What a lovely property! My husband and I came here for a wedding and stayed overnight. They let me check in 2 hours early to get ready for the wedding which was so convenient. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom toiletries were a little higher end than most hotels. The wedding was held outside with a stunning view. The passes appetizers and buffet dinner was really good and plentiful. All staff I encountered were pleasant and helpful. Would definitely return again!

I wanted to make a reservations at the horizon restaurant at the Woodcliff in Rochester New York. They said it would be $48 per person and $24 for children under 12 years old. Being that we were bringing a one-year-old and a three year-old I called to see if the $24 applied to them. She said yes. I found that to be absolutely appalling Tell me how toddlers can eat $24 worth of food?! We were going to be a total of 20 people and they not only lost the business but gave me themselves a very bad name Maybe they just don’t want children in their restaurant so they that they would charge an insane amount of money for toddlers. Other restaurants say children under five are free — sounds like a bunch of Milarkaaaaa to me!

The head concierge is top notch. I have never been to a hotel and been told the top 5 restaurants. Every single recommendation was spot on. I will be staying there again!

I absolutely loved my spa day here! It was the perfect way to spend my birthday! I cannot wait to go back 😊

Great customer service. My two favorite spa treatments were the couples massage and facial. They answered all of your questions about the products and such. Rooms needed to be a bit updated. And coffee interchanged. All 4 coffee pods were decaf and the creamer was spoiled. Besides that, great Hotel and Spa! I would go again!

My best friend’s wedding was magazine worthy. The staff was beyond accommodating and understanding. There were 7 weddings this weekend and even though there were some hiccups, it went fabulously.

My daughter and I stayed for a “girls night”. We had such a great time. The staff were all so super friendly and helpful! The pool was a lot of fun, not crowded. The room was lovely.

This is my first time staying here and I must say this was absolutely an amazing experience. The staff was well mannered and so pleasant and very professional kind and helpful. I truly enjoyed my stay and I really did not want to leave. If there’s such thing as 10 stars I would give you guys a 10. If I am ever in this area I definitely will be stopping back by. I am from Vandalia Ohio I am a truck driver. I delivered to New Hampshire then came back and stayed at your hotel and will be heading back home to Vandalia Ohio in the morning. Again thank you so much for the wonderful time at your hotel.

Amazing dinner (one of the best steaks I've ever had), hospitality was above & beyond, bed is just right, and we still have 13 more hours to soak it all in.

We bought a spa package with hotel stay. Our room was average, a bit dated, dirty sheets. No one sanitized breakfast tables in between guests and we waited 1.5 hrs for our "to go" breakfast. Staff were clearly overwhelmed with orders and there was 0 teamwork between colleagues to help facilitate a safe, efficient breakfast rollout. We really felt bad for the lone guy at the counter.

Not impressed. We reserved a suite. The mattress and pillows were awful! Hubby and I slept horribly. We both complained of neck and back pain the next day. We won't make the mistake of staying here again.

We had such a lovely time for our anniversary. No complaints here.

No signs for wedding or reception. No signs on bathroom doors for the tent. Coffee was lukewarm.

Very accommodating friendly staff. Highly recommend. Older hotel that personally I think they are doing a great job of maintaining. Very happy with our stay. They were honestly so friendly. And everything was clean. They made the pool access a great experience for my children. With Covid and all the regulations I feel like they are doing an amazing job. We got to see a beautiful wedding from afar and the view from the peak was amazing.

Customer service is phenomenal! Everyone is nice and helpful. Suite is spacious and each one has a theme. Grounds are beautiful!

Salon and Spa staff are kind, friendly, and practices are worth the time, money, and very hygienic!

Beautiful hotel. Good atmosphere. Food at reception was very good. The suite I saw was large and well decorated. It had a dining, living room and a bar area. Bed and bath up spiral staircase. Staff was helpful and courteous.

