The worst hotel I have stayed at. I travel A-LOT. Put it this way: for the past 5 weeks, I’ve travelled every single weekend for business. Never before have I stayed at such a filthy and down right nasty place. 1. When I was checking in, the front desk tried to get me to pay for the room, although it was already PAID FOR, by my client. My client had taken cared of all necessary paperwork when she booked the room. The guy checking me in, insisted I paid again, and would only decide to give up when I called the client. 2. The room was filthy and dirty! He said it was just cleaned. There were only 2 clean towels in the bathroom. It was almost out of toilet paper and there was a stench. 3. The shower head broke right off as soon as I touched it. 4. The phone in the room was not operational. 5. There was no iron or ironing board in the room… so I went to the front desk requesting one. Person there told me go back to my room, he’ll have one sent. I waited for over half an hour and nothing came. Returned to the front desk only to be told “actually sir, the thing is… we don’t have an iron”. In the entire hotel, there is not even ONE iron! (After I insisted this was unacceptable, they found an almost dilapidated one for me. I was late for my function because it took me three times the normal time to get my clothes ironed). 6. All night there were noises of doors opening and closing, people noisy in their rooms and banging.

It's a bed with a lock on the door. Location was good for what I needed. Was able to get coffee in the morning.

It was a great experience. Staff are very helpful. Not bad price for overnight and seem to have availability all the time. Only thing is that they should provide more pillows. It also have Non smoking or Smoking rooms for those that smoke. And to top it off they also have hourly rates as well. Haven't tried it my self but it should reasonable price.

Wish I could give it no stars at all. The draws was broken bed was rinkydink. And charged me 150 for a night and all I heard was fighting all night. They breakfast was ok. The people I saw at breakfast.

Very dirty nice staff but not worth the stay.

Its more like a Motel. Over priced dirty bed shames no washcloths running toilet. Only thing good is its by transportation… This is the new White Stone Capri.

Need to get the TV working correctly. No Wi-Fi is a bad thing.

Is a nice place if you only look for stay. The best is the breakfast. Amazing!

Disgrace. More like a one night stand hotel I'm emabarrases to have my family and friends stay here we actually went out to by bed sheet deodorizer carpet freshener soap if I could have my money back I would not have stood there. So ashame.

This hotel deserves less than 1 star. The front desk “manager” was the rudest person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I had another hotel call and cancel my reservation the DAY OF my trip to NEWYORK and they referred me to the Sheradin at a certain price. I called to make a reservation and all she could tell me was that that price was not correct, there was no manager for me to speak to, and that when I was ready to pay more than that quoted price for me to call her back and she could help me then. She said it was not their problem and hung up. I have never in my life had customer service that horrible and I will NEVER give them my business.

Dont stay here young people party place loud music drugs people sleeping in lobby.

To spend some time of those you want fast…

It was very nice but wasnt kept clean. The room I rented had doodle all over the bathroom.

It is a very clean and well organized hotel.

The hotel is run down needs repair though out the hotel. The few times I have been there they don't hand or washcloth and blanket always have to go to the front desk to get some. The rooms are extremely cool have to put on the heat for at least an hour to room the room. I don't recommend staying there!

Messy hotel with bad odor due to poorly cleaned carpet and smell of cigarettes or drugs. I would not recommend this hotel, worse the price was at 110 dollars (January 2018)

Comfortable, clean, and well located but 160 s tables a night.

I wouldn't recommend this place at all! It was horrible! There was a lot of cockroaches. It smelled very bad. The Shower was cold and warm water wouldn't work. The Air conditioning was cold no matter the temperature. I tried calling the front desk so many times but no one answered. Also there was only one sheet of blanket. It was freezing in the room.

The worst of all hotwls I know, rgat should be colled 3 hours motel.

Bad smelling rooms. Try multiple rooms all smelled the same. Not a place for kids. A lot of drugs. To expensive for such bad experience.

Ill Repair. Lack of care in the staff. Tiny breakfast area that you get to by walking past piles of broken furniture.

As we got there 2 people were complaining about their room… that place was nasty and disgusting… not fit for a dog. When we saw it after 7 years, we just left… couldnt stay in a place like that… please be careful when booking that place… don't waste your money… it was 5 of us that came from outer town to stay at that hotel @ 9/1/17… I will never go there again.

