We stayed this past weekend at NobleDEN for the first time and it definitely will not be our last. For starters, the customer service was the best I have ever had in a hotel. The manager on duty was super accommodating and so helpful when we were in need of things, even the little things like a plastic fork or sodas.
The rooms are so clean and modern. The rain shower was awesome and the view was impeccable. Right across from the famous Ferrara Bakery. But I think the best part was the rooftop view. So relaxing and one of the best. One side you get downtown views and turn to the right and you get views of midtown.
Also loved the cards that come inside your key holder with a map and address for the hotel and another to show the cost to get from the hotel to the local airports. Its those little touches that you will not get at a big hotel chain.
Amazing experience and we cannot wait to return!

Friendly desk clerk. Clean, quaint, cute. Great location! Great Korean hot pot/ barbecue attached to the hotel so you don't even need to go outside to get there.

Perfect location exploring Nolita, Soho, little Italy and China town, Friendly staff, Very clean and nice service for the room… felt comfortable and really enjoyed staying.

Obviously a great location, right in the heart of little Italy and Chinatown next door, Soho minutes away The rooms are big for new York, wonderful modern rain shower and very comfortable bed The room I stayed in had a Juliette balcony which is so rare in hotels these days. I was able to open the door for you in the morning and feel fresh air for a change. Super friendly staff and a great New York find. Suitable for visiting or business.

Reasonably priced, great room design, nice furnishings and more. Really a fantastic place to stay, especially in Soho. Some highlights: the toiletries in the bathroom are above and beyond, including a toothbrush and toothpaste, comb, and more. Also, the pastries for breakfast are from an excellent neighborhood bakery, not just some random mass produced mediocrity. Excellent pan chocolate, croissant, etc.

Great location between Little Italy and Chinatown. Felt like being back in Hong Kong in that neighborhood, with lots of great and cheap food. Hotel also had lots of extras that are not common in the US. Friendly staff, nice quiet rooms, great price, and a car service to the airport. Don't miss the amazing views of Manhattan from the rooftop.

This is a well designed, modern hotel. Amenities are well thought out. The staff is very friendly. We really enjoyed the furnished balcony as a place to sit and chat at night. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is perfect and safe for your stay. Right by Little Italy and Chinatown. The rooms are updated, stylish and very clean with charming appointments. Yes, the rooms are small but this is NYC and one can expect that. The bed was yummy comfortable and very clean and the shower was hot and relaxing. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I'd easily stay here again. Come stay here.

Perfect location in little Italy! The room was so modern and the bed was so huge and comfortable! The hotel even had a rooftop with an amazing view!

This hotel was a great place to stay in New York. Morgan, the hotel manager was amazing and gave us awesome tips about where to go and what to do that made a huge impact on our trip. It was a great value and we loved staying right around the corner from Little Italy. It was super convenient to hop on the Subway and go everywhere we wanted to go.

Loved everything about this hotel! The room was so quiet and the bed was so comfy. This area is super close to the most attractions and has a subway station near by. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Definitely will be staying here again on another trip to NY.

Really close to Soho, good location.
Reception area is a little small and no restaurant or breakfast area but that is not a concern as there so many places nearby to eat and get coffee. Room was clean and well laid out. … Carpet on the landing areas is not a great idea, ever tried pushing a trolley case through long grass? A very minor issue. Would recommend it and would stay again, very friendly staff.

Service is impeccable. Special mention — Morgan, who I presume is the manager, is so attentive, friendly and knowledgeable made our stay very enjoyable. He is everywhere checking on things and goes over and beyond. Hotel is fairly new, the rooms are very clean and modern, love the rain shower head, and good water pressure. Beds are very comfortable, had one of the best sleeps away from home. Fantastic location, just between little Italy and Chinatown.

I had a fantastic experience. Modern hotel, with stunning shower and bed. Clean, good service and location (between Little Italy and Chinatown). Not the biggest of rooms, but this is quite typical of many large cities, so I wasn't bothered. I also stayed at a Sheraton not far away for a night, and I much preferred the NobleDen. The Sheraton's room was a bit bigger, but it looked older, especially the bathroom.

