Review of Comfort Inn & Suites Airport 3*

My family stayed here for 1 night. We had 3 rooms. In room 1 the sheets were disgusting and needed to be changed when we checked in. The guests of the room wanted to play their Xbox but were told they would need the "master remote" which they were told the front desk would bring to them. It took over an hour to receive the master remote. In room 2 the furnace was broken and making an obnoxious knocking sound. The guest of that room was moved to another room, in between a group of loud, obnoxious college aged boys that kept her up all night. In the 3 room, we called the desk for a mini fridge to keep our baby's milk cold. We were told that mini fridges were not available for rooms with 2 beds but that we could keep our milk in the lobby. So if we needed a 2am bottle we'd need to walk to the lobby? No thanks. Our toddler later found an empty beer bottle on the floor, which was not ours. Gross. All 3 rooms were freezing when we arrived, they do not keep the heat on at all when guests are not in them. As a family we went to the pool which was very crowded. There were many older kids there who were splashing and horsing around, knocking into my 3 small children and splashing all of us without any parents monitoring them. The hot tub was also overcrowded with adults drinking and children in the hot tub despite a sign stating that there should be no alcohol in the pool area and occupants of the hot tub must be 18. Later that night my husband and I went to the hotel bar. There were two bartenders and 12 customers. It took TWENTY TWO minutes before one of the two bartenders acknowledged us or the customer next to us, who was there waiting even longer than us. One customer on the other end of the bar received several drinks before we were ever even looked at. When the bartender got to us he didn't even apologize for the wait. The drink I received was disgusting and tasted watered down. Over all, not one member of our 3-room party would recommend this hotel to anyone. Oh! And the beds were incredibly uncomfortable! Unless you don't mind overcrowding, dirty rooms, chaos, and terrible bar service, avoid this place.