Both my fiancée and I stayed at the Woodcliff Hotel and loved our suite. We also really enjoyed the couple’s massage we booked, but the atmosphere and the quality of the spa area is nothing compared to The Del Monte! Regardless, we had a great time. Unfortunately The outstanding memory I will now always have of The Woodcliff is their breakfast restaurant. Inside the hotel, the Horizons Restaurant serves breakfast and dinner. Unfortunately we chose to eat there and I got the breakfast buffet. At numerous other local restaurants located inside hotels, and around New York, I truly have never had a problem with a hotel’s breakfast buffet. At the Woodcliff, things were very different. Today, hours after leaving the hotel, I was feeling off, but was unsure of whether the food was throwing me off or just being out in the sun and being in the pool all afternoon. By 4pm, things were taking a turn for the worst, and by 7pm, I was in the hospital. I stayed in the hospital for nearly 6 hours and the doctors and nurses did their best to help me. I feel 50% better than I did before going to the hospital, but my point is, I have never gotten so dehydrated and such bad food poisoning from anywhere else but here. I’m talking fainting-spells (which I’ve never experienced before today), and such bad food poisoning that I needed medical attention. So please, go and enjoy the massages and the hotel, but avoid their food and especially their breakfast buffet.

Beautiful setting looking at the beautiful valley. Amazing spa, so relaxing. Enjoyed the pool, the nightly entertainment and surroundings.

They have a wonderful Spa and the restaurant is awesome! My fiance and I go to horizons every year for our anniversary and are always treated like honored guest! highly recommend!

Everyone was very warm and welcoming. The second day of my stay, I had door issues and I was suggested I should move to another room. When I went to the front desk, April had everything ready for me, she was very apologetic for the inconvenience and surprised me by sending me to one of their suites. She made my night! Wow, that's beyond excellent service and Woodcliff hotel, does a great job hiring employees like April. Food was delicious at their restaurant and service was also excellent.

Just staying the one night, en route to NYC from Guelph, Ontario — we wanted to break up the drive. We played 18holes of golf and it was a wonderful day. Paul in the golf gazebo was amazing. He really made the experience above and beyond. Room with a view of the beautiful changing leaves. It’s clean, spacious, comfy. …
We even had a family of deer walk right up to us on the course For sure would recommend.

Well appointed location that can handle a variety of events simultaneously and effortlessly. Weddings would benefit from this beautiful venue. The staff appears to be super responsive and attentive. Food was savory and well prepared.

They were more than generous for a nominal fee to upgrade to a suite. They also went above and beyond at our request for a box fan and went as far as to take the one out of the maintenance room for us. Sorry to the maintenance guys because it was very warm the first week in July. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants top notch service and a top notch facility. Thank you all!

Staff is polite, responsive and very helpful overall. The facility is just beautiful. In fact this is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. It is well maintain, the exterior and views are just wonderful, the fitness facility is up to date and has plenty machines. It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay for me. In terms of pricing, I paid ~$100 per night with taxes, discounted based on bundled deal with flight and rental car, which for me is not at all expensive, especially given my experience.

The hotel and probably the spa are just fine, and such a beautiful setting, and the view… WOW!
Where they fall short is lunch service. This is probably the 4th or 5th time being there for lunch, and the service is atrocious! I'm not even sure whom is to blame… It took over 15 minutes to just get our drinks sent to the table after we ordered them. Not a good start. Then, two tables that were seated after us were having their orders taken for lunch before us. So when the manager came around asking how everything was going, I told here all of the above. She graciously offered to remove the drinks from our order. I told her that's not what I was looking for, I wanted good service, and requested that anyone please come and take our order, now! We still waited!
In the end the food was good, the friends were great, the view was great, but the food took forever to come from the kitchen. And, I never received the mustard I had asked for.
When the bill arrived, the manager had taken $29 off as promos, which has happened time and time again, but you have to get to the point of always having to discount people's lunches just doesn't make up for very lousy service!
Something needs to change there for lunch. This has been going on for way too long! No wonder there is not a large lunch crowd there. There are many places close by that are much cheaper and give you way better service!