One of the best rooms we've had in NYC. Very modern and ergonomic. The manager (our concierge, not sure), Morgan, is amazing! He's very helpful and knowledgeable. Free coffee, tea and snacks too!

We stayed there one night on 12/6/17 and I keep thinking about how much I liked it. First we were sent a lovely email 3 days before our stay with a link to a curated list of nearby restaurants and other attractions. This was a big help, since our time was short. The people at the front desk were so nice and helpful, you know best place to catch a cab, how to get to the subway, especially Morgan! We had a room towards the back just up a short flight of stairs. It had a balcony and I loved the modern decor, and the way the designer made great use of the space, draws under the very comfortable bed, lots of strategic lighting, etc. We will definitely stay again in this great boutique hotel on the border of Chinatown & Little Italy!

Great hotel! We really liked it. Hotel itself small and cozy, but the room was quite big and felt new and clean. Shower was great and bed was awesome. Staff was really nice. Loved the complimentary tea, coffee, fruit and pastries. They let us do early check in which was very helpful. The location is great, right between little Italy and Chinatown. Soho is right across the corner and a subway station is 5 mins walk. Definitely I’ll come back!

The room is small with the wash basin on the outside of the bathroom toilet and shower. However it's nicely furnished, clean and centrally located in Chinatown /Little Italy with many options for food and drinks. Close to a few station lines for convenience to get around the city. Free danishes in the morning is a bonus.

We just finished a six day stay at this lovely hotel. It was our second visit as we spent a week here in the spring last year. It is truly our home away from home while we visit our son, who lives nearby. It is quiet, immaculate and well designed. The staff is super helpful and friendly. We are always very comfortable. Our favorite room is the king penthouse. The roof is also a wonderful place to relax after a busy NYC day and the location is awesome. Can't wait to return next year!

Perfect location! Borders SoHo, Little Italy, China Town and Lower East Side. Rooms are small but you wouldn’t notice it, every inch is though of and you feel specious. I’d like to meet the designer — Respect! Very comfortable beds and high quality furniture and amenities. Our room had a balcony — big advantage. Beautiful shower with high pressure water and great shower head. Staff is very nice, attentive and accommodating. Special thanks to Morgen the day manager for making sure every day begins with a smile!

The "King Juliette" room was the smallest room I have ever been in. In fact I think my bedroom is larger. Me and my boyfriend had to take turns passing one another. On top of that, the receptionist was not friendly at all. You can tell customer service wasn't a priority to her. Room lacked minor things such as iron and so on.

Nice. Smack in middle of China Town. Good vibe area. Cool Sunday market. Crazy the stuff people buy. Great restaurants surround you. Friendly staff at hotel.

Rooms are great. Location is not the best. Staff was friendly and helpful. They had umbrellas to borrow without giving any hassle. Roof top access is unobstructed and rarely used, nice place to relax and view the skyline.

Amazing rooms for the price. I love that you can turn off all the lights from the bed. And don't worry about forgetting toiletries, they've almost fully got you covered.

Location is perfect for bars, restaurants and a real NY experience. Rooms are modern and quirky along with being spectacularly clean. We arrived early after getting soaked in a monsoon rainfall but the reception staff got us a room straight away with minimal fuss whilst being courteous and professional. Highly recommended.

The room was small but well outfitted. I appreciated the attention to detail given in the bathroom. Showering after a long day was very relaxing. I found nothing out of place and fully enjoyed my stay.

I would agree with all the good reviews of this hotel. It is very hard to fault it. Ideally placed in Little Italy with a good number of cafes/restaurants and bars close by. Mott Street and Elizabeth Street boast some nice shops and eating places. The staff were very pleasant and the rooms clean, contemporary in design and the beds very comfortable. For those who like soft squashy things — you get a free teddy to take home — I declined. I do have one criticism, the lower floor rooms are quite dark — I was in 207 — by the lift — you could hear it a little — so try to avoid. I got a deal from Expedia which was good, but the images of the rooms on the expedia site did not match my room type. When Visiting New York you are out most of the time, but when you come back to chill for a few hours to head out once again, its always nice to get a sense of light and space and I think that is more likely to be found on the upper floors.

