DO NOT STAY HERE, this was the most disgusting place I’ve stayed in. Got into our room and it was over powered with cigarette smoke, there was dried vomit on the floor. Went to lay in the bed and felt crumbled stuff under the sheet, removed the sheet and the mattress was GROSS! Food crumbles everywhere, dried up drinks, DRIED BLOOD, hair, and a bug! Got moved to a new room with the most uncomfortable bed, smelled of pot. Got up the next morning to get breakfast. No breakfast because they all of a sudden we’re redoing the dinning area. The pool area was gross and not cleaned with stuff floating in the pool, and not to mention at 9am someone was using power tools in the room next to us! Called customer support, they didn’t even offer us a refund or a new hotel to stay in, and also when you return your key nobody is working the desk. Absolutely the most worst stay!

When we arrived we went to our room and me and my two daughters ages 4 &10 were greeted by a naked man getting out of the shower in his room. Front desk person gave a quick apology and when I said it’s unacceptable she said I can stay or cancel! Then promised a suite upgrade the. Five minutes later I was told no! Got a new room and had to go back downstairs three times because keys did not work! Spoke with the manager the next day and she was rude as well! As soon as I tried to dear the story she said she already knew what happened and that was it! The room was as dirty and carpets filthy! Turns out another guest was just moved from my room because it wasn’t clean one hour prior to me checking in! Breakfast area was dirty and not stocked and there was a false fire alarm. Housekeeping manager was nice and made sure I got a new room however I will NEVER come back!

For starters we checked in at three and we checked everything out in the room the TV in our suite where the beds are had sound but no picture we told them right when we got here they said they could do nothing so we went all night with kids with no TV and they said there’s nothing they can do then they gave us a phone by the bed that has no buttons and does not work it’s a pretend the phone and told us there’s nothing they can do and every time I got a cuppa coffee from the time we got here to the time we laughed even during morning breakfast it was freezing coldForehead coffee grounds in it and still everybody sits there and shrugged their shoulders it’s like I’m talking to a wall and the rooms are pretty pretty dirty and need a little update stains all over the carpet’s hair and clean sheets animal hair mind you.

Do not stay here. We arrived after a late flight only to be told that they were “oversold” and didn’t have a room for us even though we had a reservation. Front manager said that he’s pleaded with people to not oversell, but that it happens “all the time. ” At least when an airline does this, you get something for your trouble… here there was no remorse, no discount, no help to find another room (it was 10:30 at night). Just didn’t care.

I booked this room to pick my daughter up from college which is right across the street. A few days after I booked I canceled as I decided to go a 1 day trip. For what ever reason my card was still charged quoting a "no show". I spoke with a rude manager over there and then decided to call corporate. After making a complaint on Aug 1 I was told someone would contact me back within 2 business days. Today is now Aug 28. I contacted corporate again and again and was told management stated they had been in contact with me. This hotel/country inn suites/radisson is built off LIES and will never get a penny out of me especially after stealing $226 for a room I DID NOT stay in. Please share I'm sure I'm not the only one. Mind you it was graduation time and probably was a simple mistake from the front desk for not logging my cancellation in. Country Inn/Radisson theres is nothing wrong with acknowledging your mistakes! Btw this is the Rochester location.

Check in was painless. Parking was adequate. Hotel lobby hallways and room were clean. Coffee, tea, cucumber water and sugar cookies in lobby. I ended up with a handicap room that was spacious because it was the last king available. My room was next to the elevator which I heard but overall not too bad I didn’t loose sleep over it. Breakfast was satisfactory better than most included eggs sausage and waffles. I Liked that Check out is at 12. I would stay here again. This is a basic hotel for a decent price.

The hotel was dirty, our room's door stuck and the service's people didn't do anything to fix the problem. The receptionist person was unfriendly, very distant. Next time we are going to find someplace else where we can stay.

It was a nice hotel. The room was spacious. The bed was comfy enough for a one night stay. We had a coupon for a rebate on the price of the room which was good because otherwise I would've found that the price was way too high for the room.

Understaffed, but friendly. The facility was a little past it's prime. There was a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The bed was lumpy, but still comfortable enough.

Great service, breakfast, coffee, tea cookies fruit all day. Convenient location for UR, RIT, and MCC.

Service is not the complaint, they are good. But the elevator smells like a gym locker room and my room constantly had a running water in pipes noise 24/7. Made it hard to sleep. And what's with the down feather pillows? They constantly go flat and are horrible to sleep on.

Enjoyed it greatly. Though I missed out in the Jacuzzi seen as it is no longer available as an Amenity. But Room was clean and I was greeted great.

Very friendly staff, comfy room, good breakfast. Great location and price was reasonable.

