This is how an hostel has to be. Clean, great position and nice people. I spent there 6 nights. Wireless is also available. Enjoy NYC!

Do NOT rent from these people. They are liars and do bad business. My roommate and I were great tenants: always paid our rent on time and in full, keep a clean apartment, etc. When it was time to go, they didn't give us our security deposit back right away even though the apartment was in PERFECT condition. They told us we would receive it within 90 days. Never showed up. We fought for it (even going to court) and only received back 75%. Not to mention that the handyman was drunk half the time when he showed up to fix something. There are million apartments in NYC. Choose somewhere else. Don't give these people your hard-earned money.
