We stayed in room 3410. The window had numerous forehead prints on the window in different sizes and height, which can only mean that the room was not thoroughly cleaned and must have been overlooked numerous times.
The smell of marijuana in our room was overwhelming, even with the attempt to mask the smell with some sort of odor eliminator.
Our room had no hot water 2 days in a row after 11:00am. I also had a friend in a different room on the 31st floor who said the same… Weiterlesen.

The View was amazing and breath taking I recommend you stay on a high floor.

Front desk was not helpful at all. Could never get anyone on the phone. My husband's credit card was charged 2 days after we left when everything was already paid in full. The room we were given wasn't the room we requested or paid for. Housekeeping kept trying to enter the room even after being told we were a late checkout. Horrible experience…

Beautiful place to stay, in the heart of Time Square. Staff were super friendly and accomodating and we felt very secure, as far as the pandemic goes, with the cleanliness.

Horrible hotel. Black mold in room 2122. Had to leave hotel after one night and stay at Marriott Reniassance hotel, should have stayed at Marriott in first place. Was not recognize upon arrival as a Diamond member on arrival, amenities or lack of amenities not explained. I was caught getting all night only to realize it was the mold in bathroom. Seems instead of remediation the mold they just painted over it in shower and let a large mass grow over bath tub. Had to leave hotel. Stay at Marriott, they are in a great location and they care for their hotels.

Great hotel, all the staff were helpful, the wine and nibbles each afternoon are excellent.

We stayed here for 5 nights and we couldn’t recommend this lovely hotel more. Rooms are so clean and comfy, amazing view from the 50th floor and staff are so friendly and helpful! Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our first time in this amazing city so special.

Just came back, hotel was in such a great location. Could do with a bit of modernisation, but beds are comfy and rooms clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Love this hotel. Stayed 3 times now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Staff are beyond helpful and so friendly. Rooms are clean, spacious and our room in January looked onto Empire State Building. Will be back.

Reading the reviews either they stayed in different hotel or we were just in AHS cuz our room was old moldy and carpets dirty. Staff is super friendly they uare st need a new building to work in.

Reading the reviews I was a little nervous because they were really good, or really bad. But I am so glad we chose this hotel! The location was PERFECT, like you cant ask for better, and the price was even better than the location! When we arrived it was hot in our room, all we did was turn off the unit and left the windows open the entire time and the temp in our room was perfect. Our room was clean and the staff were super nice. We will be staying here again when we go back for sure!

Loved our stay from the fabulous Marco's at front door to the bar staff to prompt housekeeping request. Great room with Times Square view only a half block to nonstop fun! Texas size two thumbs up!

It was my first time staying in New York City. We arrived well before check in time and were pleasantly surprised that our room was ready. It was spacious and clean, the furnishings and carpeting were a bit worn, but the bed was comfortable. The only downside was the room temperature — even with the heat turned off it was too warm. Would stay there again.

Just browsed the hotel's review, the general bad evaluation is the quality of the service personnel, but I think, after so long there seems to be no improvement?! Does the management really care about the guest's reaction and feelings?

I had some experiences and I was really angry, so It took me a little while to write down my comments.

Here's how it goes:
In my last days in New York, I stayed in this restaurant with my friends and colleagues.
The hotel is old but the rooms are comfortable, the gym is ok, the lobby has a Broadway feel.
But the breakfast on the day you leave the hotel (8/27) was impressively bad!
All the good feelings were ruined by a (breakfast restaurant)! I'm very happy to be ready for a wonderful day — because it's the last day of our 10-day trip to New York, and in the evening we're about to fly out of U.

My husband and I walked briskly to the window seat next to my friend and chatted with friends to prepare for a happy breakfast, the actually came up and said we "can't sit in this position. " I told her in less fluent English: 1, I have already sat. 2. My friend is sitting at the next table.
3, we wait and have friends will come down to eat together, we hope to sit together.

Stayed at the Millennium for a work trip. The staff here is top notch. The building itself is on the older side, and some ares could use a little TLC, but the location is outstanding. The walls are on the thin side so noise from the hallway does travel in. I could see some of times square from my room, but the angle was oblique so the lights were not a problem in in my room. Generous amount of available outlets by the desk, and in room Netflix (you need to log into your account). Overall given the centralized location in times square and the modest room rate I would probably stay here if I ever come for vacation. I really wish there was a coffee maker in the room though. Also across the street from an awesome Irish pub.

Great location, very close to centre of Times Square, only takes 30s to walk! Rooms are big with lots of space and they're cleaned and stocked daily with coffee. Staff are helpful and friendly and we would definitely stay here again.

