Rooms are spacious and large bathrooms. Very clean. Staff is friendly and courteous.

Good location, next to the Outback Steakhouse and the Marriot's bar was awesome and the food was fairly good! Overall, great service and friendly people!

Before we even booked our stay, I spoke to Julie Roeser about what we were looking for/needed. She went out of her way, for almost an hour, checking other Marriott properties along our route. We sincerely appreciate that kind of Customer Service when you are not from the area. The hotel was clean, the room was a nice size for what we needed, and with all the extras we requested. We highly recommend this Courtyard.

Beautiful hotel, beds, pillows comfy, very clean. Love the washable bedspread. Very nice staff, helpful, friendly. Needs a coffee station in the lobby and a free minimal breakfast (cereal, yogurt, etc). They have zero.

The front desk was so helpful, one of your associates Kayla was so sweet and made our stay more memorable.

Just has been an all around great experience.

CY had 6 wedding parties staying there at the same time. I really thought we should look for another place. But, we returned to the hotel after 11 pm and while the lobby bar was very lively, we found our room to be very quiet and slept very well, too. D'Lux dinner is a short walk and offer a delicious breakfast!

1. As a dedicated 6-year platinum and 8 year gold elite, it was the first time I was refused for a quick room refresh. What is worse is that the front desk person, Kim, told me they won’t do that to ANYONE. Guess the money you spent to the brand every year and your Marriott status and loyalty doesn’t matter here. 2. Bistro staff doesn’t know their inventory. I ordered a mango coconut yogurt. They took my order, I paid, and then told me they didn’t have mango. When I asked to take that off of my bill, they didn’t know how to do that at all! 3. When I requested for additional towels, this is what they did… so I guess Marriott is operating motel 6 as well.

Relatives were staying here and we meet for pool time nice pool warm to start then chilly as it went on spent time on deck outside nice relaxing area too.

Beautiful room. Great social location. Restaurants n bars within 3 minutes walk. Privacy and service was just right. Went to sister wedding. Majority of wedding party stayed in one of the 3 hotels in the same area (within 500 meters) and 2 bar n grill for after party. Not very child friendly but depending on the child. Mines an explorer. Otherwise great timr.

The hotel is clean and modern. Beds are very comfortable and luxurious. The pool is nice but small. Hot tub is ok. Staff are friendly and attentive. Only complaint is that we booked a king/sofa bed room for 4 people. Arrived to find the sofa bed was actually a twin size so we had to request a cot for our other child. The hotel staff should have informed us if this when we made the reservation on the phone for 4 people and/or when we checked in with 4 people. It's not even listed online. The pictures online are inaccurate showing a larger room with full size sleeper sofa. The room itself is small and with a cot it's very tight. At least the grown ups got a king bed.

My fiance and I went to this Marriott to look around for our upcoming wedding next year. The people were nice and fit us right in for a tour without a reservation. The rooms were nice in the Marriott. The other hotel across the street we didnt care for much. The woman who brought us on the tour, had told us after the tour that they were looking into doing a shuttle service to the venue and they were going to figure that out at the end of March. My fiance and I decided to wait on booking the rooms to find out if they would or would not get the shuttle service. The newly renovated rooms were quite nice and we were seriously considering holding these 30+ rooms. The woman who took us on the tour took down my information and had said she would call/ email me when she found out more. At the end of March there was no call or email. I emailed them once with no response. I then called 3x with no responses and then emailed again. I left messages with the front desk and messages on the woman's VM and still no response. With my crazy work schedule, my mom tried to help me out and call the hotel. She ended up calling the wrong Marriott and there was a great response to her phone call and then found out it was the wrong Marriott. She attempted to call the right one and was falling into the same issue I had. We had to get a friend who is an event coordinator to help us contact this place.

I am only rating this place based on a an event I attended there. It was very clean and the atmosphere had an art deco style of decorating. We went to the bar while waiting for our meeting to start. The drinks were extremely expensive. A glass of mediocre wine was $10.00 and my wife's rum and Coke was just under $10.00 and wasn't mixed quite well. Staff was pleasant and professional.

Friendly staff that tended our needs. Rooms were comfy and had high ceilings, so it did not feel cramped whatsoever. The hallways are a bit dark so it can feel kind of ominous throughout the hotel, but it's overall welcoming. The Bistro has pretty decent food, but it's a bit pricey. Overall it was a good experience with some minor things about it that made the visit slightly less than perfect.

Well I can see the hotel is still being renovated. Some of the furniture was old scratched up. Most hotels I stay at usually have breakfast free breakfast, there's did not and the breakfast was quite expensive cost me $20 for a breakfast wrap and fruit, I didn't like this hotel.

Excellent service; classy yet comfy rooms; sparkling clean linens and rooms; wonderful bathrooms with marble bench and safety rails that do not detract from the decorum. Can't say enough good about our stay!