I’m surprised that we weren’t killed during the night. What a hole. Next time I will read the reviews. You’re better off sleeping on the subway.

Worst hotel I had ever stayed. I paid $199 it wasn't worth $50. The TV didn't work, the hallway and elevator was dirty. The doors on the dresser was broken. I had to ask for pillow cases and comforters. I was very very disappointed. I would not go back there if it was free. If you have a choice do not stay at The Sheridan Hotel.

I can't even give it a 1 star review. Absolutely horrible! $150.00 for what? Hepatitis? Disgusting and despicable! The place is crawling with mold. How the health department hasn't closed this hotel's doors is beyond me. The front desk agent offered us one room then said if we didn't like it, we could choose another one. Um, why? If you're in the mood to get shot or a disease stay here.

Don't waste your money or time! The pics are deceiving looks nothing like that well maybe just the lobby. Location is in the middle of nowhere. The night guy was very rude. The room was horrible. Old looking hallways smell like weed from other rooms. I stayed in motels that look better than this place. Room was overcrowded with broken furniture, TV with minimum channels, the bed had no comforter and the lighting was bad. The bathroom was even worse two towels for my 2 day stay holes in the wall no iron. Run far from this place asap!

Uninhabitable. Zero. Should be condemned. The guest registration was behind bullet proof glass. The entire place reaked of pot. The elevator was broken. The room doors were all dented. In the room the curtains were ripped and hanging off the window. The fire alarm was ripped off the wall. The mattreses were in plastic. There was 1 blanket for 2 beds. The lamp was broken and the filthy bathroom had a hole in the wall where the towel bar was ripped out. We left and feel like we need showers.

A great hotel if you like to be greated by a colonie of red ants marching in front of the bullet proof front desk window. I am not looking forward to my one night here. The 2 remote controls for the TV look like they were stored with a melting Hershey's bar. The bathroom looks and smells like a truck stop, which is putting it lightly. Don't Make the same mistake I did, please don't book a room here.

If give it less if I could. This place is disgusting!. Sperm stain on the sheets, the mattress where also stained. No towels, no trash bin, the mini fridge was filthy, the a. C. Was not working. No fire alarm, the phone was broken, the outlets where no working and house keeping staff had plastic bags over there shoes when they came into the room. Didn't stay more then 30 min. But was told I still had to pay for the night! I will be getting in touch with the corporate office. I want a full refund. Don't waste your money on this dump! Consumers beware!

Nasty dirty filthy know towels no blanket elevators extremely loud I will like my 120.00 dollars back I also will be calling corporate too make a complaint.

The hotel room was disgusting, no towels the sheets was dirty. Housekeeping apparently didn't change the sheets, food on the sheets, couldn't sleep there had to check out the same night, save your money go somewhere else.

Well for starters, check in at 2! For what the bed had sheets, no blanket of any sort, 2 tiny pillows for a king size bed. Shower was not clean, could hear EVERYTHING going on on the other floors.

The first floor is the best floor I changed room 4 times to get the first floor… Good luck this hotel a lil creepy… N don't go down in the basement creepy as fk the elevator is sus if ur a girl don't get in it with any guys u don't know it has no camera…

Warning* do not stay there! out if all the hotel's i've stayed this hotel is the worst! chair was broken had dirty sheets on the bed, no towels at all in the room, toilet looked nasty, that little throw no comforter and 2 flat pillows, i'm brushing my teeth the pipe under the sick fell on my foot, sinks cracked toilet seat loose and the towel rack was falling out of the wall. Not to mention we had to evacuate because someone set a room on fire! when I had to evacuate I left that night. It smelled like pure weed throughout the hotel and I stayed in a nom smoking room, whatever cleaning products and incense they use they don't need to purchase them. The pictures were a lie! i'm calling to report this hotel, it needs to be shut down. Folks please stay away from this hotel!