Clean rooms, but a bit old-fashioned. Nice location and view from the top floors. Dear the staff. Missing 1 space x leave your suitcases in case you have to move away x some hike, we had to go to Niagara Falls, then sleep out 1 night… we had to move with all the bahagli, as there was not even a chance to pay for the room and leave it occupied. (This is also the fault of the agency that did not think about it at the time of booking). In the courtesy set there are only shampoo and foam bath, at least one headset could put it!

Nice clean hotel in the heart of the Broadway District. Easy access to all the theaters, the Subway, and Times Square. Room was a good size with two beds and a chair in the corner. Loved that the shower was instantly hot. Hairdryer supplied in the room. There was a Deli at either entrance for quick snacks and reasonable food prices. A great restaurant downstairs was very tasty. Overall it was a great place to stay, beds were comfortable and the staff was great.

Staff was great and the room was very nice with a pretty decent view. It was spacious and clean. It's much larger than you would expect from a NYC hotel, and the location is great. The elevators weren't all working, and took quite a while to arrive sometimes, but didn't bother us too much. It was disappointing not having a fridge and we lacked easy outlets to charge our devices. The curtains were broken in one section and our lights flickered now and then. We also had trouble turning on lights in the rooms, with some not working entirely, and others having weird switch combinations to get to work for some reason. Very nice decently priced hotel that needs some maintenance and a little updating.

The hotel is so nice and big. The bedrooms r really big compared to the other hotels in NY. The bedroom was nice and clean with beautiful windows and scenery. The location was fantastic as well. The price for the nights were very reasonable and The staff were very kind and helpful. Thank you! The only thing I wasn’t happy with was the out dated bathroom (that didn’t look clean) We will still go back in the future.

As many people have already mentioned, the location is perfect especially if you are in New York to see shows. It was also really close to the TKTS booth in Time Square. The hotel itself is fine. It was clean and the bed was comfy. I didn't really interact with many staff but the few that I did talk to were nice and friendly.

This hotel was wonderful! The bed slept awesome. The room was clean and the view was wonderful. The pictures on the website is just what you get or at least it was for us. I was there for a doctors appointment and when I come back I will definitely try to stay here again. The staff was very helpful and to a visitor that means alot. Thank you so much.

Great location needless to say, after It's at times square! so all the "marked" places u can visit in the evening after u finish your other New York 'to do' stuff. Lots of eateries, a bit difficult for vegetarians. The hotel has decent amenities. Bathroom is mediocre but everything is quite clean. If you get a good deal, then a good place to stay as you would save both on time and money on travelling. A very safe place too.

Location at the top, but inside would need a refreshment. Too expensive.

The hotel from directly on Broadway. 15 meters on the center of Broadway from its entrance. Cozy and luxurious. Friendliness and professionalism on the part of the staff.

I attended a Columbia Business School Executive Education program held at the Millennium Broadway Hotel. Although there's heavy foot traffic, everywhere I went was exceptionally well kept and the staff is eager to help in guiding you in the right direction. The hotel has much to offer and my time spent was pleasant.

Only thing nice about the hotel is the view on the 46th floor. Everything is old and innovation is very much needed. Bathroom has plenty hairs from predecessors left. Room cleaning gets the bed half done and that's about it. No water refill, nothing. Last night they forgot to return the bed sheets so had to take the blanket as is. Disgusting! Lastly, walls are thin and neighbors as well as street noise is clearly inside the room.

The hotel was very clean, staff very professional, polite and helpful. No issues at all. Being right in Times Square was the highlight. Not to mention the water pressure. If I could I would have stayed one more night. The water pressure was therapeutic after a long tiring day. Definitely recommend and will come back.

Don’t let the pictures fool you! It’s not as nice as they make it look. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable! Jonathan told me he would go see if they had a mattress pad or pillows to line down the bed under me but, I never seen or heard from him again! Room service prices are outrageous even for NYC. Wish I didn’t listen to Mom on this one and went to Courtyard Marriott! The only thing it has going for it it’s in a great spot close to Time Square but they guarantee a city view and most of the view is just of other buildings not Time Square lol.

He's got some negative reviews. They put a broken savannah on Me. There was No towels in the bathroom and I had to wait for them to reach me. The bathroom floor behind the toilet was filthy. I keep quiet a wet towel and when I lift it full of dirt. Good for its location but not for what they offer. I'm not coming back. The same price is better. In addition to Category 4 stars today low to three.

Really enviable location. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The lobby is very large (you can access both the 44 and the 45) and the helpful and courteous staff.
The rooms would need a little renovation.

Hotel in the heart of Time Square! Great location The room was very small and it was very clean.

Awesome hotel around Times Square. The room was super clean slept like a baby. The room was a little cold but well adjusted the temperature. I brought my kids out to New York for the night. And absolutely fell in love with this hotel. I am booking rooms for the summer for me and my family.