We went for dinner after recommending it to our group having had a wonderful experience on a previous visit. Everything was good this time except it took a long time to get our food. They had come over and without us mentioning it began to apologize for the wait, saying it was very busy. That struck us as odd however as the place was not even half full in the dining area. The food was great however and the rest of the service was fine.

Beautiful place and location, very well kept. Personnel are attentive except for the restaurant/dining hall, went there every single day with colleagues from work and we had to ask several times just to get juice or coffee, sometimes even when we were seated close to the coffee table. This warrants a star being knocked off. Other than that the stay was pleasant, room was big and comfy and clean.

This review is specifically for the Spa — not the hotel. I am submitting my review here because I feel that the page that is just for the Spa is harder to find publicly and I want others to know the experience that I had when I went to the spa at this hotel. While the hotel may have great reviews, the staff at the spa are incredibly rude. As a wedding gift my sisters and mother planned a spa day for me at this spa and it was supposed to be a STRESS free and relaxing day. This day was noting but stress as the staff made me, the bride to be, cry SEVERAL times during my three services. The staff consistently treated me like a second class citizen. I would not recommend this spa to anyone. The staff were also extremely disrespectful to my family. If I could give a 0 I would.

Great views, friendly and helpful staff, some nice happy hour deals at the bar. The hot tub is alright, it could likely stand to be re-tiled, and they should probably not use as much chlorine as they do. We got a couples massage while we were there. The girl who massaged me was wonderful, my girlfriend wasn't too fond on the guy who massaged her though. All around great atmosphere and nice experience. I would love to visit again.

Great little resort. Rooms are clean and well kept. Scenic views of the NY landscape. Indoor/outdoor pool. Gym has everything you'll need. The resort is a little pricey.

Absolutely wonderful evening. Dinner and service (thanks Erin) was exceptional. Live music in the Horizon bar was entertaining. Several nicely poured adult refreshments was a perfect way to the night (thanks Andy)!

My office planned our annual employee event at the Woodcliff. The staff and planning process was very smooth, representative very nice and responsive. We arrived for the event and the room set up was also nicely done. Our bartender went out of her way to accommodate the group. My issue was that the food was just terrible. We had chicken and beef served family style for each table. The chicken tasted as if it was frozen and reheated and the sliced beef was over cooked, dry and actually had no taste. I have had better meals at diners. Because of the reputation of the Woodcliff I expected so much more. Was very disappointed and would not book another party at this venue. We approached management with our concern and was offered no resolution. Total disappointment.

Recently was the photographer at a Woodcliff Wedding. I was able to sit in on the wedding consultation and I was blown away at the professionalism, attention to detail and accommodations given to the Bride and Groom to ensure their day went flawlessly! Throughout the evening I interacted with multiple staff members from Wedding Coordinators to Servers and each and every one of them were genuinely kind and there to fill any request at a moment's notice with a smile! Pleasure working with you!

We bought the Spa getaway package. Included Room, A massage for each of us, small cheese plate with fruits, Sparkling wine, Breakfast buffet and two bottles of water. The spa was nice and were offer wine or water after or massages. We had upgraded to the executive room for an additional $32. Walk into the room and the carpet is wrinkled from being so old and gave us one robe and it was falling apart. The pillows are god awful so definitely bring your own. The door in the room makes a noise like someone is trying to get in with a key pass every few minutes. Staff was friendly and the food was good. However for $450 for one night and unable to sleep because of the noise and pillows is not a good value. This was my husband and my honeymoon as we didn’t get a chance to do anything in February. We both felt drained and ready to go home. Bathroom is nice and good water pressure.

I went to the Wood Cliff as part of a 25th wedding anniversary dinner. Everything was absolutely perfect. There was live music and the wait staff was very professional. There was a simple yet very elegant menu. I had the salmon and it was marvelous. The view from the dining area is breathtaking. 5 stars all the way.