Hotel is just nasty room smells old bathroom shower had public hair in it no rags rug not vacuumed poor lighting frig had old cup in it also not clean sheets look dirty just bad experience in all if was not tired from driving an if any other hotel had any rooms available would not had stayed. Not even good enough 4 a trick to trick in if I had to do over I would have slept in my damn car. Up all night just couldn't sleep in this filthy ass hotel didn't do the breakfast if the room's looked like this what do u think about the food? Just sad and house keeping needs to be replaced or trained the rite way!

Both men and my associate were harassed by dwarves the entire time. There seemed to be two tribes living in the air conditioning who alternated hourly between worshipping us as gods and attempting to hunt us for our skin with tiny crossbows. This switch over happened every hour on the hour and led to many casualties. Not to mention the dining experience, if it can be called that. We and the other guests had to sit in a circle around a pit where a live cow was released. At the sound of a buzzer we where instructed to eat the cow live using nothing but our nails and teeth while various spices and sauces were sprayed from the ceiling by a set of 8 dangling hoses. The room was perhaps the worst part of the experience as instead of a bed we had to sleep on a raise concrete slab with no matress provided and we had to surrender our clothes before being granted entry. The whole time we were watched over by what appeared to be a mentally retarded man fondling his genitals. This made me and my associate rather uncomfortable as did the fact the toilet was a hole with a motion sensor installed that was connected to a speaker that produced moaning sounds and a spear was occasionally shot up from the toilet hole, narrowly missing impaling my ass on more than one occasion. The pepper sauce was decent On the whole we are unsatisfied with our time here and would like a refund if possible.

Horrible experience! The hallway smelled like weed, the sheets had black spots on them, the covers had cigarette burns in them, the towels smelled, the shower ran cold water, the Ned had rat droppings, the floor had residue, the house keeping sucks, the microwave didn't work, the refrigerator leg was broken, ummm let's see what else… It just need to be shut down and we modeled and exterminated…

I was given a room that was not even cleaned let alone vacummed. I think the room I got the people left a few minutes before I got the room. Because there was a condomn, a used condom in my room behind the bathroom door. I found this when I got out the shower, how disgusting. Please do not consider this hotel. This hotel is not even a hotel. It should be called a motel, even the econo lodge I stayed at the next day was better. When I arrived to the hotel I turned on the light on when I turned on the light I realized a piece of dried up booger on the lamp near my face. I had to grab it with paper and after I threw it away I vomited out of disgust. The room was just dirty and you can see crack at every corner of the wall and you can hear every noise from our neighbors; such as when they turned on the shower and from the flush of the toilet. And the customer service is ridiculous, and the prices are high for the crappy quality. Why do they even charge high for a motel with no WI-FI? The elevator was not functioning which we had to take the stairs with our heavy luggages. This is the worst motel I have ever stayed at. We had neighbors smoking weed, which is even worst.

Its clean hotel. Only the problem they do not have hot water I take shower w cool water.

I work for a company in which I do all the booking for travel. Just in the past two months I have booked about eighty hotel rooms in five states. I have dealt with online booking agencies (expedia, orbitz, etc. ) and was absolutely disgusted with their customer service! I called this hotel for a last minute reservation for an employee. The lady (Alicia) that handled my reservation was incredible! I expressed some concerns about previous hotel issues and she re-assured me that she was going to take care of me. Not only did she do just that, she was polite and gave me the best customer service I have ever experienced! We do a lot of business in this area and I intend on using this hotel for further travel! My employee says he liked coming to this hotel because of how helpful she was, how clean it was, and that his experience was wonderful.

Would use again of I ever come back to Bronx.

Just one word AWFUL, rooms are nasty, smelly, sheets have dots all over, towels smell like hell, no soap, they send me to a room that still had stuff on refrigerator that been staying for a week or more, I asked to change the room and still smelly as hell, the door doesn't close u can hear everybody one the hallway, 120 doesn't worth, and the top of every thing on the morning while I was checking out, they were hookers on the lobby just awful, please don't waste your money.

Greeted with a smile as soon as I arrived, Sally, Z and Sunny were outstanding, they went above and beyond to help me and and my Friends. I strongly " recommend" This Hotel. The Staff here are top notch right from the friendly efficient front desk people to the room service folks. The rooms were very clean and I will always stay here when in Bronx. Kudos to whoever hired such staff. Enjoyed The stay Will stay again for sure.
