We had a very nice stay here and they are dog friendly which we needed! Room was clean, smelled nice, front desk was very helpful and all the staff were kind and helpful.

Hotel is next to the casino which is actually a great choice since there are not many restaurants to choose from in this town. The hotel staff are kind and friendly. The rooms are clean and modern and there is a gym and a indoor pool. They also provide breakfast every morning. I usually stay here for business every six months.

The staff was excellent — very friendly and kind. The room was very moist and the bathroom smelled of sewage. One towel was stained, but the rest of the room was clean. Appreciated the bed bug covers on the beds, which I think more places should use.

Very friendly staff. I was a first time guest and they treated me like a friend. Clean room. Complimentary breakfast was good. I’m sure I’ll be back to stay again.

So when I arrived at the hotel the staff was very friendly. Upon going into the room I noticed there was old use cups in the refrigerator and water In the bottom of the fridge. I let house keeping know and they immediately came and cleaned it up. After that I noticed that there was a alot of dust throughout the room and a crushed water bottle sitting on the TV stand. I went to the front desk and talked with Lily she was super sweet and very upset that our room was not cleaned properly. She gave me 2 keys to check out 2 different rooms and the one room had a large amount of dust on the TV stand alarm clock, the other room was much cleaner. Mistakes happen and everyone was very apologetic. The breakfast was very good as well. This incident will not keep us from staying, we will be back in a couple weeks. The staff are very quick to assist with any issues you may have.

Staff was warm and friendly. The Continental Breakfast was great.

Went here for a convention and they only had 1 person working check in when there was obviously a lot of us checking in. You have to sign into the fitness room at the front desk which is odd… But the pool was clean and nice. Also the rooms were very nice and clean!

Location was convenient to the Seneca Allegheny Casino. The room was comfortable and clean. The front desk staff was nice. The price was good. Breakfast was decent with scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes and your normal continental selections: cereal, bagels, fruit, etc. The only issue was the room doors seem to slam if you let them close by themselves. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Great hotel, everything was clean and comfortable. Pretty good complimentary continental breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I just would like to thank the staff at the Salamanca New York location. Me and my two boys stayed there over the weekend and had an unbelievably fantastic experience. The room we had was very spacious set up well and had everything we needed. The hotel itself is located in a great spot around many areas of Interest. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We had such a great time in the pool and I just wanted to say thank you. Also the breakfast was unbelievable LOL.

Just used their meeting rooms. The one with the huge seat chairs… those chairs are mighty uncomfortable. Other than that nice rooms.

Everything was clean and orderly, staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint was the room got real warm at night, air was dry resulting in a nosebleed.

The staff here was the best of tghe whole trip. We stayed here on the way home from a Christmas vacation and my boyfriend twisted his ankle skiing. They brought up extra pillows and blankets and a bucket of ice and bags. They basically treated him like the big baby he is. It was also the best nights sleep I had for my whole trip.

Rooms were mostly clean and good service great breakfast.

Pool and hot tub we're pretty good. Breakfast was alright. Wi-Fi was a huge issue and o could never get it to work on my laptop. Phone would connect occasionally.

Decent place for the price. Wifi was a little limited in places. Rooms were decent sizes, clean, will need a refurb in a couple years. Can smell cigarette smoke.

Very nice room. Reasonable rates. But if you're thinking of visiting Salamanca keep driving. There is nothing to see in this town.

Opal, the customer service assistant who checked us in was wonderful. She suggested a great place to eat and made sure everything was perfect with our room. All the staff we encountered were very nice. The hotel was clean centrally located, they had a shuttle to the casino next door. We will be back.

It had its pros and cons. The breakfast buffet was great. Free and lots of selections! The proximity to the casino was a big plus, especially the 24hr shuttle back and forth. The grounds and the views were beautiful. Now the cons… the staff left a lot to be desired. We called to ask for Housekeeping because we were sleeping when they came. They said they'd be right there and never showed up. Also, there was a weird smell in the bathroom. The blackout curtains didn't shut all the way and there was no "do not disturb sign" in our room. Doesn't seem like a big deal, but c'mon everyone else had them!

Stayed overnight. Clerk saw our obviously large party and went out of her way to accommodate us. The pool was great. Nice and warm. And the breakfast was amazing as well. Loved our stay.

We love the place and come to stay in Salamanca several times a year for the weekend. My husband and I love the friendly and helpful staff, the nice clean rooms and I especially love the pool and jacuzzi. We wouldn't stay anywhere else!

We love staying at the Holiday Inn in Salamanca! We always stay here when we visit Holiday Valley. Ruth Ann is friendly and helpful, and Tammy who runs breakfast takes care of everyone! All employees are cheerful and kind! This will always be our choice of hotels.

Best holiday inn, best hotel I ever stayed at. The staff are excellent, manager, cleaning staff, front desk,. And even the maintenance people. I had a tail light bulb out and the maintenance guy changed it for me. Clean, great breakfast, clean pool area, clean gym, Asked for a specific time to clean room as I had a pet, no problem. I got there about noon asked for early check in no problem. This is a very well run hotel. Other hotels could learn a lot off this management and staff.

The room was very nice and clean, however, we were in the front of the hotel and heard lobby music all night long. At first we thought it was just a band and would soon end. We were told by the night desk clerk that only the manager could turn off the music and the manager wasn't available. (It was after midnight). Advice: Don't get a room near the lobby unless you can sleep with loud music all night long.

Well what can say — people drinking beer at the end of hotel and at the entrance. A warning card in the room stating do not carry lots of money, don't ware expensive jewelery, and don't keep things in the car. Rooms where circa 1980 paneling with tube television. Kitschy hot tub in the main living area flanked by tub to ceiling mirrors. And all for $130 per night. : (.

Loved loved loved this place. I went to casino and stayed here. Very clean room and bathroom was spotless. Comfy bed and the breakfast was wonderful. I stay alot in hotels, as we travel alot for pleasure, and this is one of the absolute best! Will be back.