Woodcliff helps us organize a weekend event for Teacher-Authors from across the country, and we couldn't ask for a better venue! They care for details big and small with excellence and care and they are a joy to work with in the process! Bonus: The rooms are comfortable, the beds are dreamy, and the food is delicious! The Easter Brunch server was frazzled, and the drinks for our table did not come for along time, In fact, our meal was almost over. Most of the food was on spot, but going through the line they were out of brie and bacon. If you would like to contact me maybe we could give you another chance. The table was 12 people.

Stayed for the weekend at a quilting retreat. Immaculately clean facility with helpful, courteous staff. Have been many times for dinner in restaurant but this was my first overnight stay. Excellent. I highly recommend this hotel/spa.

Nice comfortable hotel located in a nice neighborhood. Scenic views with plenty of shopping opportunities within a mile or so. They do charge a $50.00 incidentals charge that they will credit back if you don't use it before hand.

My husband and I stayed in a Jacuzzi suite overnight and loved it! The Woodcliff always provides great service and the rooms are beautiful! I do recommend you bring some bubble bath to enjoy in the tub.

My boyfriend had a Valentine's day weekend planned for us and so much not done or communicated. First we had an awesome room planned. The Ontario room with a Jacuzzi and winding staircase. I broke my leg and could do neither. There was a couple at the front desk who wanted our room so we traded with them basically we downgraded and still had no price difference in the rate of the room. I think that started out as not so great seeing how we had an expensive room and gave it to another couple. Then the champagne and hors d'oeuvres were not in the room as planned with the chocolates. Then when we went down for dinner after making the reservations and confirm twice they still did not have our reservations and when we stood in front of them trying to tell them the person who confirmed was standing right there next to them and said he put it in his phone they looked at each other and said that the couple didn't even show up. That's funny the couple who was complaining was the same couple in front of them saying we're standing here how dense could you be. The food was not that great nor was the temperature. So all that we went through they didn't even give us some type of a discount on our dinner which was expensive. Who does that? Mess up somebody's reservations not have the room set up the way the person plan to have it done trying to surprise someone and then not even giving them a lower rate on the room because they gave up the high-rated room.

The band “ Special Blend” plays every Saturday night around 730 pm. Great music anyone will enjoy! Great musicians, they play requests and know a great variety of music — take your special someone for a night of dancing.

Our suite was absolutely beautiful! There was a mixup with our reservation and the staff was more than accommodating. Very friendly people and a gorgeous place to stay. Wonderful location.

Review of the restaurant. The food was good, but not great. Service was good. Feels a bit old fashioned, like something from the late 80s with the dim lighting and white tablecloths. A tad pricey, but not unexpected for a place like this.

Great hotel and overall property. Nice little 9 hole golf course on site, full gym with indoor/outdoor pool, and a fantastic spa! Bar and restaurant are both excellent.

Great hotel with a great 360 deg view. The restaurant had a great selection of various items on the menu and the staff was very helpful. I will definitely book my next visit there.

I want first point out I'm a local and have not rented a room yet. I would like to take the time to recommend the rest of the hotel. The gym and pool are are well maintained and cared after. The breakfast is great. In fact t my office enjoys it as a monthly outing.

We had a great time. We were very glad we decided to come and on several occasions remarked about it being even better than we thought. Our room had a few insects in it but other than that it was great. The staff were friendly and I recommend a visit.

My wife and I got married at Woodcliff back in 2014. Long post short, the food is phenomenal. Spa and extra services are extraordinary. Their wedding planner was organized and communicative. My wife and I return annually for our anniversary and eat the brunch. Overall, fantastic.

Poppy Champlain is a touring comedian, and a client of ours who recently stayed here at this property while performing nearby. The stay was perfect! The room was excellent, clean and quiet, and the staff was very accommodating. There is a fitness center onsite which was very nice and the restaurant was a great place to get dinner before the gig. Thank you for taking such great care of our clients!

Rooms are gorgeous, the big screen TV had HD feed. Ample parking, the indoor and outdoor pool are linked. The hotel was able to accommodate three weddings at one night! The view of the valley below is fantastic! Staff is friendly and polite. We felt at home the moment we were greeted by the door staff. The only down side is breakfast isn't included and you have drive everywhere because nothing is really close.