The only really positive thing is the central location and literally a few yards from Times Square. For the rest it is a old hotel with large but bare rooms and not always clean needing a maintenance (extraordinary) urgent. Front desk and front desk with very rude staff and in general poorly organized. One day they didn't do housekeeping in the room despite my timely reporting…

We loved our 2 night stay. We had a beautiful corner room with two huge windows on a top floor. Highly recommend.

Good attention. Urban, cosy, comfortable. They don't speak Spanish. Good bed on floor 48 at least. They clean room every day. View of Times Square. Central point of communication to visit museums, 10 min from Rock of top and 20min, Empire. And Virgil right across the street, go eat there.

Good. Quiet, though located right at Time Square The rooms are really quiet. Clean. From my room you see the scoreboard with the characteristic sphere that signals the beginning of each year.

Overall we were satisfied with the hotel and the room. Unfortunately, there have been some minor shortcomings in our room (sink had a crack, blackened silicone seals…), which you can overlook but with the great location and the nice staff. Basically, it would only need small renovations and you would have a top hotel. We can still recommend it to a good conscience.

Loved the Millennium broadway hotel, the staff were very friendly including house keeping as well as room service. They were very efficient. The concierge was full of information as to how to get to certain locations. The best hotel to stay at especially at New Years time. From my room I managed to see the ball drop and didn’t have to go out at all as I got to see the view of the celebrations completely. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The location is of course quite good. Lobby also promises a lot. But: room and bathroom very old, cleanliness: earrings from other guests, sand in the shower, blood stains on thicker duvet, only one varnish in between (no upholstery). In the end, there is a residence fee. We prefer to move to another hotel.

New years week — Supposedly a 4 start hotel but don't believe the pics online when you book. I had "discounted parking" that was $180 ($45 a day), 2 blocks over & 1 up from the hotel AND to beat that, you couldn't drop bags off in the lobby, couldn't leave your car outside alone to check in and then you're told that you cant go back to your car to get anything once parked, so if you forget a bag or something. You're screwed! The lobby and conference areas are nice, the restaurant is as well but the rooms are not what was pictured. Our carpet looked like it came from a 1980s porn movie and the decor and rest of the room is equivalent to that of a $100 a night room at the beach, when I really paid over $2500 for 5 days 4 nights… The window curtain track is hanging down on one side, they offered to repair it right away once we notified them tho. The bathroom is nice, but average. Granite floor and countertop. Shower sprays water eeeverywhere but the pressure is good lol. The staff is friendly and helpful. You're right in Times Square, right by everything you could want. Uber is the best way to go out far. If you're looking for a upscale place this isn't it. Not for the price they charge but its decent to crash at.

A hotel located directly at Central Park. From many rooms you can look directly into the studio of "Good Morning America". For this top location it is relatively inexpensive. The hotel has a very high quality, which falls directly upon entering the lobby. Reception very friendly, also the room steward made a very friendly impression. The hotel should still start renovating and modernizing the rooms. At some corners it is noticeable that nothing has been done for longer, even if it is still in very good condition. I've been here twice and I like to come back.

Nice hotel. Good view from 2 windows in our 1 queen bed superior room. Clean. Water pressure amazng! And location is super! Right by alot of stuff… just walk outside and go!

Very disappointed with this hotel for the amount of money we paid. We paid almost $500.00 for one night for a "Deluxe" room. I didn't feel there was anything deluxe about it. The room smelled musty and smokey when we first opened the door, the amenities were just so-so, it felt old and didn't have an overall clean feel to it. The bed was hard and fairly uncomfortable. What we did like was the location and the large bathroom. It had a lot of counter space, plenty of room for toiletries and clothes. For $500.00 I did expect a much nicer room.

Never would I thought this hotel with such a snazzy website and such glamorous pics would be a trap. Don't let the pics fool you, this is a dated, over-expensive hotel. The only positive thing about it is close to Times Square, but even that wears out after a couple of days as the overwhelming amount of people of the streets drives you simply mad. Old bathroom, old room, uncomfortable bed and pillows, also the basics one would expect from a 4 star hotel are ALL MISSING. Wi-Fi is to be paid separately, it is not included in the price of the room. The lobby, and all carpeted areas reek of vomit, it is unbearable! Do yourself a favour… do your research and you will find much cheaper and MUCH better in the area.