Don't waste your money here. Rude and unaccommodating. Unwilling to help with simple requests for longtime rewards members.

Newly renovated. Stayed on way to graduation in Maryland and again on return. Good place to stay.

The rooms are quite nice — specifically the beds and showers are some of the best I've seen in a Marriott hotel. The design of the place is modern and sleek, and even though it was going under renovations while I was there, it was very cleanly. The pool and hot tub were nice but I would've liked them a bit hotter. The staff said they couldn't do much about it, but other than that, they were friendly and attentive even at late hours.

This hotel does not care about you, the staff will not do anything to help. They do not care that there is a worker hammer drilling through my ceiling, I asked them to stop this loud work and they told me know, then when I asked for my money back they said they would see what they can do. Do Not waste your money here, stay somewhere else.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and have always been happy. This was not one of those times.
When I booked a room I saw that on their website it said renovations were being made, which I have no problem with and noise is expected, but not when it sounds like someone is drilling a hole through the ceiling at 7am. It was so loud it woke us up and we couldn’t go back to sleep. The noise was on and off for several hours in the morning. When I mentioned it during checkout, I was told that they shouldn’t have started working till 10am. So I don’t know if it was a miscommunication with the construction workers or something else, but it was still very inconvenient. We were exhausted and needed more sleep.
Also, the room I was in had a broken blind on the window. The handle to slide it back and forth was missing so we had to shimmy it across to close them at night.

I love the type of service you get at a Marriott and that's why I'm a rewards member for life. This location has great rooms and an amazing staff.

The hotel is clean and seems pleasant, but I think they put way too much chlorine in their pool. It damaged my hair and discolored my brand new bathing suit from Macy's. Damn it! The worst part was that our hair, both my daughters and mine, felt like a glue after the pool swim. We had to comb it with lots of olive oil and condition before showering, because it was turned into a big much of horrible tangle. : (was horrible. I will never forget that experience, it too such a long time for our hair to be restored back to good health. Beside the too much chlorine in the damn pool, I think the hotel itself is nice I would give a 4 star to the hotel, but the pool I would give it none. Now when we go there I don't into the pool or the hot tub any more, but my daughters they like the pool, so I have them wear a swimming cap to protect them from the harsh chlorine.

I stayed here for 1 week while on business in Chester NY. Very clean room, the room I had was a nice set up with a king bed and a couch. Its like living in a small studio apartment! There is a TGI Fridays, Outback Steakhouse and Soho Grill all in the same parking lot as the hotel.

This hotel was superb! Very clean and modern style. The Christmas decorations added a cool touch to the place. My room was excellent as well. This is the nicest roadside hotel I've ever stayed in and wouldn't hesitate to go back.

This is a lovely Marriott property. The rooms are spacious, there is a small pool, there is a bar/cafe, and there are meeting rooms to use as well. The staff is friendly and everything is clean.

Overall experience was good. Room was clean. Only major issue was that they didn't have breakfast and there weren't any good options for breakfast nearby.

Beautiful room, small but nice pool, Jacuzzi jets barely worked and would love it if hotel had a buffet breakfast.

Lovely entrance, wonderful staff, Starbucks coffee… Who could ask for more?!? I was there for a technology business event and felt that myself and the other members of my team were treated with kindness, professionalism, and generosity. Definitely will get a 5 from me!

Clean, quiet, friendly and lots of space. We come here every year, and always enjoy our stay.

Not a lot of amenities, bar not open until late afternoon, and rooms weren't cleaned or fresh towels until 5 pm and we had to get ready for a wedding.

Conviently located just off the highway, it's a good value hotel for a one night stay after a long ride. Clean room and nice staff.

In the past I stayed at the Hampton Inn, the sister hotel to the courtyard located directly across the street. It has an outdoor pool which is really weather dependent so I decided to try the courtyard yesterday because it offers the convenience of an indoor pool. First of all there is no complementary breakfast. Huge disappointment. You purchase everything from coffee to snacks. This is very different from the Hampton which offers a nice complementary breakfast daily. Next, the pool was small and not clean. Tiles were very cruddy and were in need of scrubbing. A film of dirt lined the pool and I was angry that no one even noticed the filth. Finally, my room was adorned with cobwebs across the window ledges and corners of the room. Needless to say that I was extremely unhappy with this stay, particulalry since I do not like Starbucks and it was the only source of coffee or food at the hotel. This also creates an extra added expense to traveling families. If you really need coffee, the line is also VERY long while you wait to get your VERY expensive cup of java. Dunkin donuts is a quick ride away for a fraction of the cost. A diner is also 5 minutes away where you can sit for a reasonably priced breakfast. All in all I might be willing to stay again to see if any changes were made. This is mostly because the staff working there were phenomenal! The women at the front desk and all of the other staff were amazing people.