Words cannot express how GRATEFUL I am for ALL Woodcliff Staff, especially STEVE did to help make our wedding weekend a smashing success with staying at Woodcliff. Aside from the fact that the hotel, in and of itself is BEYOND BEAUTIFUL — every person who worked at the hotel was incredibly helpful and attentive to my needs. If I needed something, someone was right there! Dave from maintenance helped with the fridges AND the AC to keep us ladies cool while getting ready Above all else was STEVE and his impeccable and prompt service with replying to my emails, and there were MANY from the time I booked our hotel block last year up until the week of the wedding! The room — WAS PERFECT — everything was PERFECT! My girls loved getting ready in there, and my husband and I were over the moon with how beautiful the suite was for our first night as a married couple!

Only stayed one night. Nice, spacious room, beds comfortable. Door not very soundproof (could hear a conversation loud and clear in the hallway as people pass by). Breakfast buffet was delicious. Waitress (Alyssa) was excellent (though service was a bit slow because there were not a lot of people on the floor and the breakfast crowd was getting big).

We loved our stay at Woodcliff. The room felt spacious and luxurious and was very quiet. It's about 30 minutes away from Rochester, but getting on the main highway into the city was a quick and easy drive — — probably less than 5 minutes. The hotel itself seemed to have a lot to do inside, which is good because it's in a very residential area. Our stay was short so we only went down to the bar for food and drinks. The food was pretty good from what we had… no complaints on the Margarita pizza and they had some great fries. The bar/restaurant area overlooked the pool (which was indoor/outdoor and looked very inviting — — don't forget your suits like we did), a cute gazebo, and beyond that was a stunning view of the tree lined cliff. If I went back I would specifically request a room overlooking that or else you'll get a view of the parking lot. Overall our experience was fantastic.

Fiance and I went to book the Ontario suite for our wedding day and night thinking we would just put a deposit down and leave. The receptionist offered to have a bellhop give us a tour of the room (I believe his name was Tom). Tom was so lovely and helpful. We really appreciated being able to see the room before hand, and how flexible the hotel was with agreeing to let us take wedding photos on the premises (even though this is not our wedding venue). We are so glad we chose the Woodcliff so far! A++ experience!

The hotel location was scenic and nice. The room had a nice shower and comfortable beds. The staff were courteous and easy to talk to. Breakfast can be purchased at the hotel. The place is similar to a country club.

Stayed at the Woodcliff Hotel and Spa overnight recently for a friend's wedding that I was attending. The service and food was outstanding. Everyone that we ran into was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We did stay overnight in one of the rooms and it was quite large modern and comfortable. It is one of the more expensive places to stay in the Rochester area but it's a beautiful hotel situated on top of a very large shell with nice views would definitely stay here again.

Hotel service and bar were great. Only spent one night but would deffinently return.

I attended a wedding at the Woodcliff. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The staff was accommodating. My main issue was the salon. The bridal party all had our hair and makeup done and our main hair stylist was not very good. She spent only about 20 minutes on my (very long and thick) hair despite being scheduled for a full hour. My hair did not stay in all day as it was supposed to. She used no product in my hair and hardly any hair spray at the end. I'd never go to this salon for hair or makeup in the future. Definitely not worth the price. The rest of the hotel was great though, so overall a three star experience.

Dropped my wife off for a day of relaxation and pampering. She said the spa and the room were great.

Just got home after spending a night here with my boyfriend. We did the couple's spa package and our experience was better than we could have ever imagined! EVERYBODY was willing and more than happy to help you with anything! Whatever you needed they had it! You could ask the hotel for anything! The spa was so comfortable and relaxing, after the massage we felt so good! They were so flexible with us as my bf has never been to a spa and he was enjoying his wine before we went down and the masseuse let him drink during it and would actually hand him his drink, he also doesn't do well with heat so they turned the temp down in the room and avoided hot towels on him just so he was more comfortable and enjoyed his massage. Needless to say it was a perfect getaway and I can't wait to go back there!