Walls were paper thin and I had such difficulty sleeping. Breakfast was included in the stay and was ok as well. Not much variety. But for the price of the stay, it was ok.

Room was dirty not vaccumed very well at all. I did enjoy the free breakfast and complimentary cookies and tea. Also staff is very friendly!

Great people that go above and beyond for you. We really love everyone here they treat us like gold. My wife is going through a rare cancer so we have spend a lot of time here. We love it here. They are like family to us.

Decent clean place. Breakfast is pretty good and has variety. Room is clean. One thing I did not like is the hot water in the shower / sink. So hot that some one can get seriously burn. I got a burn as I accidentally moved the tap… Just toward the hotside but a little bit. My stomach was red for a day.

Busy location with lots of chain restaurants — — something for everyone. Easy access to the thruway. Pleasant rooms. Recently remodeled apparently. Good, free breakfast with lots of options. Refreshments also available in lobby, including cookies, cheese, and coffee.

What a great staff! I needed to be close to Strong Memorial Hospital for 10 days. The location is wonderful. Once I mentioned I would need to stay longer and why, they adjusted my rate because they partner with the hospital. Nice rooms and comfortable beds. Again, the staff is great!

I loved it. Fine breakfast. Fine pool. What didn't they miss?

We stayed overnight after attending a concert in Canandaigua. The room was fine with the small annoyance of the bathroom light being on the outside of the bathroom on the other side of the bathroom door.

It's clean. You get what you pay for. Nothing out of the ordinary. Sheets looked clean. Front desk was polite and welcoming but it was missing something. Bedrooms need a new look maybe.

The guy behind the desk is amazingly friendly. The free breakfast is surprisingly good. The room is definitely dated, but very clean. The location is about 15 minutes from downtown, but considering how much cheaper this is than downtown hotels and the fact that there's free parking make it truly great. Also, there are restaurants next door, so you don't even have to drive anywhere. Handy if you like a cocktail with dinner (and I do).

Clean, pretty nicely decorated. The fitness center is very lacking, and the Wi-Fi was basically worthless. The suite was large and the jacuzzi tub was awesome. The customer service is great!

The tub was dirty and the bed was also Dirty. They came to change my sheets and disinfect the BATHROOM.

Had a nice welcome from staff being an elite member of country inn. Room was bit small (king bed) so they shifted us to two queen bed after a request which was spacious n quiet. Breakfast was below average. You hardly any good option and you need to ask yogurt to the lady everytime… wonder y she not stocking up the refrigerator.

Our team was just there this weekend for a soccer tournament, not happy at all we even heard quit a few people from other teams that weren't happy. The front desk lady was miserable not willing to do much when we requested stuff. Hotel was dirty, not a very welcoming front lobby. Will not book there again. I totally agree with the comment below.

Front desk receptionist Diana displayed her most sour, inconvenienced attitude literally from the moment we walked into the door at 4am after a long night bedside at Strong Memorial Cancer Center. She then kicked it into higher gear by being completely sarcastic and biting. I am flabbergasted. I am stunned. I will be insisting on compensation. Do NOT stay here, particularly if you're already under the stress of visiting a sick family member or friend.

I cannot say enough about the overnight employee at this hotel. I traveled here from Albany the night of an impending snow storm. I arrived and presented the reservation I had from my travel agent and quickly realized (and panicked) about the fact that the reservation I was holding was dated for OCTOBER! I thought for sure I'd be sleeping in my car, but the employee was so kind and understanding. He quickly gave me a room and reassured me we'd work everything out. He spoke to my travel agent a few minutes later and called my room to let me know everything was taken care of.

Great Service, great place and price. Love to stay again.

The facility was beautiful. It looked like it had been recently renovated. The pool was in good repair and kept clean and tidy. The free breakfast was a feast and offered everything you could imagine having for breakfast. The staff was professional and helpful. It was not the most luxurious hotel in the area, but quite nice for its price range.

Our room was very dated. The carpet was torn and the shower was just plain nasty. The breakfast was good but other than that I would stay at the new Hampton Inn and Suites.

I made my reservation and payment through EXPEDIA. And when we came to chek-in, the front desk asked for my credit card just for any reason that we might extend, etc. I don't know if they knew what they were doing coz they charged both credit cards I gave! And of course they didn't call to correct it. I called for the first credit card coz it was charged 120+ — — that was settled. The second one I called in 3 wks after. And guess what. The front desk didn't sound apologetic in behalf of the hotel, told me that she will give me a call or a voicemail but I didn't get any. I guess they don't know their job. It was clear that I paid already but still they made charges. How nice was that?! but room was good, breakfast was good but I wouldn't mind to have lesser of these just to have the friendliest people to help us there and definitely know what they are doing. Though they would definitely credit back the charge, it's very inconvenient.