The rooms are really spiffy here. Friendly and helpful staff. If you get a front-facing room, the view is fun. Clean, functional, and affordable. Nice local pastries in the morning.

My room was very clean, also very bright, New York hotel is quiet spacious. The hall with free coffee. In a visit to the financial district, Chinatown and Little Italy is a good location.

We had a wonderful stay at the NobleDen! My girlfriend and I stayed at the NobleDen last weekend and we'll never forget it! The location couldn't be any better. You're literally right in the middle between Little Italy and Chinatown and a couple blocks from SoHo shopping. It's also 1 mile from the Brooklyn Bridge, the 911 Memorial and several walking paths. There are also over a dozen night clubs in a mile radius! The staff was very friendly and informative. We took them up on a walking tour of the neighborhood and loved it! You can tell the management took great attention to detail. Between the room and the facilities we had everything we could've wanted for our stay. I wish I had a few more days to hang out there! We'll be back!

Modern affordable hotel at the intersection of Little Italy and Chinatown. Close to lots of restaurants and activities. Friendly accommodating staff. Very nice rooftop views. Walk to several subway lines in less than 10 minutes.

Amazing! Beautiful, modern hotel with some really beautiful features. Our room had a large balcony and we also went up to the roof where there is a beautiful view of New York. Unfortunately, our stay was just for the night. Would have loved to stay for several days. :)

I upgraded to a king penthouse room through Travelocity for a great rate and was so happy with the room. The hotel was incredible. It was modern chic and clean. The balcony was large and had 2 lounge chairs that would have been great in the summer. The view of the freedom tower and skyline was great. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. I can't wait to stay there again.

Nice modern rooms and very clean. The only issue we had was waking up with a sore back from the mattress being uncomfortable. Overall it was a great experience.

The whole setup was amazing!. It was clean, spacious, & I loved the contemporary furnishings. It reminded me of a small Ny apartment. Right in the mix of Little Italy!. I will definitely be returning!

Awesome hotel. Stayed for a week for holidays, and everything was perfect. The room and the hotel are new, clean and well maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There's free hot coffee and tea 24/24 and a free first-served breakfast in the morning. Though they are tons of options around for a full meal. The location of the hotel is also ideal. I would definitely recommend and stay again here.

Nice hotel, perfect location, located in Manhattan (little Italy of the Centre). In front of the hotel, you can see the wonderful Italy restaurant. The room is very modern and very comfortable. 15-minute walk from the hotel you can reach the Brooklyn Bridge, 9.11 memorial site. 3-5-minutes walk you can reach the nearest metro station (Canal Road, green line)

I stay at work late… Decided to get a room because my commute home is ridiculous. I found this place last minute, booked a room, and when I arrived immediately regretted buying toiletries! They give you everything and offered me free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate upon arriving. The Wi-Fi password was given time at check in without asking. I walked into the room and was so surprised how cute it was! I will def be staying here when I stay late :) people were so sweet at the front desk… I highly recommend!

We all live very happily. The room design was very nice, comfortable beds, and the hotel staff is friendly and very happy to help. In addition, in all directions near the hotel there are lots of great restaurants to eat, walk a while to reach. This hotel is very affordable in any aspect.

NobleDen was beautiful, clean, and professional. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rainhead shower were amazingly relaxing. Love it!

We had a great time at NobleDen. The Little Italy/Chinatown location is great — — we were able to walk so many places from the hotel. And we loved the room. Everything is up-to-date and laid out very thoughtfully — — and the rainfall shower is awesome!

Great location in little Italy with great views of the wtc and the Empire State Building. Loved the style of the room and lobby, warm/cozy but also modern. I don't think you can go wrong here unless you're looking for something uptown specifically.

Excellent location for shopping, food and sightseeing — downtown NYC is not to be missed. Loved the large TV as well as the full experience cable. Built in USB plugs and brilliant Wi-Fi — free of course!