Spent the night here for my wifes birthday, overall great experience. The room was nice and clean very comfortable. I also purchased the spa package, the woman who did my wife's pedicure was beyond nice she talked the entire time and was very engaging we really enjoyed our time at the hotel.

I was there for a one day professional conference. Facilities were clean and well kept. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Food and coffee were delicious. I hope to be back there again soon!

Attended a wedding and reception. Ceremony space was a little small. Cocktail hour was nice, good variety of appetizers, presented well. Dinner was buffet style, food was average. Staff was very attentive and professional.

We stayed for new years eve and it was a very fun night. Their lounge and ballroom each had a live band playing and a champagne toast at midnight. The room I reserved was all booked but we got a small upgrade which included a breakfast which was nice. The rooms are large and very nice. As our second stay we would highly recommend a night at Woodcliff.

Went for Sunday brunch. The food was fantastic and the service was flawless. We had heard good things about their brunch and the experience lived up to the hype. The only issue I had was leading up to our visit. The person who answered the phone to take our reservation really stressed just 'how busy they were and how it would be extremely difficult to fit us in'. The only available reservation was at 11:15am which frankly was perfect. We arrived and it wasn't even half full. By noon it still wasn't full and by the time we left at near 12:30 I saw some tables open. Someone lied to make it seem like my call on a Sunday morning wasn't timely enough to make a reservation. I don't need that BS stress. Truth in advertising please. Don't lie because your customers will see the truth plainly with their own eyes. I know they are well respected but I didn't need them to tell me they couldn't fit us in at noon when they very well could have. BTW, go before noon and stay until noon to get a free bloody mary, mimosa or champagne. Pro tip, GO BUFFET then order the free champagne at noon and get a glass of OJ to make your own 'larger' mimosa!

My company had an event here which was very nice. The staff was very kind, and I had a bus boy (man, really) help me lug an ungodly amount of equipment to the top floor of the hotel. The stay in the suite was nice, though the motif in the room was a bit dated, and some of the wallpaper was beginning to peal a bit. The view was also very nice, and I appreciated the Kureg machine in the room.

They overcharged my on my spa, no one ever called to resolved. I ordered room service and my food was cold. I advised the front desk of this issue and there was no resolution. My room was nothing special. I was not happy with my stay.

Went for my brothers birthday dinner. Great scallops and fresh fruit for dessert, but you must try the hanger steak. It was amazing.

I attended a half day Stratasys Roadshow event in one of the conference rooms. I did not spend the night. It was very well put together. Lots of room, for everyone and for example prototype parts, very easy to hear and see the speaker and the presentation. Very nice atmosphere for a networking experience. The food served was very good. The staff extremely helpful. If I ever need to stay in Rochester I would recommend Woodcliff Hotel and Spa.

The Woodcliff is one of the best venues in Rochester to host a wedding. Fantastic food, a great view, friendly and organized staff and a service level that rivals the best private clubs in Rochester. As a wedding planner, a venue has to be perfect and I feel confident every time I recommend The Woodcliff for a wedding or other type of event that everything will be flawless. One of my favorite places in Rochester and close to everything. The minute you enter the hotel, you can sense that you are somewhere special….

I recently stayed at the Woodcliff Hotel and Spa for a weekend with my Mother. I am not one to publicly write a review on an establishment unless I feel either a) the service was perfection beyond imagination or b) the service was horrible beyond belief or in completely preventable ways. Unfortunately the latter is why we are here. I will say the first red flag should have been that a week before we left we made appointments at the spa for facials and pedicures. We never received a confirmation so a few days prior my Mom called to confirm. They said they could not accommodate us for the services we initially booked and we could either each get a pedicure or one of us could get a facial. Once we arrived, we were greeted by very friendly bellmen and valets as well as a a fine receptionist. However, I quickly noticed that I was in the same age-range of everyone (except for one bellman) who worked at this hotel. But that's fine. Things seemed to be fine until we went down to the spa for our pedicures. The girl came in to get me from the waiting area — did not introduce herself (I know her name was "Meaghann" thanks to her name tag) and told me to sit in the chair where I then proceeded to burn my feet in what can only be described as boiling water. With nothing even close to a sorry she carried on and began my pedicure. My Mom came in and was getting her pedicure done by another girl who was very polite and quite nice.

