I would give it zero if I could. I booked this through booking. Com for 14 nights. It had not yet opened and no reviews available. Always be aware of a good deal. The site took my nearly AUD5000 immediately, which overdrew my credit card, even though booking. Com stated I would pay at the property.
After the property opened, there were many 'suspicious' reviews. Some even said the property didn't exist. Booking. Com was very hard to contact and when I finally did they actually laughed! They contacted the property to confirm it was 'legit' but didn't get a name of anyone at the site?!? So when I tried to cancel I had all manner of difficulty! So 4 weeks later, I have still not received my $5000 refund. My credit card company is investigating as a fraudulent transaction. Keep away from this site and Booking. Com! Cancelling is so much harder than it looks.
