Dana Peterson is amazing. This was my first, but not last visit. I was running late from work and she saw I was clearly upset. She offered me a beverage and told me it ok and I would be fine. My toes and fingers look amazing. The foot massage was soooo relaxing. Looking forward to my next appointment with her.

The hotel is in a great location as the town of Pittsford is where it is located! The location allows for walking along the canal, close to many restaurants, and shopping. The spa is phenomenal! The hotel is very clean and accommodating.

Nice spot on the Erie Canal and walking distance to restaurants and shops that are homey and nice.

Easter Brunch. The food selection was excellent and the food was outstanding. Service staff was excellent. We had someone with a mutual allergy. And the staff and chef were so accommodating.

Absolutely! My daughter & I recently hosted a baby shower for a very dear friend. The Terrace Room was gorgeous & the food tremendous! All of our guests were delighted as were we.

Super swanky! Love the design and space and how modern looking the rooms and the common areas are! The customer service was kind. The bed was so comfortable! Great area to roam around in!

Super expensive and the service was sub par for what we paid. The message we received was supposed to be relaxing but instead it was painful and uncomfortable.

I was actually there for a pedicure and massage appointment. I highly recommend this place. Its very high end and professional. The staff is very courteous, attentive, and very educated. Very comfortable atmosphere!

Everything was nice, though for the money I expected more in the hotel. We had requested a room with two queen beds, but instead got a king and a rollaway, so one of our party had to sleep on the floor. And the roll away bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The spa, however, was worth every penny.

Stayed here over Christmas lovely hotel. It was full of snow and the canal was frozen, great scenery. Nice restaurant. Very comfortable beds. The best in the area.

Very good food here. Restaurant is small but I like the view overlooking the Erie Canal and excellent food. I usually get seafood here. I like the cioppino, crab cakes and oyster special on Monday nights! If you call for a reservation ask to be seated in Kathy’s station or Matt’s. They are excellent and will remember what you drink and eat for next time!

I have been a client at the DelMonte Spa for many years. I have never been disappointed with the experience. It is a spiritual and physical refresher for me. The sanctuary room, sauna and showers alone are worth the visit. The incredible services are a bonus! I have been to other notable Spas around the country, none compare to the DelMonte.

Amazing rooms and service. They make me feel at home every time I stay there. I normally stay on business once a month and they actually recognize me when I come in. Being a rewards member is definitely a bonus. Very military friendly.

Very nice hotel. My only complaint is that the Marriott app gives you a chance to ask for additional items for your room. I asked for more pillows and never got them. I pointed it out to the front desk and still nothing.

I visited the spa here and my goodness talk about a relaxing getaway. This place is beautiful, clean and customer service is top notch. I love this place. I will deffiantly return.

Amazing. Simply amazing. My facial was the first of ever had and I don't know how unwilling live without them anymore! The sanctuaries are beautiful and plan on taking a shower while you are there, you won't be sorry! Highly recommend a full body massage also… I've been relaxed for days!

While a bit rich for my budget on a regular basis this Spa day was well worth it for my birthday! The service was excellent across the board. The facility itself is very chic. Massage therapist Jamila (sorry for wrong spelling) was excellent! Dana did an amazing job with my pedicure. By far the best overall experience yet. I felt so relaxed! The showers with the side Jets and dry sauna were amazing between and after my two services. I appreciate the way the the services were scheduled, allowing the time in between to slow down, sip amazing offerings of tea… and really just… RELAX. It was a mental adjustment too as I'm ALWAYS running from one task to another! I will say that I did feel a little out of my element with the other ladies who seem to go more regularly… I completely think most were a bit surprised by my presence when I walked into the tranquil waiting room (where you wait to be picked up by your service provider. ) maybe I was just so stunning in my robe and slippers they didn't know how to react but to look me up and down? Lol anyway, didn't spoil my experience and I will go again. STAFF & SERVICES = 100% MAJORITY OF CLIENTELE (except for the 2 women who knew how to smile and speak) … Meh.

These rooms are AMAZING! So comfortable and clean! Large TV mounted on the wall. Nice service. Well definitely go again and highly recommend!

Amazing spa and hotel. I've had massages by Jade in the past, who is my absolute favorite massage therapist and would highly recommend her. So healing. Today I had a facial with Jeannine and she is so sweet! It was my first facial and she did fantastic. My skin is so soft! If you go to the spa, make sure to get there early to enjoy the sanctuary. The showers are to die for. Jets coming at you from all angles! Then you sit in a robe and drink tea/eat dried fruit in a calming space with magazines and comfy chairs while you wait for your service. All over an amazing place. The whole staff is incredibly friendly and you can't go wrong with a service here!

This is my go to place to get a massage. My boyfriend and I went and the experience was amazing as always. The facility is always clean and elegant. It is so peaceful and relaxing. The amenities are always outstanding.

Spa facial with Bonnie — was wonderful. The entire spa area is very welcoming, clean and relaxing. Perfect place to spend a day relaxing and being pampered.

We love Erie Grill, we dinner there a few times a year. We were there recently for their Christmas brunch. The menu had plenty of diverse choices, the service was the perfect pace for the occasion.

Came in for dinner tonight, we ordered well ahead if the dining room opening, ate at the bar, my lamb chops were raw — rare and never came back from the kitchen. My companions seafood dish was delish. For me quite a Christmas eve disappointment. Far below the norm.

