn at Saratoga! It's a beautiful intimate setting with friendly staff. It's also great because Congress Park is nearby for photos or a ceremony location. We were lucky to get sunset photos in back of the Inn. This is usually hard to get in downtown but we were able to pull it off. I highly recommend this venue for your wedding in downtown Saratoga Springs, NY!

Quaint, charismatic Inn near downtown. Great Location, good bar. It has free breakfast but we didn't have a chance to eat there. Its a historic in, and isn't the most modern looking but it looks great for a place built in the 1800's. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at The Inn for 2 nights while in Saratoga Springs. The hotel is quaint and lives up to its claims of being more than a century old, although quite literally sometimes. You do feel the old rustic charm when you are in the hotel. However it is in need of some maintenance over all. We opted to get a room with 2 double beds. The room itself was decently sized. There is no in room refrigerator / mini bar (so no worries of charges there). The coffee maker is rather disappointing little piece of machinery there to only tick off an item on the check list. The beds are really tall. So if you are travelling with infants, its kind of dangerous. When we asked the reception if they had cribs, turned out they only had pack n play's. Not much use for putting a child to bed. In addition the beds were loose at all joints squeaking even if you tried to sit on them, forget sleeping. On letting the reception know of the problem, we were offered 2 options: 1. A smaller room with lower ceilings but better beds. 2. A 20% discount. Bathroom was OK, though the grout between the tiles was peeling off all over. The morning breakfast is usually 1 ceral, coffee / tea, bread, croissant, cut fruits, orange juice. Not really something to look forward to. All in all, for a 3 star its really over priced and a let down on amenities / inclusions. If it were not for family staying at the hotel, would I go back probably not.

Nice old hotel/inn. Has its charms with great live music at the bar. If you like old charm its a great deal, staff is friendly and buffet breakfast is included.

My wife and I come to the Inn at Saratoga all the time and many times we bring friends. It is a lovely old hotel, rooms are quaint and comfy and we'll appointed. The breakfast is always great with many choices. We love the pub and spend many hours there; the bartender could put on a friendlier face. Love it here.

The location was great and we loved the common areas on the first floor. Our room had some issues though; the curtains wouldn't close, the shower was dirty and the water pressure was awful. Lastly, there were no towels in our room and when we requested some they were very stingy with them. The bar was wonderful though with great live music and friendly staff, and breakfast was delicious!

Mixed feelings. Good breakfast. Rooms weren't so clean but nice decor and comfy. Nice staff. Overall okay stay.

Loved thjis place.
It was our first time staying here… we come every year for the Victorian Christmas walk… the hotel we usually stay at was closed this year for renovations.
From check in to check out was wonderful… friendly and acccomadating staff.
And the room was perfect.
My daughter and I stayed on the second floor in a large room with 2 large beds… Very clean and quiet!
We had a nice dinner/cocktails in the lounge with a talented young man playing guitar and singing.
The breakfast (included) was much better than most… egg sandwiches, breakfast potatoes, juice, fresh fruit, pastries, bagels and more!
Access to coffee all day is also a plus.
We will definitely stay here again!

Love the old fashioned ambiance of the place. Right down to the American Songbook music played in the lobby. Great place for a husband and wife to get away for the night.

This is a lovely place to stay. Our room was lovely. We had a nice sittting area when u came in the room, not big but a big proper chair. We had a king size bed and another nice chair.
Yesterday, my husband and I spent the late morning in the chairs reading.
The stuff is friendly.
You can walk into town, which I did yesterday am.
We have stayed here before and I would recommend to all.

The king suite on the second floor was nice! Great location and awesome complimentary breakfast! I was disappointed that the ceiling in the bathroom would leak anytime someone was running water in the suite upstairs. This was discovered the morning of our last day and when informing the front desk while checking out, we didn't even get so much as a "sorry to hear that, hope it didn't affect your stay. " Wasn't looking for a price reduction or anything, but at least a little interest in the issue would have been nice. Otherwise, no problems.

Great experience at the Saratoga Inn! This hotel is in a great location on Broadway in downtown Saratoga Springs. The check-in, check-out process was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious! The rooms are a bit outdated, but they provide everything you need. The beds are comfortable and clean. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

A hotel full of charm and character, situated just a few mins walk from the centre of Saratoga. The rooms were superb and the place just oozes history, and there is a full size spooky mirror in the room just for good measure! The rooms are clean and well equipped, check in service was friendly and quick. All in all a great place to stay, and I forgot to mention, the beds and pillows were amazingly comfy. Just what we needed after a long day of travelling.

Comfy clean beds, excellent water pressure. Window AC unit makes a little noise but it's nice to be cool in an ancient building such as it is. Friendly and helpful staff. Good party facility.

Most comfortable bed I have slept in for years. Cozy breakfast set up. Courteous staff willing to store my bike in down stairs storage area. Friendly; not stuffy.

Everything was good until housekeeping didn't make the beds and management made excuses (Did you leave personal items on the bed? REALLY? ) Must admit food was very good, very accomplished chef gave personal touch.

Small and intimate enough to be like a bed and breakfast yet large enough to have a bar and restaurant. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is always great and included with the room.

We stay at this hotel often when we go to Saratoga, mostly as a romantic get away. The rooms are beautiful, the staff is very nice, there is a little bar/restaurant in the hotel, food is good. A nice change from the hotels, we have stayed here yearly for about 7 years. They have a cottage house separate from the hotel that offers a bigger room with a Jacuzzi. We tried it once. The hotel rooms are perfect for a romantic get away.

Amazing inn! Quaint, comforting inn right in the middle of Broadway. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Although the rooms had a traditional and historic feel, they were neither dated nor dusty. And the beds. Legend. Wait for it. Ary. Overall, our experience was more than worth the price and added to our lovely stay in Saratoga. Definitely recommend.

We were a little concerned when we got out of the car and the building looked old and a little bit worse for wear from the outside, lots of AC units hanging out of the windows. But once setting foot in the door it was a complete turn-around. Service is friendly and helpful, rooms well furnished, clean, and nicely decorated. We stayed two nights during the busy season (racing season) yet I do not feel that service is lacking in the slightest, despite being fully booked. I was very surprised from the other review listed here commenting on poor facilities and a smell. This was not in any way resembling our experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would recommend it to others.

Established in 1843, last renovated in 1888. Room reminded me of my old highschool gym locker room, the smell that is. At least they had high speed internet, however the connection to the ethernet cord was 12 feet from the desk. Maybe it's my west coast upbringing with everything new, but can you not run a cable down a wall near the desk? FYI. This review written only 20 minutes after check in, lets hope it improves.
