Nice quiet and clean place. The breakfast is great, including eggs and sausage. The only thing lacking is no swimming pool.

It was horrible. We walked into our room and it stunk because the bathroom was stopped up. Breakfast was horrible with runny eggs and minimal fruit. The beds were small and the bathtub was dirty. I wouldn't stay there ever again.

It does look better on the inside and the staff is wonderful but it could use some updating and the rooms are REALLY REALLY SMALL AND TIGHT.

Clean large room, updated bathroom, excellent service at the front desk. More than I expected. Will look to quality inns from now on to stay at. Hope all the other inns are as clean and modern as this one in pourkeepsie.

I always stay here when visiting Hyde Park. Customer service is great and the staff is always helpful. The rooms are always really clean as well.

Good value in the Hyde Park area of Duchess County. Was pleased that everything worked, the standard amenities were fine, room was fairly modern compared to other area alternatives, and the Staff performed their functions well.

Rooms have a fridge and microwave. Everything looks a little old, but not too worn. It's very clean! For the price and safe location, I would definitely come back again.

Was good for what we needed, a good nights sleep after a long day. We had the double suite which was 2 double beds and a pullout sofa. The mattress on the pull out was very worn but luckily we used it for a smaller person so they just used the couch itself. Hotel was clean and the price was just right. Will stay here again.

Rooms a bit small but I would trade size any day for microwave and refrigerator. Loved how close it was to attractions, and that water and ice teas as well as coffee available all day… fresh baked cookies at night. Disappointed no maintenance done on request non working lamp and air conditioning filters needing replaced (smelled a bit swamp when A/C turned on. )

Wi-Fi doesn't work in rooms or in lobby. No elevator, but given a first floor room when requested. Desk clerks most helpful.

The room was clean and the location is very convenient for visiting the Culinary Institute of America. The staff let a lot to be desired. I had a lot of trouble getting my key card to work on numerous occasions and was made to feel it was my fault. The staff's solution was to tape the lock to the external door so that it didn't lock at all, decreasing security tremendously. The night clear was the absolute worst! When I checked in, he was in the bathroom on the phone. When I checked out, he was watching hard core porn on the lobby tv!

Was very impressed with the service. Staff is very friendly. The breakfast is nothing special but everything else is fantastic.

The rooms are very nice, no complaints. There was a little trouble with the functionality of the room keys, but it was just human error.

Great location, nearby food and attractions. Small room (2 dbl bed) but clean and well stocked. I wish it had had a refrigerator and/or microwave.

Hotel was in a great location and check in staff were wonderful. Issue is the walls are paper thin and we could hear everything going on next door and down the hall. Bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Nice enough place, the manager Vinny is a good guy. I stayed here for two nights. Breakfast is decent, rooms are clean, shower is hot. You obviously cannot beat the location for the history of the town, eveready diner, FDR's place down the road, etc. Parking lot is well lit. For the price, this is a good spot.

This is the third time I stay at this location in Hyde Park. This was the best experience. The king size bed was great. Not use to soft beds, so it was somewhat uncomfortable. Overall, had a good night.

Rooms were clean and readily available. Good service and good breakfast would stay again next time I'm near one.

Toilet ran all night, we had to change rooms because the first had not been fully cleaned, breakfast was disappointing and limited, and the halls were cold and smelled weird. Front desk extraordinarily nice.