Well let me just give you the basics. The bedrooms have the loudest, hardest, spring loaded beds. The rooms do not have a fridge nor a microwave so don't even think about bringing left overs from your huge New York sized meal. The staff is ok, Terrance at the front desk is the sweetest guy. My family came here and rented out more than one room, spent thousands of dollars for this reservation to celebrate my cousins graduation! Only to have card keys that don't work, literally spent at least an hour every night trying to open the room door. I asked the front desk (Terrance) to help me out and gave him my ID and room key, which he made a new key for me and also sent someone to open for me. (Life saver). Tonight, June 13th at 1:40 AM, I am getting back from dinner, slightly tipsy, have to pack for my flight at 5AM from Jersey, just to have to he schmuck, not Terrance, at the front desk to say the only thing he could do is call and wake up my grandfather to open for me since the reservation is under my grandfathers name. IF I WANTED TO WAKE HIM UP I WOULD DO IT MYSELF! When I expressed my disappointment and literally said, "it would be pointless to have you wake him up if I could do it myself that's what I'm trying to avoid, " this prick says, "well that's all I can do, great, " and starts to walk away. Let me tell you this is not your average New Yorker with an attitude. This is a man who hates his job and doesn't know a thing about customer service.

Room is super, overlooking the Timesquare. Service was also good. Site is, as much in the immediate vicinity. Only criticism is the Wi-Fi costs too much ($14 per day)

This hotel is close to everything. We were able to walk to most of the things that we planned on doing while visiting NYC. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was that you are unable to set the thermostat to your liking. I just love this place, we definitely be staying here when I return to NYC.

My wife and I loved our stay here. When we arrived I mentioned in conversation that I lived in Yonkers for a short time after getting out of the military. They immediately thanked me for my service and upgraded my room to one with a beautiful view on the 44th floor. The bellhop was extremely friendly and even gave my wife hand warmers on our way out one morning since it was a record low for the city. The rooms are comfortable, I will be honest nothing jaw dropping but nice. More importantly I found the bed to be extremely comfortable and I slept great (very important since we were spending a weekend away from our three kids that do not allow many good nights of rest). I will be staying here again and recommending it to relatives and friends.

The hotel appears to be in a renovation period. Our room was missing the refrigerator (all that remained was the plugs), lights were haphazardly hanging out of old fixtures, and the toilet ran all night until I finally woke up and fixed it. The location is great and the staff were courteous. We also waited almost two hours for our car to arrive from the valet (which the manager comped). Overall, it wasn't the worst, but definitely wasn't the best hotel experience I've had in NYC.

I think that for the money… (200 and under) this is a good stay. The breakfast was nice and the rooms were simple. What I didn't like is that they charged me 110$ for 2 nights of parking. When I called them and told them that I stayed for 1 night and took a cab into the city they said " well look into it". Later on they told me that someone with the exact same name stayed at the hotel the same nights… THAT IS AMAZING! I was thinking that they were trying to scam me to get extra money on parking.

We had a superior room with 2 single beds in the 46th floor. The rooms were very large for New York relationships. There was even an additional chairs and enough space to the shoppping bags to make ;-). The beds were very large and extremely comfortable. Being times square close to, the noise level is of course slightly higher. But that was actually ok with Windows closed, we could sleep through anyway, every night. What was probably the dense curtains. One is anyway just to sleep in the hotel and in the evening completely broken. The rooms are a little in the years, but still clean. The staff was consistently friendly and gladly helped further. We felt very well in the Millennium. Of course, the location directly on Times Square was a dream. Very much could be reached on foot from there (Empire State Buildung, Rockefeller Center, Central Park, MoMA, Madame Tussauds, etc. ). We would come again and also recommend the hotel.

This place is a Total Rip Off if you are expecting a nice place don't stay here. The rooms are Nasty, Mold in bathroom carpet nasty. Air vents have Dust falling from them. And your breathing that all night. Beds hard as a rock. The nicest This place is all about the money not customer. Anything you ask will Cost you Wi-Fi is not even free 12.95 per day even Star bucks has free Wi-Fi. The hotel manager can Careless about you or your stay. You are nothing but a number to him… Rooms well they are Nasty plain and simple bathrooms have mold other guest hair in bathtub and in the floor. You won't want to go barefooted in your room the carpet is discussing… if you are expecting A nice 4 star place it's not Here. …

Very dated hotel. Needs renovation! Toilet leaked so much we had standing water on the tile floor. Had to place the ice bucket under the toilet to catch the water. Tub had lousy drainage. The moment the shower turned on, we already had standing water in the tub. The room did not have a "no disturb" sign so our room was invaded every day whether or not we wanted a cleaning. Every day we received a different cleaning service. One day we had an over abundance of towels; on another day we had only two towels. Given the toilet issue, most of our towels went to soaking up the standing water. The only thing going for this hotel is its location.

The worst experience at a hotel. Horrible treatment by the cafeteria staff. Unthinkable in a hotel of this level. Bad education. Prices are exorbitant in what comes out of provisions. Nothing collaborators.
Room: bathroom dilapidated. Bad assistance on the contents of clothes in the room.
Situation: the only good thing.
