Arrived late at the hotel and after using toilet (number 1), water drained slowly after flushing. Contacted front desk for assistance and was informed that they couldn’t the leave the front desk and they would send a plunger up in the elevator. The plunger was in a white plastic bag with smeared feces from the last use. Disgusting to say the least.

My friends Twice out of water. Had to go out and shower somewhere else. Go to bathrooms in restaurants because could not at hotel. Two days of this and no apologies or reimbursements for the two days of inconvenience. They said they put up a sign, but not all guest read English. Upon check out they were not very nice and refused a refund or an apology.

We had a wonderful stay at Off Soho Suites. It served our needs well! Our suite was spacious and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. I’d stay here again!

The Off SoHo Suites is a small hotel. It has a great location, clean well laid out rooms with kitchenettes. There is a nice community room on the 1st level just off the office. The hotel has a family business feel to it. What sets this hotel apart from others is the outstanding management. We were in a group of 22 and when we needed something, Gabe, Raffat and Willie rose to the occasion and surpassed our expectations. So if you are looking for a non-corporate hotel near downtown New York City, I highly recommend the Off SoHo Suites.

It is a very nice stay, but the constuctionworkers outside my window started drilling at 6:30… But that inconvenience is temporary of course.

Check in was 2 PM, which was not ideal for us. Host at the desk seemed to have English as a secondary language, so questions about our room went unanswered or answered incorrectly (as we found out). Kitchen was furnished with appliances but half of them weren't working, probably an electrical circuit was tripped. Housekeeping turned off (not down) our air conditioning units so we came back to a 90-degree room after a couple hours. But having said all that, the room was very affordable, worth the money, and located conveniently near subway stations. At the time we stayed, there were very good food options within a block. We would probably stay again.

Two coworkers and myself went on a business trip and had an AirBnb scam happen the night we got there. This was the only place we could find and we got lucky enough to get the last room. Perfectly located in walking distance to most attractions, it is cute, efficient and affordable. The staff is very kind and accommodating as well. Will definitely look into this place again should we ever be back!

I stay here every time I need to be in Manhattan. En suite kitchens + walking distance to Whole Foods = affordable healthy eating in the city. Close to every subway line you'd need. Charming management.

The location is good. It leaves a lot to be desired the cleanliness. The room and kitchen are very old. Something inexplicable in such a modern city. I wouldn't go back.

I loved it, excellent location, cleanliness, decor.

Great location and size, it is unbeatable. Not recently renovated. It is next to a construction site. Dont trust the discription on the website, It takes a long time to get there from newark s airport.

Terrific place, professional staff and exceptional location. Train is close by and walking to LI takes 8 minutes. The suites are suffecient, clean and plenty of room. We recommend and will most certainly be back.

Centrally located, with very good connections with different metro lines nearby. Spacious rooms Although the cleanliness was not excellent. The kitchen was not very equipped.

Staff very friendly service Super The boss helped us on the day of departure the rooms a cleanliness nothing to complain I strongly advise.

Service was great we arrived early morning and as our room was ready gave us complimentary early check-in. The bad part is it's an old hotel so insulation on the room was very bad and made for a cold room plus no in room heating unit only radiated from the basement.

It was perfect for us. The location was very good.
A little louder but who goes to a city that never sleeps he also gets a town that never sleeps!
You can also cook it all there and priced very well for Manhattan!

Great apartment-style alternative to traditional hotels. Suites had a full kitchen and living room in addition to bedroom and bathroom. Location is good and within 5-10 mins walk of the B, D, F, J, M, Z, 4, 6 subway lines. We had a front-facing room on the top floor and were not affected by any noise at the back.

We stayed for 8 nights. Great location, however the Hotel is currently backed onto a construction site. We were woken at 7am each day to the sound of diggers, chain saws and other construction equipment, and the noise continued all day. This should have been flagged on the website to warn guests prior to booking. The multi storey complex being build next door will take a while to complete, so I would warn people not to stay there until the construction is finished,

Great rooms with kitchens. Great location for downtown access. Shops and lots of local restaurants nearby. Inexpensive for Manhattan.

