Located in the center of Manhattan, most of the Manhattan attractions like empire state building, times Square, central park are at a walking distance. They have complimentary wine tasting and appetizers to accompany in evening. Overall it was a great experience staying here.

Today MTA had one of its worse services 2hours waiting on the platform and they need to come correct when talking on speaker.

Great location, central to Manhattan. Hotel clean with good showers. Breakfast simple and served from paper bowls and plates, but is enough to start the day. Located right outside the iconic Empire State Building. Friendly staff.

Price was good for a three day corporate trip, room was small and okay. I'd say everything about this hotel is ver y average. In the most average way. My only serious complaint would be the bathroom… The walls are peeling and slightly modly and it was also very small.

Stayed in a few hotels in NYC and this has been the best yet. Room was very large and immaculate, staff were very helpful and friendly. Very close for to Macys and Times Square what more do you want oh yes breakfast continental and as much as you could eat, coffee and tea on tap 24/7. There is also a restaurant on site although we didn't use it but must have been good as it was busy, there's also a rooftop terrace although under renovation we could still use it. Can't fault Hotel Metro in any way loved it will certainly return.

Great location — within a stone's throw of Macys, Empire State Building and Times Square. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. Complementary continental breakfast.

Take the express train whenever possible. Huge difference.

Loved our stay. Champagne waiting for our 20th anniv. Great locale, nice and close to everything, walk to timessquare, Penn Stn, ESB and great shopping at Maceys. Continental breakfast was great, good quality baked goods. Friendly and efficient staff, great rates. Complimentary beverages in the minibar!. Kuerig coffee maker, nice new bathroom, we loved it and are going back. Vince and Julie lefaive Ontario.

Stayed for 5 nights in a superior queen room. The room was quite small but was nicely furnished with a comfy bed. The hotel is in a great location in between Herald Sq with Macys and 5th Ave. All staff were wonderful right from check in. There were free muffins, etc for breakfast in the lounge which were nice. I loved the art deco style of the hotel and the rooftop terrace with view of the Empire State building was lovely especially at night when it was lit up. The bar snacks and cocktails on the terrace were good value. Lovely.

A great, clean room with a fabulous bathroom and a view of the Empire State Building. What more could you ask for? Staff were all friendly and the breakfast buffet (muffins / bagels / yogurts / fruits / coffee / tea) was the perfect way to start each day. I would definitely come back here.

Perfect located, very friendly stuff, small rooms but ok. Take the tine to eat in their metro grill or in the playswright irish pub.

In a central location with easy access to Broadway, Fifth Avenue, the Empire State Building (we could see it from our our room) and Macy's just around the corner, this was the ideal hotel for our special trip from England to the Big Apple. The staff were happy and helpful, the breakfast's were lovely and our room was really comfortable. A little noisy at night but. This is New York, the city that never sleeps.