Terrible expedience. Drive 7 hours for my uncle’s funeral only to be told that there was a “maintenance issue” with my room and sending me to another property many miles away (I chose the location due to proximity to family). I think a Fairfield Suites, but I’m not sure what properties are owned by what chains and we checked out the next day due to the quality of the place. Moved to the Strathalon Hotel and had a great experience. Room was great. Food was great. If you choose this place over the Strathalon you’re crazy (even though I was only half unpacked when my wife returned to the car to tell me we had to go to another hotel. )

Beautiful hotel, right on the river. Staff was friendly and ready to help with whatever we needed. The room was ultra spacious and comfy. Very clean.

I had a haircut appointment with Amanda at Del Monte Salon & Spa. As always everyone was welcoming and friendly. Amanda gave me my usual trim and styled my hair beautifully. I would definitely recommend this place.

We ate at the erie grill in the banquet room. What we saw of the hotel and the banquet room were very nice. Clean looking and looked uodsted recently. The food and service of the banquet hall wad very professional and on point. I would highly recommend.

Only stayed one night but the rooms are beautiful, have nice amenities, and it's great being right next to the gorgeous canal trail. Next time I will definitely try the restaurant.

A friend and I had dinner at the Erie Grill. The food and service were both fantastic. It is relatively small, so there isn't much on the way of privacy, but the atmosphere was still great and the food was really work it.

Del Monte Lodge not only had a great staff and room, but is in a great location. If the hotel food isn't something you're looking for despite a great variety of options that I personally found to be all that I wanted and more, there is plenty of other places around plus a variety of different local businesses offering fun services in the area.

I stayed at the hotel for several days. In that time I ate in at the restaurant, went to the spa, went to the bar, and ordered room service. Everything was very good. The staff was excellent all around with one exception which soured the experience. The evening I ordered room service it was brought up to the room by a very friendly server. I looked over the bill and found that a large service charge of, if I remember correctly, 18% had been added to the bill. Since that is a common amount to tip I asked the server if she received that money. She made it very clear that the charge was collected by the hotel and she didn't see a penny of it. So, I added a tip. This made the service charge plus tip nearly 40% on the already inflated room service menu prices for a full meal including a glass of wine. Needless to say it was the only room service meal I ordered, I walked to a pizza place to get a take out slice the following evening. When I was leaving I found the paperwork from the room service and noticed that the fee that I was told by the less than honest server was not for her was actually collected by the hotel so they can pay those involved in room service a higher wage. So, the server wasn't being paid a wage that relied on tips yet she made it seem like a tip was required. I would have still tipped, just a smaller amount.

Contemporary, love the decor. Highly recommend Delmonte Hotel for a staycation. Only 20 minutes away, and sooo relaxing. Definitely worth the price. Got wine and cheese delivered, walked to dinner, no driving, and then had a massage the next day.

Great Spa facility, offering complete head to toe services! Great food and ambiance as well as location! Near Genesee canal, shopping and other eateries! Elegant accommodations too!

Didn't stay, just had dessert at the restaurant. Food and service were both good. Went on a Friday night and it was pretty quiet.

Spa was wonderful! Fantastic staff, so accommodating. Edit: looked back at my receipt and saw they did not give me the discount promised for the late appointment start and the fact they had to also end it early. Bummer.

Good service, pretty good quality and good views of the canal. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is the price to quality ratio. For the price you pay in Rochester, there are other restaurants that I like better on the high end. Nothing wrong with the restaurant if this is where you end up going.

Very comfortable and trendy accommodations. Form seems to be prioritized over function, but the sight announces like having a lot of accent lighting to find and turn off wasn't a big deal. I'd stay again without hesitation.

We spent the weekend there and I am happy to say we had a spectacular stay. We love the new room design and though there is laminate on the floor they leave you slippers so your feet don't get cold. We enjoyed a cheese and wine tray, dinner was delicious and we were attended to by one of the managers Jennifer who told us she was fairly new to this particular hotel. She definitely took extra great care of us. We met sisters on our way back to our room struck up a conversation and was invited to there room to further our conversation. Shout out to Patty and Katy. This morning we had breakfast in our room again it was superb. We finished off with a great couples massage. Everyone and everything gets a 10+ rating.

I'm currently staying here. They have redecorated all the rooms and I have to say in MY opinion the rooms are cold and stark. Last year when I came here I immediately felt peace and relaxed when I got into my room. The rooms now lack that cozy peaceful feeling. The staff has been very courteous however this will be our last time staying here. The wall behind the bed is a black and white picture of water that just leaves you with a cold feeling. The floors are now some type of wood laminate. The rooms echo. The colors are brown and gray and white. The lights between the beds are large white globes. Some people may like this ultra modern look but it's not for me. Will be ordering room service for dinner shortly and hoping the food is still good.

I was extremely pleased with the quality of the food and service. The delmonico steak was flawless and the apple crumble dessert delicious! I can't wait to return.

The service was great! Everything was new from remodeling and looked nice, but not very functional for a family of three. The closet was so small that only our 3 sets of dress clothes fit. Only my husband's shoes fit on the floor of the closet. There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes and only one bar for towels. You could not turn on the shower without getting hit with cold water. Worst of all was that the bathroom door was an "industrial" sliding door with about an inch opening between the door and wall so all sounds could be heard in the room. That may be fine for someone traveling alone. This room had two queen beds and we're a family with a teenager. It was rather uncomfortable.

Great service and location.

This is one of the most mismanaged hotels in Rochester. The reservation process here is a joke. We booked the suite here for our wedding weekend, to only be told 3 days later it was double booked to someone else. These managers and employees have no clue or concerns about their guests. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. This was a horrible experience.

Extremely clean room, free Wi-Fi, great and prompt front desk service. It's walking distance from great locations for dinner, and breakfast. Also, spa prices are very reasonable.

Although very comfortable, it's an expensive hotel. The area is very nice if you don't need to be downtown. Definitely not an interesting place to stay.