Apparently you can't bring people into the room you have paid for after a certain time of night. Good amount of room for the price but would not stay at again. Poor customer service and hotel quality.

Our family just spent 8 nights at this little gem in East Village and can thoroughly recommend it. Special thanks to Aly and Wreck it Ralph for going the extra mile. Cheers Chris.

Great suite for family of four, had a double bedroom, a parlor with sofabed, fully equipped kitchen, and huge bathroom,
The Wi-Fi worked perfectly for us, we had Four cell-phones, and one ipad. No problem keeping them running.
Very centrally located. We highly recommend it.

Amazing location, great hospitality and services. Every single host was highly attentive and carting for is. The only thing I would improve is the cleanliness of the sheets (found hair in my mouth in the morning and wasn't mine). Other than that great job guys!

Perfect location in the East Village to be near the Bowery Ballroom. It was nice to have a kitchen to make use of the refrigerator. Our suite was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The futon served as bed number three. Only thing that we were missing were some tissues, paper towels, and a few cheap wine glasses.

Very charming, clean & comfortable. The management was very nice. Location was excellent! Near Little Italy & China Town. Plenty of restaurants & shopping in walking distance. There were four girls & we all loved the place & the price!

O. K. Here's the deal. It really is not fancy, and I get where the set up may be a little confusing, but we were a family of four (two teenagers, my husband and I) and this plays was perfect. There are two separate bedrooms (that are small, but comfortable) and since we were there in August, really appreciated the high functioning air conditioners in both rooms. There is no common seating area (which is a tiny bit of a drag), but there is a full kitchen and nice sized bathroom. The location is amazing, we walked to (and over) the brooklyn bridge, tenement museum, little italy, chinatown, everything. We were exhausted by the end of the night and happy to be in a clean and comfortable environment. The desk staff and maid service were helpful (and soooo friendly) Best deal we have found in the city ever and will definitely be staying there every time we go back. If you are looking for posh, you will be disappointed, but it was exactly what we wanted and I would highly recommend it to families.

No! Can't sleep at night because of the noise the Wi-Fi doesn't work the housekeeper doesn't do her job the vacuum cleaner has never been passing the sheets ever changed and no pan in the kitchen to make food. I do not recommend at all!

The only problem we had was that the air conditioner worked on high cool always. But it did work well, we just turned it off when it became too cold. We did not make any reference of this to the management, did not want to be a problem. This was very nice and clean. The hotel staff was excellent. I would recommend this to others.

When you travel as much as I do, you come to appreciate the little things that make a hotel memorable. Off Soho Suites does the little things, oh so well! Not only are the rooms here incredible, but they all have a cozy apartment style feel with their kitchens and separate rooms. The front desk staff, as well as the folks mingling about are extremely helpful with directions, as well as recommendations for lunch or dinner. I try to stay at Off Soho Suites every time I'm in New York. Believe me, once you stay here, you'll be hooked.

This is a great place to stay in SoHo. I went with my girlfriend and as it was our first time to NY, we didn’t know quite what to expect. I anticipated spending a ton on taxi fares and food, but we came in way under budget on that because we stayed at these suites. We didn’t need a cab once (public transit is only a few blocks away) and we were able to pick up some light groceries to use in the kitchen in our room. Really ideal location. We loved our stay in NY and hope to come back soon.

Friendly staff! My friend and I stayed there for the weekend and the room was perfect for the two of us. We used the kitchen to save some money on food so that was very convenient. The location was perfect for spending time in SoHo. Next time I come to the city I'd stay here again.

Their location is convenient, near the subway and Chinatown. It was nice to have the kitchenette. The view from my room wasn't great but in the city that's not often an option. I liked their staff, very nice to deal with.