I took my wife to the hotel for her birthday. We stayed the night and then part of the package I bought was a spa treatment. The next morning I had to leave for work and she stayed to be pampered. Unfortunately they didn t properly book her appointment and she had to leave! They offered another day, we took a refund instead. Id never consider going back. I felt terrible that I left her there and they ruined our plans. Oh and its expensive.

If you’re anything like me, and you’re interested in the Woodcliff for your wedding because of its elegance, then please be warned…When I booked the Woodcliff for my reception I envisioned that it would be classy, elegant, and beautiful. I couldn’t have ended up more disappointed… In the middle of my reception I was HORRIFIED when a group of trashy strangers in jeans entered my ballroom. They somehow made it past the front desk, past my open bar (I’m sure they got a free drink), and past the banquet manager (wherever he was). I as the bride had to PHYSCIALLY remove them from my ballroom, and one of my friends had to go around and close all of the doors to the ballroom. I can’t explain what a mortifying feeling this was. I spent a portion of my wedding night crying in the lobby of the hotel thanks to the complete disregard of the Woodcliff. It breaks my heart to look back and realize that if someone would have closed the doors to the ballroom, or someone on staff would have noticed this obvious group of people that didn’t belong walking through the lobby into my ballroom, that my night could have been as perfect as every brides should be. If it weren’t for my family, friends, and amazing DJS (Showcase Sound) I probably would have just called it a night at that point. Thanks to the efforts of everyone around me except for the Woodcliff I can say that I had a perfect day despite them.

I have been recommending and staying at this hotel for years. The dining room was our family's "go to" for Easter, Mother's Day, Christmas Brunches, and romantic dinners. A place for visiting guests, and family events. A few years ago it changed ownership and chefs. It is NOT the same property! The rooms are small like they have always been but they now feel shabby and dated. Nothing is well cleaned and the bedding is not up to today's hotel standards. The service is rude and not knowledgeable of their jobs. Worst of all for us is the terrible remodeling of the lobby and dining room which used to have the feel of Tuscany. It now is reminiscent of a 1960's "Rat Pack" gambling club. It is terrible! The decorator should be sued. Many locals are very sad over the changes in Woodcliff and Horizons. It was a local place to take friends and family, put up guests and enjoy fine dining. If ownership or management changes we may be back, but until then; never. Sad.

We had the best time staying at this hotel. These other reviews are not even close to the experience we had. The only problem that we had was setting up the spa appointment, but to make that up the hotel put us in one if their suites and OMG! it was amazing. The jet tub and the spray jet shower was just awesome. The view couldn't have been any better. The service we had was really above and beyond.

My husband and I just got married at the Woodcliff Hotel and Spa. Elissa Uhl was our wedding coordinator at the Woodcliff and she made our wedding as perfect as it gets. Our wedding was exactly what we envisioned and we couldn't be happier. Elissa was very responsive, and on the ball with everything that needed to be done (all throughout the process of planning and the days leading up to the wedding). The venue was beautiful, the food and cake were outstanding, and the staff was very helpful with everything we needed. Our family and friends are still talking about how great our wedding was and how awesome the food was. We stayed in the Ontario Suite and it was spectacular! The views from our room were breathtaking and the suite was the perfect room for me as the bride to get ready in on my big day with my girlfriends. The spa was amazing and the girls really did an amazing job with my makeup, hair, and nails as well as my bridesmaides. The Woodcliff was really the whole package for me and my husband and we look forward to going back and celebrating our anniversaries in the future.
