The hotel and probably the spa are just fine, and such a beautiful setting, and the view… WOW! Where they fall short is lunch service. This is probably the 4th or 5th time being there for lunch, and the service is atrocious! I'm not even sure whom is to blame… It took over 15 minutes to just get our drinks sent to the table after we ordered them. Not a good start. Then, two tables that were seated after us were having their orders taken for lunch before us. So when the manager came around asking how everything was going, I told here all of the above. She graciously offered to remove the drinks from our order. I told her that's not what I was looking for, I wanted good service, and requested that anyone please come and take our order, now! We still waited! In the end the food was good, the friends were great, the view was great, but the food took forever to come from the kitchen. And, I never received the mustard I had asked for. When the bill arrived, the manager had taken $29 off as promos, which has happened time and time again, but you have to get to the point of always having to discount people's lunches just doesn't make up for very lousy service! Something needs to change there for lunch. This has been going on for way too long! No wonder there is not a large lunch crowd there.
